I recently went to see Liliana for a Birth+Body treatment. She was very friendly and her space was warm and inviting. I have had a number of prenatal massages in the past and this one was for sure the best! I found the massage to be extremely nourishing and relaxing. She also helped me understand some of the challenges I’m having with sensitive pregnancy skin and tailored my facial to my specific concerns. I left feeling rejuvenated and cared for. I highly recommend Liliana and will definitely go see her again!

Most therapists are afraid to work on a pregnant body so you come out with the same aches you went in with because everything is light and gentle to be on the safe side. Liliana truly listens, knows the safest and most comfortable techniques, and you actually feel relief and validation in how you are feeling. I got one of the Birth & Body packages and it transported me to a different planet when 99% of the time my world only consists of toddlers & babies! I can’t thank you enough for how I am still feeling days later, Liliana and I can’t wait to come back!

Went twice in the same week, once for prenatal massage and once for facial. Both were amazing! Very relaxing and Liliana quickly adjusts pressure or whatever else you need to have the best experience. She is also very responsive and accommodating over text.

I recently saw Liliana for the The Birth + Body Treatment, a massage and facial, and it was incredible. This was my first prenatal massage so I was grateful for her knowledge and ability to explain the differences between a prenatal and regular massage. I felt very relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend either for yourself or as a gift to the expecting women in your lives.

Liliana made me forget about all of my pregnancy aches and pains. I’m a week out from my due date and was actually able to be completely comfortable and relaxed during my appointment. The studio and ambiance was calming and clean. The massage was heavenly. Every touch/pressure/and movement was thoughtful and done with care. I left feeling extremely satisfied and would recommend to any pregnant and/or postpartum momma.

I had a wonderful experience, truly restorative. Beautiful, clean, organized studio. Excellent, music, non traditional spa music. This is a premium experience, I highly recommend as a present for the pregnant person in your life.

I found Liliana as I was getting into my first trimester and she is amazing. As I get farther along in my pregnancy, each session is a little different, and she has ALL the pillows and equipment to make my changing body feel comfortable and relaxed. She is great at listening to what new or persisting aches and pains are popping up and addressing them - and as a bonus she is super knowledgeable about skin care, which is great since I have more acne than I've ever had in my whole life. If you are looking for someone who really understands how to make a pregnant person feel comfortable and relaxed, this is it!

I had the most amazing facial w Liliana! I got the Hydrodermabrasion Facial, my first time experiencing one. It was everything the articles and celebrities said it was! My skin looked so soft and nice that even my husband noticed the difference. Extractions with other estis often leave me sad and wishing I declined them entirely, but the machine was so effective and gentle. Afterwards, she walked me through some ways to address my skin concerns at home between sessions in an easy to understand and low sales pressure manner, and she gave great feedback about the existing products I was using. My skin continues to look improved several weeks later! The location was cute and easy to get to. I was a little concerned about street noise, as I have very sensitive hearing, but once I was in the treatment room, it was like being in a different, serene and relaxing world. I get chilly and I was promptly given an extra blanket. This was a birthday present to myself and I'm so glad I did it. I will definitely be coming back and encouraging my friends to give this place and specifically the Hydrodermabrasion Facial a try!

Liliana is amazing and has made my visits to Portland Birth + Body extremely simple from the beginning. She verified my insurance and actually told me more about my insurance benefits than my insurance providers actually did. I have been enjoying prenatal massages monthly since my first trimester and love that Liliana has been able to provide some much needed love and relief to my tired and grumpy muscles. We recently moved across town, and I will happily continue driving to North Portland to continue working with Liliana even after my baby is born. Liliana is amazing and I cannot recommend her enough!

Liliana is fantastic! Pregnant or not, one of the best massages I’ve had in years. It’s so nice to know she’s an expert in prenatal care and she makes verifying insurance coverage super easy. Liliana was amazing and listened to my concerns. I have such sensitive skin and more often than not I will have a bad reaction to most products. She was careful in choosing products for my skin and walked me through each product. I have uneven skin tone and redness and she did a wonderful job in eliminating the redness! I left feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed. My skin has never been so soft and clear! I highly highly recommend!

Choosing to get prenatal massages with Liliana was one of the best things I did for myself while pregnant. She was so warm and welcoming and was very knowledgable about how to treat the different pains the pregnant body endures. It was worth every penny!

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH. Truly the best massages I've ever had. I came here for prenatal massage and now I am coming for postpartum. Liliana is so knowledgable about the whole body, especially when it comes to prenatal and postpartum. She takes the time to know what you really need and caters the massage to exactly that. She's helped me so much in feeling good, relaxed, and less stiff during this time. A wonderful place, I truly recommend!!

There is a reason why this place has only five star reviews. My 8-month pregnant body is feeling better than it has felt in months months thanks to Liliana. The studio is clean and calming, and the massage table was set up perfectly to support my belly. We started by discussing how my body was feeling and where I wanted her to concentrate. I then had my massage and facial which were incredibly soothing, thoughtful, and stress-relieving. Liliana is an expert at her craft and I have to say it's one of the best things I've done to take care of myself during pregnancy. Highly recommend for all the mamas to-be and a big thank you to Liliana - you are a miracle worker!

This place is amazing and Liliana pampered me from head to toe when I needed it most! I am 35 weeks pregnant and was recently hospitalized for a day to help me stabilize medically to carry on with my pregnancy to hopefully full term. I was very sad to reschedule my appt due to circumstances, but it was worth the wait, because Liliana had the best props for me that were stable and comfy, attended to all the sore areas I specified in the paperwork, and my favorite, went back and forth between body massage and facial so I felt completely relaxed and weightless, have fallen asleep a couple of times and forgot all my current worries and problems. I can't wait to go back to see her again soon! P.s. she knew exactly what my skin needed and gave me great references on chiropractic care I was asking about. She knows this whole pregnancy thing and is passionate about it.

I had a wonderful prenatal massage with Liliana! The table was set up very comfortably and the massage helped relax tight hip and lower back muscles that have been aggravating me throughout pregnancy. Bonus: all the oils and lotions she used smelled AMAZING and my skin loved them. Will definitely be back for a few more pregnancy massages, especially considering she accepts insurance!
