I had such a great experience! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they really take their time to make sure you leave happy. My nails turned out perfect, and you can tell they pay close attention to detail. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they provide. This was my first time visiting this salon and I’ve found my new place! Angel did my SNS and Jason did my pedicure. I’m super particular and both of my services were perfect, super happy with the outcome and will absolutely be returning. Also loved that I 1) made an appointment and 2) the appointment time was honored and my services started as soon as I got to the salon.

I went in this nail place to get my Bestfriends nails done for her birthday and me and my other Bestfriend got our nails and toes done as well. At first it was going well, but then I noticed I was waiting three hours to finish getting my nails and toes done. I had three people work on me and I was sitting there up until almost closing time. But they were taking new customers coming in and left me sitting in the chair. One of the men that were working on me didn’t even fully put the new base down. I was going in for a fill in and they charged me 143 dollars. If that was the case I would have gotten a new set. I only had these nails for a week, just for them to lift up a week later. I will never go to this unprofessional place again and i definitely wouldn’t go with the prices that high as well. They also don’t let you know that every design you have is charged extra on each finger. And it was just nail polish. No type of baddazles or anything we’re added to my nails.

I’ve been here on two different occasions and I’ve only gotten my feet done …Today I got a pedicure and a fill and I love the color but the shape of my nails is terrible.. not sure if the tech was confused about the shape some squared some round the base is so bumpy … $130 just to be disappointed.. way too fat and out of shape …the French tip Is the shape I normally get .perfect polish perfect shape .. the red is was the nail tech just did it’s horrible.. pretty red though.. I wanted a crispy sharp square shape this is not that

THIS IS THE SPOT! Angel has been doing my nails for years and I was so upset when I learned she moved locations. By absolute chance, I walked into this salon because the old location was not cutting it anymore. Imagine my surprise to see Angel & wow, the team did not disappoint. Angel and her team are great. She has been doing my nails for years prior to her opening Polish Posh. The shop is clean and the work is quality and lasts. I normally get SNS on my nails which lasts at least 31/2 weeks and gel polish on my toes which lasts at least a month! My nails have also stayed strong and healthy. The best!

I decided to switch things up from my usual SNS and went for an ombré look—it's super fun and cute! As always, both the pedicure and manicure were phenomenal. 10/10 Recommend! I can't say enough good things about Angel, Liam and the entire nail salon (new & completely renovated). Angel has been doing my SNS manicures for over 4 years, and there is no one better—lasting for 3+ weeks without chipping. The massage chairs are amazing and if you struggle with ingrown nails the pedicures are a lifesaver. The salon is impeccably clean, with tools that are autoclaved for top-notch hygiene. Highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent nail care in a relaxing, clean, and welcoming environment.

The best and most natural looking French manicure I have ever had! The whole family run the salon and they are super friendly. Did I mention the quality of their work? My first experience at Polished Posh nail salon was not good. The only African American nail tech in there did my nails. She was very rude. When she sat down to do my nails she didn’t speak she just got started. She asked me did I pick a color, I said no because as soon as I walked in I was told where to sit. She was looking at me with this blank stare like she had a problem. As I was getting my nails done she told me she can’t deal with me chewing my gum. I explained to her I was pregnant and would have to continue chewing my gum because it helps me with nausea. She told me I don’t look pregnant. I have very tensed fingers, she seemed to be upset that I wasn’t as relaxed because she kept twisting my fingers all hard. She cut and filed my nails, they were al different lengths when I looked at them. She saw me looking and said is it something wrong do I need to fix something in a rude tone. Finally, she polished my nails and moved my fingers saying I need to hold them down so the polish don't run up. Something I’ve never heard before in all my years of going to the nail salon. She needs better customer service skills. If you don’t want to do nails or are unhappy find another field to work in. I was very unpleased with my service and her attitude. Nice ambience inside but terrible attitude from the only African American nail tech on today 07/ 12/2024
