I have extensive breakage to my hair after having my hair over processed by Katrina. I did not notice the breakage because I’m visually impaired. I noticed it after my hair grew out and I could see it. I have long hair. The breakage is in the neck line. I messaged her to do the right thing. I spent $360 including tip and time. . Her technique was different than any other color specialist I’ve used over the past ten years. I QUESTIONED THAT TECHNIQUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. She’s blocked me on messenger on social media. I will report her ethics to the BBB. I asked her to stand by her work. Completely unprofessional!

Both Dhona and Katrina work together as a team and are fabulous with knowing the latest trends but most importantly being specialists in color, cut and style plus listening and hear you! The products they use are top of the line. They not only take such care and precision but listen to what your concerns are provide their expert opinion. Both of them are so creative and professionals! Thank you both for great style, color and salon experience!

I have been going to Katrina’s mother for my haircut for over 5 years. I always leave a satisfied customer Their salon is always clean and organized. Easy conversation and salon very sleek and beautiful. I was so happy when they opened their own studio.

Walked in and was greeted so warmly. They did highlights and a hairstyle. They were so friendly and comforting. Made my experience very enjoyable. Walked out feeling awesome.!! They convinced me to get highlights which I'm grateful for because I didn't like my haircolor and they gave me a whole new look. They were very pleasant and accommodating. Place was extremely clean which I appreciate. Definitely a place you can go and get exactly what you want. I'm very appreciative. Definitely going back.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this family owned salon. Katrina and her mother are the sweetest pair. I have not let anyone touch my hair in over 10 years because the last salon I went too destroyed my hair. I took a chance, and I am BEYOND thankful that I did! I will NEVER use another Salon, unless they open another one! Team platinum beauty forever! 💖🫶🏼

I took a leap of faith and walked into this shop hoping they could (properly) turn my pixie-Bob into a shorter stacked and layered pixie cut. I just did my big chop a few days ago and I have really curly so I’m very particular about who I go to. But today I was working with fate. I walked in, explained what I wanted and showed them some inspo pics. All 3 ladies were super sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable, especially having my two week old with me (Tuesday afternoon, I was the only client and no chemicals were being used in the shop). I want to say it was Katrina who did my cut, but I absolutely love it! Now I have the cutest curly pixie that looks on point whether I keep my curls or decide to rock it straightened. Either way they were all great and I had an amazing experience, and especially considering the fact that I walked in on a whim. Thank you ladies!

The worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. What I walked out with looks NOTHING like the picture I showed Katrina. She cut more then 1 1/2 inches like I told her. Plus she knew I didn’t want my appointment with her and she didn’t care. Waste of time and money. Now I have to figure out how to style this for my wedding in two weeks.

At the last minute I chose to get my hair done instead of grocery shopping. They fit me in with no problem to get a color and cut. They were all very knowledgeable of their products and recommendations were for the best. They are a family run company and were very easy to get along with. They were not pushy and allowed for you to take the time to make right decisions. Very satisfied with the final results. I will be returning and bringing my husband for his hair cuts!
