Went to Platinum a month ago and Sara was extremely helpful and patient. I had very long tangled up hair and I left feeling so much better. Today I had my hair died and got my stacked bob. Good prices!

It was an awful experience for me I just spend here 700 dollars and I was not happy with my keratine treated hair treatments .she told it stay like a 6 months but in one month it’s going to be messed I don’t know why .she ruined my hair

Alex is my favorite hairstylist, she’s been doing my hair for years. I came into the salon to cover my faded color and start to grow out my natural. She brought it back to life with a hot red that blended perfectly into my natural roots.

Loved my experience here so much! I always have trouble finding exactly what tones I like in my hair but Makayla knew exactly what tones would bring out my eyes and pairs with my skin tone. I have gone back and forth being blonde and brunette (I am naturally brunette) for YEARS. Finally found my favorite hair color (until I change my mind again lol) but will definitely be coming back to Makayla!!

I went to the same hair stylist for the first 20 years of my life. When I moved away I struggled to find someone who did my hair as beautifully as her (and didn't cost 400$ per visit). The girls at Platinum are amazing at what they do. The color work, the cut, the attention to detail through the whole service is amazing. I'm so happy I have found a new salon here in Philly

I've been going to Platinum Hair Company for about a year now. I always have a great experience. I see Bella every time, she does a phenomenal job. I usually get full highlights, sometimes I switch it up and get a root smudge. Bella is always so sweet and makes me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend Platinum Hair Company!

I don't enjoy getting my haircut - it's extremely dense hair, takes a while, and I feel uncomfortable with people I don't know in my face. Bridget, however, is personable and fast. She remembers me even though I don't come in very frequently and has always found a way to work with what I have and what I want. What takes stylists an average of 50 minutes to an hour and a half takes her 20-25 every time, and I leave satisfied with the results. Love the efficiency, love that she handles my introversion so well - this is a good salon.

I dyed my hair myself and was not happy with how it turned out. I had a wedding in a few days and was in a time crunch so I was stressing! I was able to get in with Liz and she did an amazing job! I am so in love with how my hair looks and she did it so fast! Will definitely be coming back!

I have been fortunate to have Alex as my hairdresser for French braids, and I couldn't be happier with her talent and expertise! Every time I leave feeling absolutely amazing. ruined my healthy hair. wish the stylist said no to dying my hair. it's been over 5 months now and it is completely destroyed, gummy. and thinned. now I'm spending 100s on trying to repair it and have had to cut off a foot of length. nice staff, but totally unprofessional dye job and left the bleach on wayy to long, and I never left the salon feeling good about my hair.

Joanie is an amazing hair stylist. Her cuts are on point. Always professional, truly personable and welcoming. She recommended a style my last visit that I wouldn’t have considered and I went with it. It turned out positively flattering. Salon has great comfort stylish decor. Great ambiance, staff - receptionist and shampoo assistant were the best.

Used platinum hair co as my hair vendor for my wedding, and it was the best decision!! I had 15 women getting their hair done that morning and Mel, Sara, and Terri made everyone look and feel beautiful. They were so efficient and timed it perfectly so we had time to relax/drink/eat before pictures. Not to mention, they themselves were so fun/nice to get ready with the day of the wedding. I didn’t even need to do a hair trial with Terri, I told her what I wanted and she delivered 100% the day of the wedding! They have an amazing team there, and do beautiful work. Highly recommend booking them ASAP for your wedding!
