Faith is an amazing person with a wonderful personality. She is easy to work with, is a great conversationalist, and truly knows her craft. She actively listens to my hair challenges, concerns, and needs. Then, presents fantastic options and executes the plan. She takes the time to make certain I am satisfied and understand how to replicate my finished look with ease. I appreciate her talent and expertise.

I was so skeptical coming to get my hair done because my hair got fried by the last hair artist ( not here), but Erin made me felt so comfortable, and the experience was so amazing. She worked with me to let me know what work for my hair and my habit of taking care of my hair. The haircut looked amazing !!! Definately coming back to Erin for my next haircut and color

I always have an amazing experience at Plum! Sarah is a great stylist who always does an amazing job. I have a very tender scalp and Sarah is always attentive and gentle. She always listens to how I want my hair done but gives her expert opinion when I need it. I will definitely continue to get my hair done from her.

Since the beginning of this year, Sarah has been helping me determine how extensions can be used to add thickness to my hair. I have very fine, very straight hair that will go flat to my head no matter how much time I spend styling it. With the extensions, Sarah has given me a new outlook to what my hair can do! I can now have curl that lasts or wear my hair straight with a lot more volume. She has taught me how to care for the extensions to get the most out of them. Thank you Sarah; I look forward to continuing down this road!

I went to go see Sarah here for the first time and it was absolutely amazing!! She listens and does a super thorough consult before starting. She paid extra attention to all of my concerns and even offered a few products that were able to help me. I left feeling absolutely pampered gorgeous and super confident. Not to mention the space is so clean and comfortable. This is definitely my new salon!

Sarah helped me transform a botched haircut to what is truly one of my favorite hair looks ever. She was extremely attentive to every detail and meticulously cut and re-cut my hair until I was happy. Would highly recommend Sarah to anyone, but especially who is nervous about finding a new stylist!

Sarah is absolutely amazing! We went through some inspo pictures I had saved on my phone and decided on one and I’ve never been happier! As a stay at home mom to two boys, I don’t get a lot of self pamper time and hadn’t had my hair done in over a year and a half and she made me feel pretty again. I’m already looking forward to going back to her again!

Erin always listens and understands my low maintenance approach. Color is spot on and she gives a great cut. Always open to listening to new thoughts and ideas for possible changes but makes sure you have given plenty of thought for any major change….she takes into careful consideration hair type, texture, color, season and beyond. Would highly recommend.

I was in a bit of a pinch and needed a stylist to refresh my color for an event I have coming up this weekend. The owner set me up with Natalie and I couldn't be happier with the way my hair turned out! It's exactly what I wanted and my hair looks great. I often have a difficult time finding someone who's able to give me the exact shade of blonde I'm looking for. Natalie is also very sweet, funny and personable. Highly recommend her and am looking forward to my next appointment!

The staff was friendly and warm! They greeted with happy faces and checked in often to offer coffee or water. From beginning to end it was a smooth process. Faith is a very talented stylist! I can only rate a one because my appointment was cancelled the night before my sons wedding. Scheduled months in advance. Confirmed my apt. Traveled from out of town for wedding in Raleigh and was left with no one to do my hair the night before the wedding. Begged them to try and fit me in with someone else and would of come anytime between 9am and noon. Person that called me really didn’t care that she totally left me stranded.
