My favorite place for Russian manicure and pedicure!! They take their time and put so much effort in making my nails look fabulous. The Russian gel manicure usually lasts 3-4 weeks and looks perfect the whole time. The place is very clean, organized and they serve tea and treats! I typically book appointments Yulia, she is the best!

Elina truly does the best manicures I’ve ever had in my life. Her technique is fantastic, plus she is so kind and easy to talk to. Once you try the Russian manicure style you won’t want to go back. Request Elina!!!

I’ve been here twice so far and both manicures have been amazing! First was with Dzhika for my Christmas/new year set and second was with Anastasia for a fun geometric design. Both hard gel manicures looked amazing and held up excellently for over 2 weeks. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but your nails will never look better!

I got a chrome art gel manicure (the famous Hailey Bieber nail) and it’s so good. The manicurist Bela is very nice and patient, despite she’s not fluent in English she tries to understand my wants and communicate well. They also give you free water and snack.

I have been a customer at Polished NYC for just over a year. Elina is my favorite technician to see. She is so talented, and has taken my nails from short and unhealthy to long and healthy. She is just the best! The girls at the front counter- Amalia and Vera- are also so sweet. Very friendly atmosphere and the most long lasting Russian manicures I’ve had done.

This was my first time trying a Russian manicure. I booked with Elina, and she was wonderful—very kind and talented. My nails and the skin around them were in rough shape when I arrived, which is why I wanted to try a Russian manicure. Now, my cuticles have never looked better!! They’re so clean and perfect looking. She also shaped my gel extensions into the exact shape and length I wanted. Great experience, and I’m excited to go back!!

Honestly, Russian Manicures are worth all the hype. My nails are PERFECT. The ladies here are very professional & delightful. I’ve remained loyal to the lovely, Maria S. who I’d love to gatekeep but she deserves to be booked & busy. I recently visited Polished NYC, and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was great, and the service was exceptional. I got a beautiful French manicure, and it was my first time trying a Russian-style manicure. The result was stunning! Polished is such a cute nail salon in Manhattan. I wanted to treat myself to a manicure for an upcoming birthday and was so impressed with the friendliness and care from the team there! Alina is EXCELLENT!! She was able to repair my nails and treat them so that they looked flawless! Alina’s attention to detail was incredible from her expert use of the drill especially considering I have very paper thin nails I will never trust another nail artist with my hands again! I would book here every time I am in the city and in need of top tier service and excellent results.

I know all the girls are amazing, the desk staff are all sweet & accommodating. My nail tech is Bela, she is so patient & detailed as she works on my nails. Summary: inconsistent service depending on technician I’ve been here once as an out of towner who is regularly in NYC testing a new place out - and my mother who normally doesn’t get manicures had gel polish on for an event which she wanted removed. My experience: decently well with Melania - she did the job of removing my extensions and giving me a Russian manicure with gel polish. She reacted well when the filing got too hot or uncomfortable and would adjust which I greatly appreciated. Even though there was a language barrier, she did her best and did the services fine. My mother’s experience: not good with (I believe) Dzhika. My mother isn’t used to these types of services but I thought a manicure and gel removal should be fine as it’s straightforward. My mother had a terrible time. The technician was not in a great mood, unclear why, and was extremely rough with my mother’s nails and hands. My mother said to me at the end how it’s the worst her nail cuticles were. During the manicure, my mom commented asking if the technician was okay noting her visibly bad mood and she calmed down enough to ease off the roughness. Between the stark difference of our two treatments, I settled on 2 stars. I hope Polished speaks to their technicians (I submitted feedback to the business directly already) as I’m embarrassed to have taken my mother to this location. EDIT: photos added for reference

have had many Russian Manicures across quite a few states. I have also been coming to Polished NYC for about 6 months now, and I have to say, they are my favorite. It doesn't matter which tech you get, they will give you stellar service (although special shout out to Melania and Anastasia!!) The quality of care is unmatched. I always leave with a smile on my face with gorgeous nails. Simply cannot recommend them enough!

Love my manicure by Alina! My first time getting a Russian style manicure and it was so worth it. Alina was so detail oriented. Lovely atmosphere as well - Amalia at the front brought me coffee and some chocolate treats. Overall a relaxing experience that ended with lovely nails that I expect to last. Thanks all!

I LOVE my nails and Elina worked so quickly! I was in and out in an hour but never felt rushed at all. They also brought me tea and Ukrainian cookies 🥹 I like really minimal and short styles and this was perfect for me will definitely be back.
