Great salon! My girlfriend loves coming here. She’s always super happy with her nail service and pedicure service. Felt super welcomed and Jonathan was super sweet. Definitely the best nail salon in Albuquerque!

I recently visited this nail salon, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in providing good service. The salon itself was not very clean, which made me uncomfortable. My pedicure water was cold, and the pedicure was really rushed. My toenails are all different sizes and none are filed straight. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to others.

Polish job good, rest of pedi not really☹️. My feet get dry. They look the same now as they did pre pedi, which is not the experiance I am used to. Not really worth $48.

I highly recommend this place. I will not be going anywhere else. I came here for my bridal nails and left beyond happy. They communicated the whole time about prices and styles. They made sure to test the design and colors with me before hand. Quinn did an amazing job painting my design She was super friendly and chatty and kept me and my bridesmaids laughing the whole time. It was a great experience. The pedicure was also very relaxing and well done.

The man that did my Mom’s pedi was rude and rough and didn’t even put lotion on her heels, then walked away and started a new customer and that woman yelped because he was being rough with her. Maybe he doesn’t like old ladies?

I love going here. The environment is very relaxing. Massage chairs, full service for manis, pedis, wax. Variety of spa packages to choose from. Reasonable prices. Very hard workers. I look forward to my visit every single time.

I’ve gone to this nail salon a few times. The first time, I was with a woman who I got the feeling might be the owner of the place (I believe her husband works there also) . My nails looked thick and sloppy, She was very unfriendly and rushed with me to get to another woman. A couple weeks later I went back it could have just been a tough day for her. but I was wrong, she was still very short and rude. A lady named Nancy fix my nails (the nails that were sloppily done previously here.) She drilled them to look thinner, more natural and I liked them! Now to today, I decided to go back since they told me they could get me 30 minutes from the time I called. They came out ok but it’s just not the friendliest environment and really expensive. I can get past a lot of things but bad customer service isn’t one. If I’m treated well, I’ll go back over and over again but I just get the feeling like I’m not wanted there. I’ll find another place to go to next time.

The best experience I've had in years. I was able to get an appointment, and appointments are honored over walk-ins. Extremely clean, professional, and beautiful salon with excellent staff and leadership. This was such an excellent experience. I worked with Mike. He was really great. My nails came out exactly how I requested. My mom is in her 80s, and her mani pedi was excellent. She was so relaxed and happy as the technician was thoughtful and gentle.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everyone around me seemed to be happy, long-term, return customers. This salon is well priced, ran extremely well, and I would HIGHLY recommend it! 💫💫💫💫✝️

My daughter & I used to go to Polish religiously when they first opened. We stopped due to an incident that I won't share here, but it made us question the ethics of the place, & sent the employees scrambling to put up their credentials when they saw a man w a clipboard. It made us very uncomfortabl. I decided to go back & try again. It was horrible! I was paired with a man whose chair faces north & is the second chair in, closest to the bathroom he never looked up at me. He never greeted me. Then he said, "You want white tip?" When I called to make the appointment, I had specifically said that I would like someone who would do a very natural plain nail. I like to have a plain nail between the holidays and Valentine's Day. He was rough & knicked me several times. He moved my hand very roughly. He asked me what shape I wanted. My nails were already coffin-shaped naturally & I said that the coffin-shape they already are is fine. He said, "No, almond is better." I repeated that the shape was fine. He continued to shape my nails to a rounded point & took away half the nail. I now have these teeny, thin, super pointy, rounded nails. They look ridiculous! My polish & acrylic is lumpy & streaked. He used stark white polish & a bubble gum pink polish for that "French" look, so the LAST thing my nails are is natural-looking. They look ridiculous! His station was filthy, & when he dusted my hands. I got the previous customers nail dust & glitter all over me. He wiped his space off w his hand. It was so gross. And now my nails look totally ridiculous. He was a jerk but didn't try to talk at all, except for when the white polish smudged and he scolded me for not putting my hand in the curing matching correctly. But he did not allow me to leave my nails in the machine for a full cycle! He did one coat of everything & took yanked my hand out of the machine before any cycle was done & the night hadn't turned off yet. It was awful & I look terrible. And now my nails shape is completely round & pointy so I have no idea how long it will take to grow them out to a normal shape. This guy was a jerk & did the worst job that has ever been on my nails ever. I guess the good news is he was a jerk & can't do nails but at least he was fast? Oh. By the way he got up at the end & said. "You done" and walked away. So rude. So unprofessional & literally the worst work ever done to my nails. And it cost me $100. Never going back!

Had been going to this place for a while. The service here was always hit or miss. It depends on the person you get to do your nails. But lately the service has really gone down hill while the prices have gone up. They are not consistent with their pricing either so you have to ask them what it is and make sure you are charged right. They take walk-ins or appointments but it doesn’t really matter which one you do because you are serviced based the amount of workers they have. My sister booked an appointment for her bridal party to come and get their nails done and we were each serviced at different times and none of us got to sit together. You don’t get the same treatment every time. Some give you a full treatment other cut corners to get you done faster. The variety of colors for dip or gel is not very good. Some can do good designs while others can’t. If they can’t they’ll make an excuse like, “you’re nails are too short” or something that doesn’t make sense. Overall, I don’t even know why I continued to come back but finally had enough and will be going somewhere else.

Overpriced for the treatment! Not only was I cut/ burned twice when she was filing, she would yank my hand to adjust it!! When I went to the register, I saw the sign on price increase (didn't think much of it) until my total was almost 60$ FOR A FILL!!!! I'll never be back to this place nor will I recommend it to anyone I know and if anyone asks me about them, I will bluntly say they charge way too much for the service they give!!!!!!!

Thought I'd FINALLY found a good nail salon. The highlight of a pedicure for me is the leg/foot massage. Most places have gone to rubbing those stupid rocks on your legs. The first time I went here, I got a beautiful massage. The second time, it was ok. This last time, she slapped some lotion on and went to painting my nails. I paid full price for half a pedicure (and of course they've raised their prices). Won't be doing that again. The search continues.
