Wack. $40 plus tip is on the high end for a regular pedicure but I wouldn’t get another one here if they paid me Disorganized polish section, uncomfortable chairs that don’t recline or massage, pedicure took well over an hour not including dry time. Left while they were wet since the aerosol spray they put on my feet at the end gave me a headache. Not to mention they don’t look great. Leaving this bad review doesn’t make it better (I’m sorry I hate doing these) but I gotta let the people know

Love coming to this salon. Plenty of parking and easy to make appointments online. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and quite the choice of colors for any service! Zoey is my go to and always so detailed on every service. You won't be disappointed booking at this salon or any service with Zoey!

Paid $70 for a haircut (trim) and they didn’t even shampoo/condition my hair in the bowl. Instead of even just getting my hair wet in the bowl I was sprayed down with a bottle. And I was let go with my hair still damp. And I went months before and got the opposite treatment so it was weird to see a 180 flip of customer treatment

I tried out Polished for the first time on New Year’s Eve, and booked a jelly pedicure and gel X removal/ new set. Yuri Could not have been nicer or more friendly, and the time flew by! The jelly pedicure was divine, and was a sensory experience I had not ever had; the gel X process was great too. I got both services done in two hours, which was a nice change of pace from other salons where gel X on its own would take as long. The salon is beautiful and clean and it’s so easy to book an appointment online. I will definitely be back and will be telling friends in the area!

I will never go anywhere else as long as I live anywhere close to this salon. Analicia does an amazing job and is a pleasure to spend time with to boot. Everyone who works here is super friendly and very good at what they do. I always look forward to my next appointment!

Polished is such a beautiful space to get your beauty services. All the techs are so friendly and talented! Lina is so wonderful- I constantly get compliments on my manicures and they always help me feel put together.

Polished Denver saved the day! It’s so nice and clean first! Very modern and cute. Kaela did my gel manicure (just a simple non gelx no nail art) and was so funny! She was also super nice and knows her craft really well! I was very impressed with the quality. I liked her vibe a ton!!!!! And Kim! Kim is a saint. I’m 5 months pregnant and haven’t been able to care for my feet very well (bump problems haha). Kim was so kind and put extra care into fixing my feet up. I feel like a person again! She was also super sweet and asked me lots of questions about the baby. Super impressed! I’ll spare the world pictures of my swollen (but cute) feet. But outstanding!

I’m not sure how I should rate this place. Anyone who is on a right time schedule, pass on this place. If you can wait, do so. I made an appointment at 3 o’clock for a3:30 pm appointment, nothing showed on their site. I had a confirmation by email but that didn’t matter. I arrived at 3:25 only to be told I wasn’t on the schedule and often the owner accepts allotments and doesn’t convey that to her staff. They told me that I could wait. I figured I could answer emails and other actions for work. 55 minutes later they told me I could get in the chair. An hour wait is unreasonable and unprofessional. Because I waited and did work from the place, I was efficient but I should never have had to wait that long Because I was an hour after my scheduled time, I had two operators working on me at the same time. It was face and efficient but exactly soothing. The work on my pedicure and my manicure was excellent. I loved the work and hated the customer service. I was not impressed with the owner but was impressed with the employees I don’t know how they work in that environment but I liked their work If you have lots on time or can work from the establishment if not, stay away. I have a lot of flexibility.

Finding a skilled barber is harder than finding a good doctor. That’s why I would highly recommend Andy N. He’s been my barber for over 5 years. I’ve tried others and generally it’s okay. On the other hand, every time I see Andy I leave feeling more confident. I go about my days not distract about how I look and instead use my energy to be more productive and social. The rest of the staff at Polished are also very genuine and kind. Very prompt and thorough and accommodating with any questions or needs. The location is very easy to find and there’s adequate parking - never having to walk very far to and from my car.

I came here with my mom and I was the first kid to get gel extensions. They did very very well with my French tip. I would totally recommend this place five stars.😍😋🥳

Everyone’s nice and friendly, and they always remember me and my family. I’m rough on my hands with various activities, and they never make me feel bad about the state of my nails. They all do a great job! I wish the pedicure stations had massage chairs, but even so, this is my go-to place.

My wife went in as a walk in and immediately was met with rude staff telling her that they cannot color her hair. Then proceeded to treat her badly after asking about getting her nails done. What a terrible way to treat customers who have been here before.

Recently came in for a cut & balayage. Pam was super kind and I loved chatting with her but overall I just wasn't impressed with my experience. I showed her a picture of what I wanted in my hair. However, the "balayage" turned out subpar. Additionally, she washed my hair in cold water, used no shampoo or conditioner and sent me back to the chair. I didn't think the color process was already over but to my surprise it was. She brushed my hair, commenting on how tangly it is and did not bother to use a detangler. She continued on with my haircut which did turn out nice, I will say. After cutting, she blew dry it and lightly curled it and still did not put any hair products in throughout the entire process. I went home and immediately showered to clean my hair and then style it properly. Overall, it just wasn't the salon experience I was hoping for. I was looking forward to being pampered after a long week. Instead the experience cost me $250 and I was there for 1 hour.

UPDATE Just went back to see Pamela for a second time. If anything it’s even better than the first time and I’ve received so many compliments on my hi-lights/color. Customer service was great and the entire staff was amazing and so encouraging! Great job once again First Visit… I was very impressed with my recent visit to Polished. I stopped in to see if there were any way I could get a highlight and cut with almost no notice. Although they didn’t have anything open, I explained my situation (planning my mother in law’s funeral) and left my number. Later that day I received a call and was told that a stylist agreed to come in on her day off! They were able to get me in and took great care of me. Pamela was my stylist and she was so wonderful. I was beyond stressed and not feeling 100%. Pamela totally understood and just took the time to encourage and pamper me. My hair turned out great and I left feeling so much better.
