I recently visited Plaza Aesthetics & Wellness and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel at ease right away. Melissa and Brittany were knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. I opted for a combination of treatments, including the Tixel and lip filler. The entire experience was smooth and efficient, and I left feeling pampered and confident overall, I highly recommend Plaza Aesthetics & Wellness Medical Spa.

Don’t trust this place with your face - I was encouraged to do dysport to treat my fine lines (previously only Botox for forehead and eleven lines for a few years at another location) and when I reached out to the injector to report my concerns (respectfully); I never heard back - see text below ✨ Results were really bad once settled in , imbalanced and embarrassing 🌞 If your goal is to look like a si-fi character , have a villainous brow - by all means, let this place take your money 🌸

My aesthetician was Annie and she is very professional along with being personable and made me very comfortable. I was also made aware of ways to take better care of my skin more affordably! Overall, the staff is very friendly and made me feel just like family !

I recently had a fantastic experience with Annie for laser hair removal, and I couldn't be happier! Annie is not only incredibly knowledgeable and careful, but she's also genuinely excited about her work, which made the whole process enjoyable. I was previously turned away from a med spa in Brookside because their equipment wasn't suitable for my skin tone, so I was thrilled to find a place in Kansas City that offers a wider range of services. If you're looking for someone who's both professional and fun to talk to, Annie is your go-to! Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Amber Botros for years, even after moving away from Kansas City. We still make it a point to fly back for all our aesthetic needs because we trust her completely. While there are many medspas out there, what sets Plaza Aesthetic & Wellness apart is that Dr. Botros is always present and personally oversees everything. Her hands-on approach, combined with her honesty about expectations and results, makes all the difference. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

The Plaza Aesthetics and Wellness team is truly amazing! I initially went in for a skin eval to see how I could improve my skin prior to my wedding. They were super knowledgable and didn't try to sell/recommend things I didn't really need. I saw Annie for my Hydrafacials and Megan for my injections and they were not only incredible at their job but also so friendly and welcoming. I always looked forward to my appointments! I have the Plaza team to thank for looking and feeling amazing on my wedding day and I cannot recommend them enough!

I had a phenomenal experience here this weekend. I got the platinum facial with Annie. I’d never had a facial before. Annie is very knowledgeable about skincare. She walked me through the process, discussed the procedure’s benefits, and gave advice about my skin care routine at home. My face looks and feels great. I’d recommend this to anyone! Thanks Annie!!

very clean & esthetically pleasing office. staff is very friendly. Dr. B & Megan are great at what they do (i’ve had injections by both) and very informative with their procedures they offer! Annie has also tinted my brows/lashes before, she’s great!

I absolutely love the results I’ve gotten from Morpheus body. I’ve had 3 sessions done and pricing for that package was very reasonable. Dr. Botros and Megan are wonderful. Both are very friendly and you can tell they care about getting you the best results for what you are wanting. They have mastered keeping you comfortable with minimum to no pain every time. I’ll definitely keep coming here.

Dr. Botros has been integral over the past few years in helping me maintain a refreshed and not overdone look! I frequently receive compliments on looking much younger than my age (67) and I love what I see in my mirror. She also has an aesthetic eye for makeup tones and skin products that are best for your skin. You can feel confident that you are in the hands of an experienced physician!

I love this med spa, it is so clean and the women that work there are so nice. I get my lashes done with Annie twice a month and she is always in a good mood and does my lashes exactly the way I like them. I would reccomend anyone wanting to have a consistant lash tech at an affordable price to check Annie out!

The dermaplane technician missed my upper lip and nose and between my eyebrows, as well as several patches on my cheeks that I realized the next day. None of the process was explained during the procedure despite it being my first visit to this spa. Additionally, I felt like the procedure was incredibly rushed. Furthermore, the technician told me that the boosters she suggested were included in the Platinum Hydrafacial MD, yet when it was time to pay, one of them had been added to the price. The booster added was the difference between 7.5% chemical peel or 30%. When she explained it to me before we started, I asked for her suggestion and she said she'd do the 30% because why not since it's included and that her philosophy is go big or go home. While they did refund this additional process, it took away from the experience to go back and forth over unanticipated charges that weren't due to me. Unfortunately, all of these issues combined didn't make me feel that my over $300 facial was worth the $ spent.

I have been going to Plaza Aesthetics & Wellness for over a year now. Annie has helped transform my skin with my monthly HydraFacial treatment. Annie is incredibly professional and personable. She is very attentive of my skin concerns. My hyperpigmentation has decreased and my skin is the best it is has looked in years! I always look forward to my monthly visit. I also highly recommend Plaza Aesthetics & Wellness Hydraglow Tanning Foam for those who self tan. It is now my favorite self tanner! The color is very buildable and is not streaky. The foam provides an amazing natural glowing tan.
