My wife said this was a great experience. We had been on vacation for over a month and she needed her nails done. She called several places but Polished was the only place that called her back. They worked her in late in the afternoon, and she was very pleased with the outcome.

I think this cute little salon probably does well with regular polish but it seems like (after also reading other reviews) acrylic and dip just isn't their thing. I got dip last week and it came off of one nail completely after only 3 days and is now coming off of a second nail. The dip was placed too far from cuticles. I have never had this happen before. I now have 2 nails that broke and are now much shorter then the rest and it took me 6 months to achieve this length. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Small, clean shop. Brooke did an excellent job. Nice attention to detail. My feet and legs feel wonderful. Lots of OPI colors available although I brought my own. Conveniently located near lots of shops and pubs. It was quite chilly so I'll bring a sweater next time.

What a delightful treat!! I hadn't had time to get a pedicure before heading to CSB, so when rain was in the forecast I called to get an appointment! Brooke was very nice and did a great job on my pedicure and also soaking off my SNS and filed my fingernails and trimmed my cuticles! Great job!!

I lucked out and was able to get a same day appointment, which I could tell was rare. Everyone was really friendly, the salon was clean and had a calm environment. The best manicure I've had in a while! Wish I could find a place like this near me!

POLISH is a friendly nail place, however, the Gel service I had was pitiful. I had a manicure Mondaay, by Wednesday the gel was lisfting from several nails. One week later, 7 of 10 appear to need a fill. My cuticles were trimed dry, without soaking ! Sorry to say, I picked the wrong place.

Working in the area and got done early so I stopped in an hour before close and asked if they did Walkins .They only had three techs but one of them was willing to stay late to fit me in! First that’s great customer service, second she did not scimp or rush through my manicure! My gel polish was perfectly done and she took her time trimming my cuticles. As a business traveler who gets her nails done all over the country, I highly recommend this salon.
