If I could I would rate this place a 7 out of 5! Don’t let outside appearances deceive you- I’ve had massages all over the world and this was the best! Immediately she knew the areas I was sore and tight- I feel like a new person. I had hot stones, hot towels and rails all thrown in. Amazing. Make the effort to go!

Had a 90 min deep tissue massage with May and it was incredible. Came in with knots and pain and feel so much better. This place is amazing, they have last minute appointments and affordable. I am not sure why others are commenting about tipping issue. I didn’t face any such issue. I paid cash. No issues with language or asking for more or less pressure either. Also not to mention they offer free hot stone therapy which is amazing. Most places offer it as an add on for $20 or more. The place itself is super clear and comforting. Only feedback I have is that the sheets they use to cover you are kinda thin and it gets cold in there. Most spas have heavier sheet or blankets. (Or it’s me. ) Overall amazing! Definitely give it a try. Ask for May!!

I love this place! The foot/leg massage…amazing and so relaxing. As for the regular back and full body massages- I’ve only done a chair massage (fabulous) but my friends who get them say they are excellent too. Easy to make an appointment. Very friendly staff. Clean environment. 100% recommend!!

Went to Point Massage today. Very warm & clean atmosphere. My masseuse was professional and comforting during my 60 min visit. Highly recommend trying them out. Great service & Great prices.

Wonderful massage! The place is clean and relaxing. Eric is the best! Very professional and welcoming. I had pain in my neck that I have been dealing with for months. I feel so much better now. This was the best massage I’ve ever had.

Been going to this place a few times and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The staff are corteous and highly skilled in both deep tissue and therapeutic massage. I have tried many places here in Jax but this is by far the best experience I had.

Outstanding massage! My friend went with me and he said his was amazing as well. This is my go-to place. Regarding everyone's hot reaction to their tip recommendations: $130 out the door (that means including tip) for a 90-minute massage is an incredible deal. Who cares what they call it in their pricing model? Also, their English was good. For crying out loud. Go here. Do not think twice.

They have a sign asking you to tip over 30%. Service is generic and they use tactics to make you feel compelled to tip. If you want to get gaslit and ugly service go here.

I highly recommend this place. The lady was professional and skilled. I had pain that lasted several weeks prior to visiting the this place, even though I would go to my local regular chiropractor office. Now I feel relaxed and satisfied They did a wonderful job, worth every penny . 💯

Long summary short, beware! This place can hurt you more than it can benefit you. When I went the first time, the masseuse pulled my muscle so that all my left leg swelled, and I couldn't bend my leg. After a couple of weeks of research on why this is happening and the root of this problem, I called them and told them that their massage is causing this problem. I requested if they charge 50% of their minimum time and massage one muscle, that is the root of problem seems to be reasonable. The manager would not budge. He offered a 30min massage himself. I gave it a shot. During these 30minutes he took three calls and was away for more than 5minutes and at the end of massage he demanded 20% tip. I can't recommend this place. Also they request more than 30% tip. Take risk at your own will, I can't recommend this business.

This little oasis is so nice. My wife has never been to a massage spa, so she was very nervous and had a little anxiety. But the spa made her feel really comfortable as soon as she walked in. They took us in the same day appointment, even text to verify they appointment. Not a while lot of choices for couples massage in Jacksonville but we are glad we found this little gem. The place is very clean, they very professional and it feels like you've just walked into a country club. Bonus they offer a very nice cash discount so stop by the ATM on your way, you can thank me later.
