I hate to leave bad reviews but I am soooo appalled by the full set I just got. I have never had such a rushed lumpy job in my life. This is after 5 days of getting them done and it looks like I need a fill. there was a gap when I left. Nail polish is streaky and not cured correctly. Nails are soooo lumpy and uneven. there was acrylic all over my cuticles when I left. Very rushed job. I could tell the tech didn't care and just wanted to be done.

You will not get a licensed nail tech for your pedicure. They use illegal cheese graters on your feet that do the opposite of smoothing your feet. The only licensed tech does your nails and doesn't do them right, rushes and doesn't pay attention layered glie under my nails from using to much glue and acted like i was thr problem for not wanting gunked glue under my nail and uses the drill on your cuticles tearing up your fingers burning them and cutting them. caution as this place is just waiting to get a good infection

I am truly disheartened that a business I frequent would treat me like this. I have a gift certificate that was purchased April 14, 2020. It does have a one-year expiration date. I called today to see if they would honor it because of the long time they were closed due to Covid. Even though it is expired by six weeks - I really thought that they would take the time out they were closed and add it to the expiration date as it was not my fault that I could not use that gift certificate. They now have $55 free money. Thanks a lot PN Nails. I won’t come back now.

I love this place! I have been searching for my “go to” nail salon and this is it. They are prompt, friendly, have same day appointments, always verify the color once it’s on and are reasonably priced. Will definitely come back again and again.

I went in to get me and my 3 daughters pedis and manis done. I got fake nails done and never once asked what shape or length. My shapes was slanted and uneven. After the amount I spent the quality wasn’t there. She rushed my kids nails and went from my feet to theirs nails. I mean we family but still unsanitary

Um. The coffin nails were all angled towards one direction. I was cut by the nail file twice. Didn't look like what I wanted at all cause they don't have the options.

This is a very nice clean store. The staff is very nice. I had a 10:30 appointment and she was right on time. I have walked in at times and did not have to wait long. My pedicure was so relaxing! V is very gentle with my very tickleish feet!
