Very comfortable environment, friendly and welcoming every time we walk in the door!!! All of the beauticians there are very friendly and professional. My daughter and I have been going there to get our hair done for quite sometime now!!!!!

A lot of these reviews are from ppl getting the names mixed up with another business. This salon foes not provided any massages or manicures amount hairstyling. Sophie is amazing with my daughter and is so kind. The place is clean and the other stylist are nice as well. So far so good.

Aries is my stylist she's the owner of Platinum salon and spa I've been going there for some years now and it is amazing place to be, great company great friends and I wouldn't ask for a better place to go or to be when it comes to my hair getting done . she has a great staff and they all believe in working together as a team and this is what makes it a great place to be. The environment is very relaxing is calm I could not ask for a better stylist and a great place. I had purchased a groupon for a massage with this salon. When I went to schedule the massage, I was told that they would not schedule massages for groupons on either Friday or Saturday (apparently those are reserved for "regular customers")and that I would have to take a late afternoon appt during the week. They couldn't schedule me for about 2 months. The day before my appt, I called the salon to schedule the appt and got the answer machine. I left a message to please call and confirm the appt and never got a call back. The next morning (day of my appt), I called again and left another message with no call back. I went ahead and went to my appt which was scheduled for 3:30pm and the salon was locked up. I left another message about no one being there for my appt and never received a call back. I had to leave work early that day to take this appt and this was how I was treated. I feel that this is a extremely unprofessional business, if indeed it even still exists. Horrible customer service.

I purchased a Living Social deal for a pedicure and shellac manicure. Buyer's remorse, I should have read the reviews first. First of all, I had intended on saving the deal for a holiday or event where I wanted nice nails. I called the Saturday before Thanksgiving in hopes to get in. I was told they were booked through the end of the month and the soonest they could get me in was 10 am on a Tuesday (as if I don't have a job). The next available was in the afternoon the next day--as that's when the deal expired so I had no choice but to take it. Showed up to my appt, the place was barren (so obviously not booked solid with nail appointments). The lady at the reception desk was sitting there with a cape and hair dye so I couldn't tell if she was a client or an employee. When I mentioned I had an appointment she looked at me like I was crazy before she looked at the appointment computer. She finally confirmed my appt and got me started. The only nice thing was I was able to get started right away. No major complaints about the pedicure. The manicure, however, was a bust. No manicure (hand soak or lotion massage), she just filed & buffed my nails then painted them, which I could have done a better job, honestly. My nails were left uneven--both hands have different lengths and the polish is completely uneven. I picked a red color and my nails look like they have an ombre effect (darker on top and lighter on the bottom) due to uneven application. Not to mention the tech used the same wooden cuticle pusher on my toes as she did my hands (and it wasn't brand new so who knows who else it was used on). The icing on the cake was during my appointment, someone else called to confirm their nail appointment. The minute the phone rang, my lady said she wasn't there. Then they couldn't find the appointment to help the customer on the phone. Eventually the appointment was located and they told her she couldn't move it sooner because they were booked solid (which it was blatantly obvious they were not). When the customer said she wanted to delete her appointment, they didn't bat an eye. It was very apparent this is not an accomodating salon and for a place that is open until 8 pm and the only nail tech left at 3:30--good luck getting an appointment if you buy the living social deal. All in all, I've had better manicures elsewhere and won't be returning to this place.

TERRIBLE! They don't answer and they're never there! Even during the business hours that they state that they are open. Left VM no return calls. DO NOT do business with this unprofessional company!

I am new to the city of Omaha and was looking for a upscale salon to service my needs. The second i walked in, I felt a warm and inviting atmospher. The service i received was TOP NOTCH! Love it!!!!
