Went here with my mother today, sadly it’ll be the last time I go. We both went here together, I got a fill in and a pedicure and my mother got a new full set. We were having a great time. My mom had mentioned very sincerely to the lady doing her nails that the top coat she had used was a bit too purple, I wouldn’t even call the request much of a complaint, it wasn’t too busy in the salon at the time and with the talent the employees do have I’m sure they could have fixed it. I’m gonna assume the manager/owner; came over and got involved in the conversation. Instead of helping he told her “we’ll cut them off and you can go somewhere else and never come back”. I’ve never heard anyone behave so rude to customers, the pride the owner has is something leveled to a corporate ceo who is money hungry, someone that will never admit to mistakes and try to fix the mistakes made for the good of the customers and the employees that work for him. The lady that worked on my mother’s nails proceeded to take off the full set, my mom just couldn’t leave without giving her a bit of money for the work she did do. To top all of this off, when given cash, the woman refused, saying “I can’t take the money or else I’d be fired”. How can people treat anyone this way? I was sick to my stomach the rest of the time I was there from such an awful human, and from the other bad reviews on Google, this is not the first time the owner has been referred to as being rude. I feel so sorry for the employees that work for him. If you’re someone who works there reading this, your hard work and talent means a lot to us, we feel sorry for the abuse you take day by day. I just can’t come back to polished now that I know the kind of person that owns the place.

I’ve been to this nail salon for four years now and have always had a great experience until today. Went here with my daughter to get a new full sell, I asked for a clear base coat. I very kindly mentioned that the nails looked a bit too purple from what I wanted, the lady that did my nails was a saint but the manager that got involved told me if I don’t like them I can have them taken off and go somewhere else and never come back, in a very rude tone. The same lady and another girl took the full set off and when I tried to pay for the work she did do, she had to refuse, saying “I can’t take the money from you or else I’d be fired”. I’ve never experienced someone being so prideful, to hurt employees in such a way. I hate that I now have to go to a new salon, polished has always been a great place but I had no idea those girls were working under someone who was such a spiteful human being.

Just moved here from Florida thankful I found polish Nail Salon. Andrew is my nail tech. ! Today I decided chrome topcoat for the fall ! Love it !

I’ve been coming to this store for probably 8 years now. I call the store ahead of time to ask when Vicky has time for me that day. As soon as I walk in I’m always greeted by the owner, Andrew, and Vicky is always is available for me- I never have to wait. For 8 years I’ve always had Vicky do my nails because she “nails it” EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. (had to throw the pun in there, lol). It’s been about two years since I’ve been in because I just haven’t had the money to keep up with my nails. I went back earlier this week for the first time and I was shocked that two years later she remembered what I like. She asked “coffin or almond shape?”, which are the two shapes i’ve always gone between. I was also surprised to see while all these other shops have outrageous prices now, the price for my sns had only gone up $3 in two years. I also got my eyebrows waxed (Vicky does that as well) and she did a perfect job like always (not to mention the wax is only $10). Thank you, Andrew, Vicky and the rest of the staff for always going over the top and making sure I leave happy every time!

Came in for pedicures, the polish color was nowhere close to the color on the display nail. I requested a different color, which still did not match the display nail. She rushed through painting my nails the second time, so not only does the color look bad, but the paint job is too. Asked for a different color on my fingernails, which was fine. I felt like the nail tech was in a hurry while painting both my nails and toenails. Normally, I wouldn’t bother posting a review, however, I came in with 2 other people and spent a lot of money to get a rushed service.

Polished is the only place I will get my nails done. They always do a fantastic job and my nails last so long! They are always busy but efficient and friendly! Anyone you get is great, but I think Curley does the best job! They pay attention to every detail and seem to attract the whole Greensboro area!

Had my first visit to Polished today. David was the kindest nail tech I have ever met, had a great conversation with me & did an exceptional job on my sns manicure! I also had a pedicure done by another employee and did not catch her name, but she did a fabulous job! I give it 4 stars because the floors (especially in the bathroom) and the pedicure chairs/bowls could be cleaner.

