Such a treat! My massage was great by John Paul. I also enjoyed the spa lounge. I went into the salt room and the blue light room. I could have easily gone to sleep, I was that relaxed. I also drank complimentary cucumber water. They do offer other beverages for an additional cost. The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. I loved the robe and slippers. The locker is also very convenient. I would definitely recommend 👌

I love Poppis!! I’ve had multiple services by multiple people and they have all been great. Kaeley is my favorite though! She gives a real personable facial and massages you while products are sitting, she’s detailed and super passionate about her work. She tries different techniques and seriously has magic hands! Poppis itself is a real gem. Super relaxing and incredible staff, i love the atmosphere inside and always have a 10/10 experience. I bring everyone who travels in town here!

As soon as you hit the door staff greets you and are very friendly. Even if no one is at the front when you walk in, someone usually comes out within 20 seconds. I ordered the rosemary package $315, 90 min massage, 60 minute facial, lounge pass and jelly mask included. I have been to many spas, and usually in these facilities the robes are big enough that when I sit down, I’m not showing too much skin. This robe was not made that way, and even in the lounge I saw another woman with her legs crossed, seemingly uncomfortable because of the robe as well. They request you to arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your service because they state services start promptly on time. Before your service you’re requested to wait in the lounge to be called. In the lounge you can have the free water or order beverages to be added to your tab. This was the first thing that let me know the spa was not like my past experiences because usually when I arrive someone offers me a drink and pours it for me and then let’s me know what they have and brings it at no charge. Usually they have at minimum water, wine and tea options and you can have any of them. After paying $315 I would not expect to have to pay anymore for a glass of wine. My service was scheduled for 3:45pm, at that time I was still waiting in the lounge, I had not even sat down yet assuming it would be prompt or early, when it was not I went to sit down and realized I would not be comfortable sitting in this robe and requested a bigger one. I went on the locker room and switched robes (took 30 seconds) then my masseuse was standing out there, at 3:47pm. I would not care about the times so much, expect for the fact, I ordered a 90 minute massage and the masseuse left promptly 90 minutes after 3:45pm, even though she had not started at 3:45pm or even came to get me at that time. She walked me in the room, gave me about 5 minutes to get under the blanket (it does not take that long to get under a blanket but that’s the time it took her to come back and see if I was ready). Her pressure was good, the massage felt great but was not a thorough full body which is what I hoped for and why I paid for such a long amount of time that I did not receive. Afterwards was my facial. It was pretty good, I had to request she tell me the products she was putting on my face because otherwise she did not speak after the facial started. She stated after the facial I would receive a paper with the items on it I used (I did not receive this and forgot to request it). During the one mask I received in my facial (I’m used to a combo of at minimum 2 masks during a 60 min facial.) she massages my neck and shoulders but gave no pressure so it just felt like she was touching me with oil on her hands. The mask covered my mouth so I was not able to request more pressure. After my facial I did not have my usual after facial glow, BUT my skin is smooth, i have not had a blemish in 4 days. Afterwards I checked out the lounge area which definitely left something to be desired. The blue light tent did not have anyway to close it. So people can view you in the lounge. There’s also a book in there where you can read about the different light tones and their effects but it’s ripped in the middle. It also does not look like anyone is cleaning or disinfecting between people. The salt room was cool but I’m not sure how you would really clean a room like that, when rubbing salt on my legs there was a long brown hair in the salt. Overall for how expensive it is vs. what you receive I likely would not return, you could get cheaper packages (even couples packages for cheaper) that include a lot more amenities at different spas, and you will not have to pay for your drinks.

Eva was amazing! Perfect pressure, not too soft, not too tough but tough enough to get those knots! Loved the ambiance as well and she respected my wishes about areas I didn’t want massaged!

Going to Poppi is such a lush experience. It really is an intimate and relaxing time. Lex, my masseuse was so caring and attentive to my needs before the service, and made sure to really focus on the areas that needed the most attention. Excited to schedule with her again!

I had a prenatal massage with Jen and it was amazing. I had been having a nagging shoulder pain and she stretched and worked my neck and shoulder and gave me advice on how to prevent it coming back. I only wish I lived nearby I would book monthly massages with Jen. A perfect gift to yourself or family and friends.

It was my first massage, and Gianna was very attentive. Checking in about pressure (which was perfect) and asking about areas of need. When I expressed that I struggled with tightness in the hips, she used massaging and stretching techniques to help loosen me up! Overall a great experience!

Poppi's is an absolute gem! I received a gift card for my birthday, so I used it on a facial. It was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were friendly and helpful. It sits in the old News on 6 building, which they converted into the spa. I interned in the building ages ago and you can't recognize that it was a news station - they've done a great job on the remodel! Kaeley was amazing - she is so talented and knows her stuff! She guided me on what I need to do to make my skin better and I can't wait to put her tips to the test! I will be going back here!!

Our massage therapists were absolutely incredible, my husband and I had Gianna and Becca. Any of our complaints are with the spa, not the MT’s. When we arrived they asked the name and phone number of the guest, my husband, since I booked the appointment. He wasn’t given an intake form to fill out. While I filled one out online prior to coming in for the service. This was shocking to me, because the client should always have an up to date intake form on file. I am an esthetician and massage therapist so this made me a little uneasy. When we were taken back to the locker rooms, we were given a robe and slippers. I do wish the robe was thicker since you undress and put your belongings in a locker and then walk around the spa in a robe. Once we were in the couples room, the blanket was super thin. I do prefer something thicker that feels more luxurious and doesn’t leave me feeling exposed. The music was very distracting, not sure if our MT’s were playing the music or if that’s what they play in each treatment room. It was instrumental covers of popular songs, so hearing a Billie Eilish, or Arctic Monkeys cover while trying to relax wasn’t ideal. I was surprised that they didn’t have hydraulic tables, that makes a huge difference for the service providers. Overall it felt as though Poppi’s was wanting to be a high end luxury spa and just missed the mark. The price of the services and the overall experience could definitely be improved with a few changes. We did get two couples massages and the second time I wasn’t given a robe that fit, so I came back out in my clothes and couldn’t find the front desk attendant. My husband ended up getting me one of the robes from the men’s locker room. So just be aware of that if you are plus sized. The best part about our services was definitely the massage, our therapists were incredibly talented. Becca could feel every little bit tension and worked to release it. Gianna had lovely flow and was very relaxing while still working out what I needed. We had each of them both times and switched for the second one, my husband loved Becca’s massage. He said it was one of the best massages he has ever received.

We were a group of 4. We spent an hour in the spa and then got massages. We enjoyed the beautiful lounge area together and all had a great massage. Relaxing experience in a beautiful setting! My third time at the spa and definitely recommend it.
