Maddie is the BEST!! Besides being the sweetest person on the planet and one of my favorite humans, she seriously does such a good job!!! My nails and feet look and feel AH-MAZING!! I love the dry pedicure. I think it is so much better than a wet one where they grate your feet. Go see her!! You will love it! 💝

This place is amazing! Great for those with gel allergies like me! I came in a few months ago with my nails pulling off my nail beds because of a painful allergic reaction from gel polish from another salon. I met the owner and she took care of me right away. She has a product that she used on my nails to help heal them. They looked so much better in just a few weeks! It felt like a miracle. The gel they use is hema free, so I can actually get my nails done again! Something I thought I wouldn’t be able to do again. I now have Alexis doing my nails and she is so great! I couldn’t be happier with this salon! The very best I’ve ever been to! It’s clean, everyone is so nice and friendly and it feels like home.

Monica was by far the best nail artist I've been to. I was emotional and unwell but she kept my spirits high and she's easy to talk to. My nails have NEVER looked this good. Ever. And I've been to plenty of places from payson to salt lake. She is amazing. I will definitely be going back and recommending family/friends to her.

I’m really bummed about my experience with Ashley. She has been flaky recently and it’s been incredibly frustrating. Great talent and a wonderful artist, but doesn’t seem to respect her customers’ time. Two other friends and I have had issues with her canceling same day. I suggest you book with someone else for the time being.

LOVE this salon and the techs here. I would come more often if the economy allowed me to have more spending money! 😆 The owner righted a wrong and was so sweet about everything. I really appreciated her attentiveness!

Very professional establishment! Loved the communication and proficiently of Monica and she made my nails look amazing! 100% recommend. I got the gel extensions on mine and it took about 2 hours because she was very detail oriented and made sure I was happy with them. Even though she just finished her training she was super confident and knew what she was doing. Thanks for doing what you do!

I had such an amazing time with Karla! It was both my daughters and mine first time getting a manicure and she exceeded my expectations. She was so gentle with my daughter and talked her through everything she was doing so my daughter wasn’t scared. Karla was so friendly and always had a huge smile on her face. She made our first experience getting our nails done a 10000/10 and will go get our nails done by her every time. Go book Karla now, you won’t regret it!!

I have been going to Jenny before she started at this salon. I decided to follow her here because I love her work. The salon has blown me away! They value giving their customers the highest quality products and service. Jenny has always given me everything I want and more when it comes to my nails. She has taught me so much about nail care and what I need to know when getting gel enhancements. Since using the products at this salon, and Jenny’s expertise, my nails have not broken at all. My nails are the healthiest and strongest they’ve ever been. I am so grateful for the management at Polished Looks. There is a strong atmosphere of knowledge and training here. The nail techs are always attending trainings and gaining more knowledge weekly which gives me lots of confidence that I am getting the highest level of service. I recommend everyone to this salon for any of your nail needs!

My dry pedicure: she was 15 minutes late, ended early, put one coat of polish on, and the result looked like when I do them myself at home. Oh, and she took a personal call while working on me. My two friends with me were a bit happier, but their nails were also chipping two days later.

Roiann did such an amazing job on my matte black nails! She also did my friend's acrylics and they came out amazing!!! The vibe the shop has is amazing and so welcoming. The prices are also great and it's definitely a great place to go! We will be coming back in the future! 😁😁😁

Great customer service. They had a last minute issue and had to reschedule me, so they discounted my mani/pedi. This was my first time getting a manicure or pedicure and my technician, Jen, was very nice about fielding my many questions. Great experience overall.

Melissa literally has the cutest salon I’ve been to (I’ve been to 10 salons in the area). She’s super professional and her employees and booth renters love her for good reason. This salon is so fun, cute, and friendly. I have been coming here for almost a year now and i love it!! Everyone is very professional and thorough. I especially love how clean they are - no reusing of tools for multiple clients, etc. Get your nails done here and you will not regret it ♥️♥️

Very professional and caring salon! MaKenzie is a very talented nail technician. She is detailed in her work and I love my nails every time they are done. The pedicures are a hot towel pedicure and I love them! Worth spending a little extra to get the quality!

I've had my nails done here twice by Liz. This is the cleanest and cutest nail salon I've ever been to in my life. My previous nail tech left the industry so I had to find someone new. I contacted Liz on Instagram, and she was so helpful and took me on as a client. Her artist skills are top notch. So happy I found this place.
