It's OK, but the overall design of the facilties seemed cramped, has nothing to do with the amount of people there, but you feel like you are up against others because there is no room in between equipment.

**Some new staff, most cleaning stations are empty and you have to work across gym just to get paper towels to wipe equipment. Meanwhile staff is hanging out with each other talking. Stays busy, sometimes seems like staff slacks on keeping up with paper towels, hand sanitizer, equipment cleaner, and soap in bathroom. Also, wish that they would push people towards wiping down equipment after use and not let people use multiple equipment at 1 time, people seem to be inconsiderate and hold up other people from using equipment. I try to go at later times due to this.

Decent size and equipment but the workers seem to think its a club not a gym. They keep playing music so loud I can't hear my own music in my noise-isolating earbuds. Asking them to turn it down doesn't do anything. I'll find another gym where I can concentrate on my workout, not party.

I've been going to this planet fitness for almost 13 years I come here twice a month and parked the truck for a total of 2 to 3 days a month and I've been a member for over 14 years at planet fitness until some drunk ass guy tame impounded on my door Sunday night you told me I got to leave or he's calling the wrecker. So unfortunate is there any planet fitness I look forward to going to because I go to another gym I'm a truck driver when I'm on the road 5 days a week this is the planet fitness I go to twice a month because my family is from York and I live in Maryland now 200 some miles away. And all of a sudden they want to tell me I can't park here now so I had to end my membership at planet fitness that's what happen. So now I'm not a member anymore because I'm not allowed to park there.

New Channel on the TVs is the best!! !Great place to relax..and now on Sunday watch Football while on the treadmill...CBS AND FOX ..sports are so much better than news. It's a gym ya know. Awesome staff!! Can't wait to get fitness trainer advice from Jillian..I had Black card for 20 years but never used that perk yet..going to give it a try as soon as I have time.

The gym is well maintained and the staff are always touching base with the members. I was worried about having to go to another gym, but this gym has made any and all of my worries go away. 10 outta 10. Bless.

I enjoyed the equipment that was provided. Only issue or complaint is the 2 female staff that were at the front desk were on their phones the whole duration of my visit. They greeted me but with no eye contact at all. Not to professional.

This gym has terrible management! I enjoyed being a part of this gym while I went but after an account issue they raised my rates higher than the advertised rates with no explanation. I requested to cancel my account and they told me only a manager could do it. I contacted the gym over 7 times and none of those times a manager was at the gym and this was even during their supposed scheduled times as the employees told me. They refuse to cancel the account unless the manager does it and I am continued being charged. This is ridiculous I did my end of what the contract states to do to cancel and the gym cannot do their agreed action! Beware to anyone who joins as you may get stuck with a membership for life!!!!!

East York location needs professional cleaning. Men's locker room hasn't been cleaned in 3 days other than trash removal. Remainder of gym looks clean to the untrained eye but needs a more critical eye and higher standards. I've only been a member for 3 days, but these impressions stick.

I would definitely be going back to exercise here. There are tons of equipment and space. You're not waiting. I was in and out. Plus, you can check in with the crowd meter.

I started working out at home & only using the facility for tanning & massage for several months. That was even becoming less frequent because it was always so dirty & the staff wasn't very nice to anyone. It was SO different last week when I was there. New staff, smiling, greeting people happily - clean floors, no trash laying around the tanning beds. I really hope it wasn't a fluke!
