Each time my family and myself come to this location, it’s always a pleasant experience. This evening, in particular, I wanted to take a moment to mention two particular employees that were there this evening, by the names of Kay and Alex, I believe. As my son and I were leaving after our workout, my son began to feel faint and nearly passed out. I turned him back around, went back into the gym, and immediately, Kay and Alex went into action and did everything they could to be of assistance to help. They were both compassionate and attentive and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Kudos to Kay and Alex! More people should aim to be as kind.

Very disappointed I loved this gym I have been going for years but I got charged 2 membership they said it was a misunderstanding but they should check there cameras of what I told the guy that helped me change my plan he just gave me a tablet to sign with out telling me I was going to have 2 memberships I got charged 124 in 2 months definitely canceling going to crunch now very disappointed my family and friends will also cancel

They randomly charged me a fee & when asking them about it they couldn’t explain what it was for and that they would only refund it if I showed them my bank statement even though their systems show it was paid. Who in their right mind would feel comfortable sending their bank statement to a gym? It’s inappropriate for them to even ask for this information

I come to this Planet Fitness often but tonight was the first time I've come since they remodeled it. The lady behind the counter was being rude in front of my guest saying that my guest couldn't use the hydromassage chair but she'll let it slide tonight. I told her that anytime I've come, no one has ever given me any issues... she stated that Planet Fitness has stricter rules now. Why do I pay for a black card membership to have guests if we can't enjoy the benefits? That's absurd. I will not be coming to this location again.

I have been coming to this planet fitness for months now. And the staff has ALWAYS been super friendly which it can be hard to do at 6am in the morning. But this person new person Kade (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is keeping this place clean and smelling fresh which I am sure it’s a challenge. Keep hiring more staff like her.

This gym is really good. It’s one of the few 24 facilities in our area. It has an abundance of cardio equipment and clean facilities. It recently got renovated. The on site showers have the new tile inside and the placement of the shower head seems a little odd for a tall person but we can work around that. The rowing machines are those water spinner kind which I’m not a fan of but everything else is amazing. If you’re a before work workout person the showers are available and clean. I would recommend this gym.

Been to many Planet Fitness locations and the Holland Rd. location in Virginia Beach by far has the best people! Everyone is incredibly friendly and personable, especially, Billy. He goes out of his way to check on everyone and get to know them. His encounters are always something I look forward to when I stop by.

Typical PF, but there is a lot of equipment that is super wobbly. After all the rearranging and renovation, how has no one noticed or addresses it. Also, why no ESPN? Plenty of murder shows and home renovation junk. But you’d think a gym of all places would have at least one of their 20 tvs showing sports. It’s just weird. Then there are so many people that aren’t wiping down the equipment and leaving their weights on.

Very helpful at checkin, machines all in good working order and the entire gym is very clean. Just your average Joes, very comfortable

24 hour location, I wanted a quick work out and was able to do that no wait for weights, staff was friendly, quiet. Perfect.
