Should be zero stars. I rarely write a negative review as I’m a firm believer in spreading positivity, but this one is necessary. I went in for my first time right before my birthday for grey coverage, all over color refresher, and possibly a trim, specifically just for my few face framing front layers. Miranda was my stylist. Customer service at its worst unfortunately, and I do not say that lightly. When I was told that it would cost me $75 to just trim “my bangs”, literally 3-4 pieces of hair around my forehead, I was met with such a negative attitude with my surprise. Surely, a salon with any knowledge of customer service could have accommodated a first time customer, for their birthday at that, but instead I was met with Miranda treating me as I was a problem. She was hesitant to answer any of my questions regarding the hair color line she was putting on my hair, shuffling me between clients and stations as if I was a piece of cargo, dumped me at the self hair-drying section with a faulty hair dryer and no instructions, and didn’t even say goodbye. Really? As I was checking out at the counter, I said that this was a disappointing experience to the gal at the register who said absolutely nothing in return, not even eye contact. I regret leaving a tip. I have to say this is the worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon. There was absolutely no “care” in hair care here that day. Save yourself from the experience. That color from the brand I haven’t heard of? Yep, dramatically faded after only one wash. A terrible experience all around, obviously.

Courtney at Plush is amazing. The best Brazilian blow out hands down. I get compliments on my color all the time. Do yourself a favor and go see her! Not only does she know hair but she’s also so friendly and always puts me in a good mood!

Honestly the best color I've ever had done - I like to get my hair done a copper-brown, which can be pretty temperamental, but even after another hairdresser from Southern California gave me what they call "hot roots" a.k.a. bright red on top and a dark red/brown fade, I came here off of a recommendation - Katie fixed my hair and gave me an amazing copper dye job. I've never gotten one better, and I've had that color done for years. I gave a more than 25% tip - totally worth it.

I just got here last week and I noticed that this is the best place to get your hair done in the area. I love the way they build a sweet rapport with their customers.
