I love Polish and Pour - been going there for almost 8 years and have never had a bad experience. Staff is always professional, courteous and pleasant. They never deny a special request or make me feel rushed. They take great pride in their work and their salon and it shows.

I’ve been coming to Polish and Pour for over a year now, and I absolutely love it! The polish is always high-quality and lasts a long time. What I enjoy the most is getting a pedicure here—it’s so relaxing, and the massage chairs make the experience even better. The service is always excellent, and I leave feeling refreshed every time. Highly recommend this salon!

Polish and Pour is the best place ever. I moved to the Streeterville neighborhood in Chicago in 2016, and it became my home. Literally have been going there ever since. The owner, and her team are incredible and always make me feel so special and so loved, and they are all incredibly talented.

El lugar es muy bonito pero el Servicio es deplorable, llegue por pedicure y refill en las manos, la senorita que me atendió se tomó como 40 minutos solo para limar el gel de un par de Uñas, cuando le pedi que usara otro tipo de herramienta para agilizar el trabajo me dijo Que no tenia más que una lima , yo pedi hablar con la manager y esta me ofreció esperar 15 minutos mas porque llegaria otro trabajador con maa experiencia, pero decidi no aceptar y me retire del local con un pie a medio hacer. Terrible experiencia, no se brinda un servicio profesional.

I got a volcano pedi and mani online for a little pre-NYE treat the Friday before. I've been there a few times and loved it, but this time was awful. It felt rushed, and it wasn't the luxury experience I booked. At checkout, they said I only got the basic stuff. They didn't even check what I booked! The pedi's okay, but the mani chipped after three days! That pic's from seven days later.

$70 for a mediocre dip manicure with many mistakes / uneven shaping .. and now only a week later my natural nails UNDER the dip are chipping which has NEVER happened before in the past 2.5 years I have been getting dip Update: 2 weeks and a day later and nail (including my natural)chipped off

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Liliya at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing. The staff (especially Liliya) was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. My nail technician - Liliya, took great care to listen to exactly what I wanted and delivered a flawless manicure. The salon is spotless, and the range of colors and treatments they offer is impressive. I left feeling pampered and with nails and my skin that look amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch mani-pedi experience.

I had the most amazing mani-pedi experience with Jenny! From the moment I sat down, she was warm, professional, and detail-oriented. She took her time to ensure my nails looked absolutely perfect, and her attention to cleanliness and hygiene was top-notch. Worst experience. Someone else just commented the EXACT same thing im about to say, $75 for a mediocre dip manicure with many mistakes / uneven shaping AND the design I requested, NOT EVEN CLOSE. When I spoke to the OWNER, they were so unprofessional and simply said, "ooh sorry, it's $75" lmao i called the next day, to ask if I could simply come in and get these removed, and they had "stepped out"

Amazing service for acrylic soak off and express manicure. Everyone was friendly and my manicure looks impeccable. Also the ability to watch sex and the city during my appointment was a huge plus. I will be back!

I went in to get a single nail fixed. It was a simple pink dip. Kim voo told me at the end if I tipped her she wouldn’t charge me for the nail. So I venmoed her $6. As I was leaving the lady at the front desk asked me if I’d paid. I said yes that Kim told me if I tipped that I didn’t have to worry about paying for the nail. As I started to walk out Kim yelled over to the lady at the front desk that I needed to be charged. The front desk lady then told me that my single nail would be $10. I was confused and said but she told me that if I tipped I wouldn’t have to pay for the nail? And $10 for a single nail? She said yes $10 for the nail. I know for a fact the full does not cost $100. Kim then came over and said that I tipped $6, & should have been $15. The entire interaction was so unprofessional. I will not be returning.

KIMLY did an incredible job with my acrylic fill in and color change. I always appreciate after every step she asks if they look okay before moving on to the next thing. She’s quick but very precise. I love my nails!

Very mediocre service, the nail tech was nice enough but felt like she was rushing through, doing the motions. They do not have a drying station and regular mani and pedi was $60 on Monday which seems a bit pricey. We’ll see how long the polish lasts but I don’t think it’s going to make it through even 10 days.

Was very excited to get a gel mani and pedi here. Service was ridiculously priced for what you get for the pedicure. $66 dollars for some scrub, lotion, and no chip polish. My gel pedicure is see through and patchy. I came in with a gel manicure set and wanted to get a full acrylic set. The tech spent an hour painfully scraping off my old gel and still didn’t get it all off. He tried to put acrylic on top of my old gel twice before I pointed out that I still had gel on my nails. I ended up walking out. And just paying for the “take off”. My nails look absolutely terrible. You can still see the old gel on my nails along with red marks from where he tried to scrape it off. I can’t even get my nails done elsewhere. Was hoping to be my go to neighborhood spot but I have to warn others not to here. Maybe some nail techs here are good but I can tell the one that I got had no idea what he was doing. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. If you’re looking for something in the area, I would highly recommend bedazzled nail salon as that’s where I typically go.