Julie did my nails along with my daughter’s for our upcoming Taylor Swift concert. She did an absolutely fabulous job and we are both thrilled with how they turned out. She took out inspiration pictures and made them even better!!

Andrew is simply the best! He and Polished Nail Spa gave me so many options to choose from in terms of color and chrome color. He let me try 2 different chrome colors to see what I liked best. I LOVE my nails so much!

I will never be back to this shop!!! I went in for a simple soak off. For one, three different people worked on my nails! For just a soak off. The First Lady started to drill my gel and acrylic off and she had the drill turned all the way up and was rushing. Well she ended up cutting my finger badly and left an awful dent into my natural nails. All she could say was sorry and gave another lady the drill and hurried off. The Second Lady continues to cut another one of my fingers. At this point I’m upset and the acetone for the soak off is burning the crap out of the cuts. Awful place.

I came here to get my nails done for school on the 17th and the lady that did my nails told me she couldn’t do my design on my nails because they were to busy. I got gel nail polish and my nails are already chipping. I spent way too much money for this to be happening. I want a refund or something.

If you are trying to find a nail salon that can work with tiny nails or short nails, look no further! They have never made me feel bad about mine. Amy and Anne are truly superb when it comes to painting and preforming mani/pedi. I do not even feel like they are doing my nails due to the fact that the paint is actually on the nail and not on the skin. I have been very pleased with this company!

Went for the first time with my friend. We had set appointments and the shop was incredibly busy. I felt as though they were rushed to get everyone seen. The woman that helped me was kind as can be, but my top coat and gel polish has become incredibly dull and is coming off. For 81 dollars and tipping I am just disappointed because I loved the way they looked and got many compliments. Also the acrylic underneath is built up and bulky on a few.

Andrew at Polish Nail Salon is absolutely amazing! I gave him an idea of what I like and he exceeded my expectations. Love love my nails!! Pictures don’t do them justice the way he added random glitter makes the sparkle different colors in the light.

I have come to polished nails for a while and I hated to write this review but I have to as I’ve been so inconvenienced. I made a appointment on 6/18 for 1pm for a sns and pedicure. I arrived on time as I always do and as she’s doing my nails she asked me to come back because they got busy after I already told her that I was going on vacation. She tells me to come back at 10:15 am. I arrived on time because I’m going on vacation. I arrive and she’s doing someone else’s nails. Not only did they not honor my appointments I still paid full price and tipped her for the bad sns job she did the day before. None of my nails are even, I have white powder on them and I’m just really upset before my vacation. Now I have to try and find someone else before we leave!! I’ll never be back again

Tyler is an amazing person from his professionalism to his A1 work. I showed him a picture of a french tip manicure set that I wanted and Tyler did a better job than the photo. The massage with my pedicure was to die for. I will most definitely be back for TYLER‼️ I recommend him 10/10…Btw I am 45 minutes away and will now become a regular.

I'm not a regular at any nail place so O don't have any favorite places in GSO. I found this place through lots of recommendations on Reddit amd FB Group so I gave it a try since it's really close to my home. I took a chance to walk in. I went there after noon and they were packed already however when I asked if they'd take walk in the owner answered right away and said yes. There's tons of colors to choose. I did gel nail removal and did a gel nail manicure. I chose two colors per the pictures and it was so gorgeous. The nail tech was professional and quick she did everything in one hour. To my surprise, it is cheaper than the other shop I went to. Here's around $32 excl. tip. I went home super happy I've found a place I can call my favorite from now. The only downside I could think of is probably the ventilation in the shop. I walked inside and smelled strong scent from the nail polish and everything. I know you'd say it's a nail shop so there must be a smell and I know it but it was a bit stronger than any other places I've been to. Also while getting my nails done it was a little dusty from filing nails etc. But it wasn't that bad though I just had a better experience at the other places when it comes to ventilation. If the owner sees this and could improve the ventilation (maybe getting a few air purifier?) I bet that'd change everything ❤️ Anyway, I was so blessed to have found this place ❤️ I couldn't recommend this place enough.
