they called me cause they were 45 min late so they gave me another nail artist. went for a regular gel manicure, it wassuper painful, the lady didnāt disinfect and hurt me like 10 times, and kept doing after i mentioned it. doesnāt have nice colors, thereās way better in miami for the same price

Went and got my nails here done last Friday (~5 days ago), got gel with a chrome layer on top which added $20. Not even a week later the chrome layer is peeling. Iām not rough on my hands and gel manicures generally last me 2-3 weeks. For such an expensive add-on Iād expect better quality, Iām quite disappointed. Wouldnāt recommend.

I LOVE this place!! I wish I lived in Miami! We were here for my daughterās wedding and I wanted to have my lashes done. I walked in and everyone was so nice. Leandra was a sweetheart and did an excellent job on my lashes. I was thrilled. I didnāt know but the next day we had mani/pedi appointments for four of us at PLT also. Again, a wonderful experience for all of us. The entire staff are kind and accommodating. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you everyone at Pretty Little Things!!

I had a great experience at PLT!! As a visitor in Miami I was hesitant to change my look in an unknown location since I am very careful with any interventions that I do to my body and I am always looking for the best services and the best products available. This location exceeded my expectations. Even if I walked in without having an appointment, the ladies understood my situation, were very welcoming and rearranged their schedule to be able to fit me in. Roxana knew exactly what my hair needed and she did an amazing job. I walked in with dry messy hair and walked confidently out the door with a new shiny and healthier look. Cozy and friendly vibes š„

I had an amazing mani and pedi with Leomar! I got a Russian mani for the first time today and my nails came out so elegant and beautiful. He provides such high quality service, takes his time and is so detail-oriented. This is the best nail place in Miami that Iāve experienced and will now be my go-to spot. Highly recommend it.

Iām so picky when it comes to this stuff but Leandra did amazing ! She gave me the ultimate queen treatment and made me a capuchino and a glass a wine. Their customer service is top tier and the experience was superior. I only got a pedicure but i wish i would have got nails too

Came here because of a friendās recommendation and while my nails looked nice this was one of the most unprofessional experiences Iāve ever had at a nail salon. My appointment started over 30 minutes late and the owner was so classless and rude the entire time. Only in Miami could a business like this stay open. She charges a deposit so she can do as she pleases time wise and has no respect for her customerās time. Would not recommend, youāre better off going to a real Russian nail salon for a Russian manicure.

I absolutely love my nails!! Leandra was my nail technician and I got a gel-x manicure and regular pedicure. She was so kind and gentle. Definitely recommend getting your nails done here!
