Could’nt ever get the service because of me been late. No rescheduling or partial payment. They billed the whole $77 and even try to bill me twice stating that they cannot see my online payment on their system. They didnt ever know what service they are billing me. Or what service they are advertising on social media. Please keep your receipt or you will be overbilled. I feel robbed😔 ————NEXT DAY——— This morning I received a text message stating that I have been scheduled for 4pm. I called them to clear things out and It’s not a new billing. They said they have considered my previous payment. I showed up on time and kanisha, the esthetician took great care of me. Engaging in conversation that made me release my anxiety. I’m very satisfied of my first eyebrow lamination+ wax+tint experience. Despite of our misunderstanding, staff stayed professional at all times. no rudeness. I am planning to go back after the 4-6 week period.

I received a facial from Kassie. She did a terrific job, She incorporated a shoulder, scalp, arm and hand massage with my facial that felt fantastic. I would definitely recommend her.

Beautiful facility and friendly staff. The environment is comfortable and clean. Lash lifts last up to 8 weeks. My brows and lashes have never looked better!

I wanted to love it here so bad. The salons are beautiful and modern. Plus the receptionists are super kind and helpful. I had an awful experience at the Bexley salon about a year ago and just chalked it up as maybe the esthetician wasn’t experienced or she was nervous. So, I decided to give the UA salon a try hoping it would be better. The wax that the UA location used was boiling hot so it was incredibly painful and very hard for my esthetician to pull off. I mentioned how hot it was several times and finally I asked if it’s supposed to be so hot and her response was “no. I don’t know why it’s so hot.” After several boiling wax strips, I asked if it was possible to turn it down and she did. But it remained hot so I asked her to leave some hair because I couldn’t take the pain. I’ve been waxing consistently for two years and never had this experience except for when I got a wax at this location. In Bexley, the esthetician I had just couldn’t pull the wax off very fast and at one point she wasn’t holding anything down before pulling (yikes!!!!). The estheticians I had were nice but I don’t think they were trained properly with this company which isn’t their fault! Unfortunately, I now have painful blemishes on my skin from the wax as a result of being burned so badly. Would not recommend this place for first timers or veterans for that matter.

The girl who did my lashes was amazing! She was super friendly and very kind. She was new so she didn’t get my eyelashes done in the appointment time so she let me come in on a Saturday and came in early for me to finish them. I brought my daughter Saturday because I’m a single mom and then halfway through my appointment the manager was complaining in front on me saying no kids are allowed in the salon and making a big deal that my baby was with me. Told me they had a no kids policy. Never have heard of such a thing but this lady was extremely rude and I’ll never be back to another plush salon again. I hope this lash tech finds a better salon to work for because she was the best but her manager sucked. This girl went out of her way to finish my lashes and accommodate me. But being rude to a single mom for bringing my baby with me to an appointment is not a business I’ll ever support again.

10/10 experience!!! 100% going back!! Lovely ladys(super friendly)that know their stuff! The place its self is cute! Comfy chair so the experience pleasant! But most importantly, my lashes looked AMAZING!!!

Brittaney was very friendly and made me feel comfortable along with the other ladies in the establishment. She made the procedure as comfortable as it could possibly be. It is a little painful but not her fault just type of procedure. Nice cozy place. It wasn’t crowded with clients so easy to relax.

Your online booking system confirmed my appointment and when I arrived they said that I didn’t have an appointment and I was upset because I had the screen shot of my booking and the calendar addition was successfully added. I never received a notification that my appointment was cancelled or anything else. Brittany skipped her lunch to fit me in because the staff realized that they made a mistake. I’m so grateful for that Brittany stepped up to make sure that I was able to get my service. She did a great job with the classic refill I scheduled despite having limited availability. Praying that management compensates her for the extra sacrifice she made on my behalf. Praying that this schedule snafoo is a one off. Grateful that my lashes look good despite the fact that my appointment was effed up.
