The best medical spa in Memphis…hands down! Dr. Sumeda and her staff are very knowledgeable and results-focused. They are honest in their assessment of your individual needs—to the point where they will even reject your inquiries for additional services if they feel the treatments will not benefit you. Unlike other practices that will sell you anything-just to make money, Poplar Medspa only treats what they believe would provide clinical benefits and results. What a breath of fresh air to have a TRUE PARTNER on my path to improved aesthetics. I have had Morpheus 8 for face and legs and have already seen a remarkable difference in only 2 treatments! The reason, I believe, is because Dr. Sumeda is results-oriented, and treats at maximum levels (and comfort) so that her patients see improvements. I trust only her and her team because they have my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone looking for results, to look no further than Poplar Medspa.

This was my first time going to get laser touch ups and Karima did an amazing job on me. I have seen very good results in a small amount of time. She made me feel very comfortable and welcoming and I will be back to see her again!

Dr. Sumedha did my Botox and did a WONDERFUL job, she mapped everything out perfectly to be able to give me results without overdoing it, she is really an artist when it comes to aesthetic injections. Can’t recommend them enough!! ❤️

I did 2 different treatments ( blue radiance peel n facial) at poplar med spa at 2 different times. Blue radiance peel made my skin look bright and radiant right away. I did undergo mild skin peeling/ flaking . My face is glowing n even toned. Facial - Anu asked me about my skin concerns than looked at my skin closely . We discussed products I will benefit from during the facial. I choose skintrinsiq. Anu made sure I was comfortable during the facial . I left the spa with glowing skin. Effects of facial lasted for few days post facial. I will return for same.😊

I wish I could give zero stars. I bought a Groupon for 3 laser hair treatments and saw a consultation visit was required so I scheduled one online, and it required a $50 deposit. I paid the deposit, and showed up but apparently the office was closed for the time I scheduled. Then I made an appointment for the first treatment and was told my skin was too tan for a treatment and to schedule another appointment in a few months. They said they would work on the deposit refund. No refund was issued. I came back a few months later after the tan had faded and they told me to get a refund from Groupon because they have never been on Groupon??? I showed them the receipt that we had already discussed on the first visit and they said they wouldn’t accept it. The Groupon had not expired yet. They did finally refund the deposit for the appointment but it took quite a bit of convincing. They wanted me to do a charge back through my bank. Ridiculous. Hopefully Groupon will refund the $500 I paid for the treatments.

Ive had 2 sessions of Morpheus w PRP here and the results were way beyond my expectations! Skin is tighter, smoother and lifted. My acne scarring has improved and the overall appearance is plumped and youthful. Dr Sumedha and her team do an amazing job. They take their time and nothing is rushed. I can’t wait for my third session! Have also used them for laser hair removal and much to my surprise, no pain whatsoever PLUS barely any hair growth after just 2 sessions! Love love love this spa! Two thumbs way way up!!

Please run!!!! Do not use this company. I used this company for laser hair removal and I was burned all over my body. I was told to shave the day before full body laser treatment. Only received my legs and arms due to the amount of pain I was in. I’m not sure if the machine was turned all the way up because of my skin tone or what. I called the company and have requested a full refund. I will not and should not pay to be burned.

Heather and Vanessa made my spa experience during laser hair removal so calm, positive and enjoyable. They answered all of my questions before starting and explained every step during the procedure. I was skeptical about having laser hair removal done again, as I tried before in the past with another company and had terrible results. I'm so glad I decided otherwise! I had an amazing experience getting laser with Heather and Lauren. They were both super friendly and personable, and I enjoyed talking with them while I got my treatment.
