Jessica did such amazing job on my mom nails and does such a great job with my eyelashes extensions I’ve been coming for the past 2 years and I’ve always been treated like family. Jessica is great! I’m a total lash newbie (never had anything done ever) and she walked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable. I did a top lash lift & tint and brow wax. See the before and after photos for the impressive results! Jessica has very fair prices. She’s also super experienced and has a lot of knowledge; her degree in Healthcare made me even more comfortable that she’d make sure things were safe and sanitary. Jessica was an absolute perfectionist at applying my PMU eyebrows. I'm very pleased with the care sure took to measure and consider my arch placement. I was so unhappy with my natural brows as I was losing hair and my expression was changing. I had to pencil them in everyday. Now I won't have to do that anymore. I highly recommend her if you're thinking about getting brows. This is right after the procedure. I'll post again after they heal.

I wanted a soft, natural look for my first time having eye extensions and Jessica did so amazing! The process was so fast and she explained everything so perfectly from how the process works to how to care afterwards. She's so easy to be around, I can't wait for my next appointment, she showed me just how good my eyebrows could look and now I can't turn back lol

PBE is the only place I will ever go to get my eyebrows done. Jessica is an excellent aesthetician and person. She was able to fix my eyebrows after another salon Massacred them, and showed me how to pencil in where the mistakes were made until they grew back. she is personable and holds great conversation. I travel from across the city specifically for her service! Highly recommend!

Ive been to many nail salons and this is the only one that feels like what I always thought a nail salon would be like. Jessica and Gigi are so friendly and jessica likes to talk alot. It makes it alot more comfortable in here. They try out what they are going to do on 1 nail and have you make sure you like the way it looks. They ask you at each step if you like the shape, color, design. We had 1 other place that we had been going back to, but they werent as friendly as Jessica and Gigi. Nor did we get what we wanted most times. But with Jessica and Gigi, Ive never tipped more. They are always spot on and I tend to leave loving my nails more than I thought I would. Love these ladies and I always look forward to my next set.

Jessica helped me get effortless brows on my wedding day - we tinted them about a week before for a natural look. She was so meticulous to get my brows symmetrical and perfect - great attention to detail. I also got her lash lift and lash dye. Personally I wouldn't dye both upper and lower lashes again since it's hard not to blink and get the solution in your eyes. When I went back for just an upper lash tint it didn't bother my eyes as much. I love not having to put on makeup every day while still feeling put together. Jessica is fun to work with and has a big personality.

Jessica is amazing! Any time I need my lashes, I go to her! She is flexible on scheduling and is great at what she does! She even had to remove some terrible lashes I got elsewhere and put on a new beautiful set with her. She's also fun and knows how to keep a conversation!

She is very rude. She will charge you more for using credit. She wants you to pay with cash for every thing.and she told me how a lot of people are complaining about her work.so she wants a connection with you.it was a really different experience.

I have been going to PBC for over 6 months and I can tell you that her service and work is remarkably amazing . I went to different eyelashes care before PBC from the expensive salons in Gresham but I had problems with my eyelashes not even last 3 days ...And since I switched to PBC I have never had any problems whatsoever in the last 6 months ( my 10 years old daughter ) helped me searching for eyelashes care salons and PBC was the only place that can take your appointment directly ( phone), professionally and in timely manner . You can count on Jessica ( PBC ) The owner , she is excellent artist , she does everything with an execellent WORK. I got spoil with her amazing job so I can't go anywhere else .. Only PBC . I work at retail store , I often get great compliments from my coworkers , customers and both female and male customers.. I absolutely recommended you to Try and see Jesica at PBC if you want to get the best look, service and price ! Jessica takes your health really seriously, especially eye health. She won’t do anything she knows won’t work or potentially cause harm to your real lashes. I’ve been seeing her for a little over a year now. I used to get eyelash extensions that were heavy and Unatural. Hers aren’t heavy at all and unless you want them to look fake they won’t. She deserves lash artist of the year!! Love love love her!!
