Negative PLEASURES. I had highlights done by the short woman with wavy or curly hair; she did not put the timer on, so my hair got burnt. It has been One year and a half my hair has not recovered her neglect. I have not and will not ever return to my un pleasure experience!

I've been going here for 16 years! Have done everything from basic cuts to perms and almost every color possible, and I've never had a bad experience. The girls are great, as well as the prices and availability

I love going to Pleasure salon to cut my hair, to get highlights. All the ladies there do a Great job, very professionals, curious, friendly and they make you feel at home🥰 I love it!!!! My hair dresser is Lupita. But they are all Amazing👏👏👏👏

I moved to El Paso from another state and desperately needed a hairdresser. My sister-in-law recommended Letty from Pleasures. I went in the first time and was sold! Letty did an amazing job and this is the second time I've had an appointment and so far very pleased with the results.

I went to this place for my first time and I won’t be coming back. My hair was very uneven. All I asked for was a simple haircut to make my hair completely straight from the bottom with no layers and it looks terrible 😭
