The techs were all very nice, nail service was quality, but interaction with the manager when I had a question about the service specifics left much to be desired (the inauthentic kind where they don’t have much time for you because they’re 5 minutes from walking out the door and the responses are belittling). Strange experience if you’re used to decent customer service. Girlies know how difficult it is to speak up about not liking your nails. But as long as you have no question, concern, or misunderstanding while you’re there, you should be golden. At least the places with all the chemicals make sure you’re happy with your nails before you leave.

Wonderful spa. It's relaxing and mellow. The technicians are amazing. Everything felt great, and nothing felt uncomfortable, even the cuticle work. Everyone seems genuinely passionate about nails at the spa. They were also on top of keeping everything clean and everyone comfortable.

Because Em was fabulous! I have neuropathy in my feet which kept me out of a salon for years. This salon was recommended to me by a patient who had a history of cancer and chemotherapy and sold me on the idea bc she received excellent care when regarding her pedicure. She did not lie. I look forward to seeing Em again for my future pedicure appointments. I didn't have one uncomfortable moment throughout the entire process. Thank you Em!

Madelyn was an awesome nail tech, she gave great customer service and did an amazing job on my Gel X manicure. I haven't had this great of a manicure in a long time. Thank you, Madelyn! I'll definitely be back.

Marisol was very friendly and explained each step of builder gel to me because i was new to that specific service. The salon itself was maintained very well and very clean which i appreciate. They also gave me the file and buffer used on my hands which made me feel the salon is VERY sanitized and clean!

This is the only place I go! Love making an appointment and being able to get in and out. It’s quiet and calm. Always updates on the best nail care to achieve your look. All the staff are great so I book based on my schedule and go with whoever. Shout out Lexi who is a great recent addition to the team!

Em is so good at what she does. I had a nail that completely broke off and she "fixed" it. She gave me a gel X and a nail tip. It looks like all of my other nails. Perfection!

I had a wonderful experience for my first visit to the salon. Lexi did my gel pedicure. She did a fabulous job and I had a great time chatting with her! The salon was clean, quiet and gorgeous! I appreciated the friendly welcome from the front desk when I walked in confirming my service, checking me in and offering a range of beverages. Great experience and I will be back.

I have been coming to Plum Natural for about 6 months now and their membership facial program is such a good bang for your buck. It’s my favorite day of the month! Emily has changed my skincare in the best of ways! She’s highly skilled and has so much knowledge around her craft. I have been getting facials at Plum since they opened and absolutely recommend their services. They use high quality, local products with natural ingredients and offer very reasonable pricing. I adore my esthetician Emily, whose skincare knowledge is impressive. In my opinion they are up there with the best of the best in Austin.

I loved my experience at Plum! I usually experience a lot of anxiety in nail salon and spa environments, but I have never felt so calm and welcomed. The receptionist was super kind and the whole salon smelled like lemongrass rather than chemicals. I had the rejuvenation facial with Ashlyn and nearly fell asleep. A few days later, my skin feels clearer and smoother, and I was also sent home with a few samples to try some new skin care for my goals. It was the perfect pampering experience. I will definitely be back!

I requested a Rejuvenation facial with Ashlyn. It had been awhile since my last facial and I just wanted a freshen-up for my face and a generally relaxing experience, and that’s exactly what I got. Ashlyn explained what she would do, the whole experience was very calming and relaxing (lovely music and low lighting) and my skin felt great when she was done. It felt soft and rehydrated. I would definitely schedule another Rejuvenation facial, and/or try one of the other facials offered at Plum. I appreciate their cleanliness and hygienic practices.

Recently seems like the techs don't have time to even fix a broken nail!!!! Twice now, I didn't have it scheduled so I left with a stub!! Horrible customer service but NOT the techs fault at all!! Someone needs to change the scheduling system BACK to the way it was about 8 months ago. Otherwise I am going somewhere else!! I'm now having to book for nail art and nail repair JUST IN CASE!!! stupid

I had a $70 “bliss pedicure.“ It was okay. The person I had an appointment with, was busy when I arrived 20 minutes early. When she decided to hand off my pedicure to someone else, she never even spoke to me. A different person just showed up. The pedicure started 10 minutes late, but ended on schedule. I couldn’t get the massage chair to work for more than half of the pedicure. No one assisted me by showing me how it worked - even when I mentioned, I couldn’t get it to start. The “signature” fragrance that reportedly provides the “bliss” for the pedicure was undetectable. I don’t feel like my heel calluses were addressed. (I do them myself weekly, so they really weren’t that bad, but my heels were rough when I left). I did not desire polish, and did not receive buffed nails. I could’ve complained about all of the above, in order to get it resolved. However, doesn’t that really ruin the function of the “bliss” pedicure? Simply, my expectations - from the website description and Google reviews - were not met. On the positive side, the place was very clean, the website claims that they use eco-friendly products, the people were cordial, my technician was friendly, there were no offensive acrylic smells and they offered sparkling water, or wine upon my arrival. Your experience might be different, or your expectations might be lower. UPDATE: Response to Owner: Thank you for the invitation to contact you, and your inquiry. I intentionally did not list the names of people, or the date, as I don’t want to cause anyone a problem. Maybe, instead, this could be used as a teaching moment - possibly to refocus attention on the items that were not experienced up to your standards?

I’ve been to several nail places and this one is by far the best manicure in Austin or anywhere else. The place is super clean and smells great because of all the natural ingredients they use. Would definitely recommend.

Really like this place for its commitment to cleanliness and use of nontoxic products! Their nail polishes are nontoxic, and their pedicure machines are cleaned so well, they don’t add chemicals that touch your skin like normal places.

I've been going here for years and love it! The staff is all friendly and helpful, the chairs are comfy, and the products they use are nice for people with allergies.
