I tried to give this place a shot but I’m definitely not coming back. I went there to do my nails for the first time, first off the manicurist didn’t really do much to clean my nails. She didn’t even paint my whole nail she left the bottom cuticle bare and the sides of my nails without polish. My cuticles looked horrible and unevenly shaped, it made the bottom of my nails on my finger start to peel skin.. and as she’s trying to clean my cuticles she’s literally pulling and cutting my skin. Horrible experience. They made me pay $89 dollars for gel nails that look like they had been outgrown for two weeks since miss lady couldn’t just cover my whole nail in polish. Such a rip off. I don’t recommend this place, and every time I walk by it’s always empty. There’s a reason why.

Had a pain in the calf muscle and took a 30 minutes foot massage and the masseuse was really good and made me feel a lot better. Thank you.

Horrible manicure. I left with the gel polish bubbly and my nails uneven. AFTER repeatedly saying something. The price was crazy. I explained to the girl at check out that I wasn't happy, she said, so sorry, have a nice day.

$118 for basic pedi and gel mani. An extra $5 for polish from Paris. Nevermind the price. The attitude of the nail girl. I can't understand why if you are the customer and ask the manicurist not to shape your nails a certain way or that the color she suggested doesn't match the pedi when you tell her it has to ....why it's okay to roll her eyes and huff and puff as if you the customer did something wrong. I would not go back even if they offered to do it for free. The attitude must go. And do not file the sides because it weakens the nails and breaks.

I came into Plaza M Spa in need of a gel manicure refresher and Alice understood the assignment! She swiftly and thoroughly fixed me up and I left with a lovely gel manicure. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been coming here for 2+ years and always have a wonderful experience. Sonam and Dana are excellent nail techs. The staff is very friendly and the salon is very clean. They play great music and create a relaxing ambiance. Can’t say enough great things about Plaza M!

My massage session with Jason was fantastic! Strong enough and relaxing at the same time. Finally found a nice and clean place for massage in NYC. Good job! Hope to come back soon.

The worst waxing experience I have ever experienced. The therapist was a sweet person but a terrible wax therapist she failed to remove all the hair and got half the wax stuck In my hair continuously which was extremely painful. I booked a Hollywood wax but left half done after 90 minutes. I discussed my disappointment with the therapist at the check out I still asked if I wanted to leave a 20% or 30% TIP! I told the manager I would not be leaving a tip as if wasn’t a pleasant experience and I was surprised that she didn’t ask about my experience at all she just when on to ask if I wanted to tip the massage therapist! I was in absolute shock! I would have tipped my massage therapist as he was exceptional! however the experience cost me $178 and I left with half wax waxed full of wax vagina. I’m sure I’ll laugh about this diabolical experiment someday but right now I’m pretty annoyed.
