I went there with my niece and we spun over $200 for our nails in total…. The very next day my gel polish fell off! Along with nails😭 i came back and Tiffany “fixed” them well the ones the fell off she replaced but the ones that were lifting she just went over with SNS. Which was what I had on my hands instead of taking them off and doing them over. So one of them fell off today and the other is still lifting and it hurt. Oh also… the young boy who did my feet cut me. Made me bleed… I didn’t even complain. I could tell he needed the practice but I am very disappointed. I’ve been coming here from time to time since they opened the doors… and I always bring a guest. I can honestly say I believe this will be my last time coming here.

I got a pedicure, and the woman rushed through completing it. My nails were left unevenly trimmed, and the entire polish on one toe came off less than a week after getting the pedicure.

Las chicas eran muy agradables , pero los materiales no estaban muy limpios y me dejaron las uñas súper anchas , mal limadas y cada una con un largo diferente . También me dejaron pegamento alrededor de todas las uñas y no me lo puedo quitar Si eres muy especial con cómo quieres que se vean tus uñas no vayas .

I called this morning and they worked me and my daughter in. The atmosphere is peaceful. The prices are reasonable and the service was amazing. The staff is very personable. I highly recommend Poiana Nail Spa

I’ve been going here for 10 years until Tiffani was constantly late. On top of being late all the time, she had to reschedule the last 4 appointments over a few weeks. at the very last minute. When I showed up for one of the appointments, the salon wasn’t even open even thought the hours on the door & online said they were open. On the 5th appointment, she was late. I’m very disappointed after being a loyal customer for so long, my time was not a consideration.

Both my husband & I go together for our Mani-Pedis. The atmosphere is contemporary, hygiene is maintained, with attention to foot baths, hard surfaces and equipment. The nail technicians are experienced and skilled and there are great choices of mani-pedi types and polishes. Thanks Tiffany, Danny & Melissa!

This is my second time receiving service at this location the first time they did everything great starting with eyebrows mani and pedi , I was not happy today I was looking forward to coming out with Beautiful Nails for the holiday I chose a dark color to match my green dress but it disappointed me that I got something horrible my toes (the color) is pale and my nails from my hands are dark like what in the world and he even asked him I want to match and he said yes I have a matching color there is no match or similarity between my toes and nails 102 Dollars I can definitely say it was a bad day !

Trish is seriously incredible. This is the first time I’ve ever had my nails done that I’ve been absolutely OBSESSED with. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, detail oriented. The price was reasonable ($55 for a full set of gel acrylic French nails). I called beforehand and was immediately able to schedule an appointment. (The cut on my cuticle was already there—not a result of Trish).

First of all: 5 stars for Tiffany! I have been here a few times. Up until this last time, it's always been a 5 star time, but that was because I've always been seen by Tiffany! She is awesome! The last time I went was on Tuesday last week and Tiffany wasn't working so I was helped by the older gentleman who works there. I asked for a full set or acrylic nails that was coffin shaped and was a white that fades to pink, like an ombre. I explained this a couple times and even asked to see if he knew what style I was talking about. He said he did. The picture attached is what I walked out with. He cut my cuticle twice and used an electric file on my natural nail. Afterwards, 4 of my nails burned and stung all night so bad that I couldn't sleep. I tend to avoid confrontation so I didn't say anything. I went somewhere else on Friday to have them fixed. But it was a horrible experience. The salon wasn't busy, he had no reason to rush. This is not coffin shaped. This is sloppy. The edges are curved, the acrylic is lumpy. The French (that I wanted to be blended and ombre style) isn't even straight, let alone it isn't what I wanted. There is a hair in two of the nails. I would definitely recommend Tiffany but be wary of the older gentleman (I'm sorry that I do not know his name).

Upscale salon with great hygiene practices including health screening questions, masks & face shields worn by patrons & nail technicians. Kim was efficient & skilled. Thanks for a wonderful mani-pedi in a beautiful, safe setting!

I visited for the first time as a walkin. I'm on crutches because I can't bear weight on my knee. The staff immediately put me in a chair and asked me about my pain and range of motion so they could be sure I was comfortable the whole time during my pedicure. After my pedicure they gave me the option to wait for my nails to dry in the pedicure chair so I didn't have to move around too much. My toes look and feel great! The spa is beautiful and I will definitely come back here again. Can't reccomended it highly enough.

This was highly recommended to me. I gave it a chance because I am from out of state. It was not clean or relaxing. The instruments were just used from client to client (were not fresh from an individual pack). I will not be returning. And I will not recommend this salon to anyone else.

Very nice/pleasant atmosphere. As i was getting my pedicure Melissa took a chunk out of my cuticle next to my toe nail off and it started bleeding bad . She then just sprayed alcohol on it without even apologizing for cutting me. I did let her know that she cut me and i just got a look. Next was when I was receiving my gel manicure she filed the polish off 3 of my fingers on the side and when i showed her she tells me to go wash my hands to see if it’s look better. I politely asked her to redo three fingers and there was a mild attitude for that . I do understand indeed that mistakes are going to be made , but for the amount of money I’m spending it really shouldn’t be this way....

Beware of cranky guy in the back on the left. Do not use him!!! First time, had a great gel manicure by the younger guy who sits in the back on the right. Second time, the older man who sits in the back did an awful job. He drew blood and when I asked if he had alcohol for it (prior infections) he hesitated and then put some green liquid on the area but wouldn’t let me see the bottle to see what it was. Didn’t even sting the way alcohol or even peroxide would. Got cranky when I asked him to paint 2 nails’ edges he completely missed. Then slopped the salt scrub on hands and into rings at the end and said “go wash!” Unpleasant experience! Based on other reviews, he seems to be the bad egg at this place and needs some schooling in manners! Would refuse to have him IF I ever went back, but likely will not.

I really want to like this place. Being new to the area, I was looking for a great nail salon that does SNS (powder nail manicure). Everyone there is nice and professional. However, I had "SNS" done on my nails two times so far at this salon, and both times it began to chip and break off of multiple nails within a few days! The first time, I went back in and she re-did the 3 nails that had begun to chip. Only to have that happen again. I went in to do all ten nails the next time, and it began to chip in less than a week and 5 nails chipped or cracked off. I've been having SNS done for a few years now and that has never happened once anywhere else! The technique they used seems standard, so it may be the product they use.

Ive been getting my nails, pedicures & lash extensions done here for 5yrs. Cindy is the best. She is the best & least expensive ( & quick) of any person around for lashes. I havent had one problem with my nails or lashes in all these years.
