If I could give a lower review than one star, I would. Sandy does not know how to run a business and I was shocked by her unprofessionalism. I got extensions and they look terrible. Do not come here, I'd rather go to Great Clips because they can do a better job than Sandy.

If I could score lower I would. Went in to get my hair dyed and Sherry not only didn't ask what I wanted prior and didn't do her research on what she could do, but also low key blamed me the whole time for her not being able to perform what was expected. She began our session being rude and trying to blame how my hair was for her lack of being able to apply and make a proper color for what I asked for. Didn't ask about any allergies or sensitivity on the skull either, cause it is great getting your haired pulled constantly because someone is in a hurry to get everything done so she can close on time rather than make sure her clients are happy and leave with what they came in for. I first came in for a later appointment and had her tell me that she couldn't do what I wanted, which was going to be fine- but then she said let's give it a try and later said how she enjoyed challenges. So I thought alright, it will at least be something similar. No, she looked at my reference picture once. Dyed my hair a color that wasn't even on the picture and it took 4 hours because she was too busy also serving three other people while doing mine. Which again the time management was put as my fault because she didn't ask ahead on what I wanted and just had me come in. Other stylists I spoke with from other salons wanted pictures and gave me time and price details. Sherry had me there for 4 hours which took longer than it should have, and didn't give me the details of not even coming close to what I wanted.Then charged me $300 to be unsatisfied and didn't tell me the amount until she swiped my card. Then had the audacity to say come back and I will do what you wanted and I won't charge you as much. This was absolutely disrespectful and I didn't appreciate wasting my time and having someone with poor time management skills. She states she had over 20 years of experience, she could have fooled me. I am going to my regular salon for now on, they do better work and do what I ask and never make clients feel bad or to blame. Would definitely not recommend this salon to anyone. Very highly disappointed.

I’ve been going to Sandy for quite some time and she has always provided superior service. Most recently Sandy provided service to repair my daughters damaged hair. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The salon is professional, clean and run very efficiently.

My hairdresser, Franki, did an outstanding job. I had been going to another salon for years, but now I will only be going to her. She listens to you and has a great personality. The times that I have gone to her, I have had so many compliments.

My stylist is Deb P. I have followed her to 2 previous salons..she is great! Posare is remodeling and really starting to look very nice with separation areas..once completed with new flooring..I think it will show alot of class.

My grandson and I came in. He had his hair washed and cut and it cost $25.00. I had my trimmed, not washed, not even wet. She took 10 minutes to trim. She charge me 50.00. If I would’ve known, I would of said, no thanks. She was nice but the cost does not match with service. I do not recommend going to that shop again. Carol

Worse experience of my life. 200 dollars down the drain to listen to the store owner grill me as to why my hair was the way it was. She is not professional, an i would never refer someone to this place. Do your research before u let just anyone touch your hair.

My wife and I have had great haircuts from a hairstylist that we liked at this location for several months. Posare is conveniently located about 5 minutes from home. Our hairstylist left this location and began working at a shop a much longer distance away at Tenaya and Lake Mead. After several months of driving to Lake Mead, Great Clips opened a few doors away from Posare. We have now been going to Great Clips for about a year which provides low cost Senior Haircuts.

Everyone there was super kind and friendly.. however i asked for my hair to be died brown and it came out black the hairdresser said it would dry brown but now it’s dried and it’s still black :(

Very nice salon! Sandy is awesome! The front windows are a little too much with the sun. Needs some shades or blinds to cut back the glare and the heat from the sun.

First time going there for a color treatment and was soooo happy with Sandy! She does a great job making sure you are comfortable, treats you with respect and listens to your needs. She did a balayage on my hair and it turned out perfect!!! I receive so many compliments and love the color! I have dark brown to black hair and the lighter part blends in perfectly! My hair is shiny and looks full .. glad I found her!!!

Purchased a GROUPON for Lori at Posare Salon I Called to make an appointment (JUST LIKE THE GROUPON instructs me to do.) Left a voice mail message. Noticing it was a cell phone # I also text her. She text me back to make my appointment through an unfamiliar website and to put in my Voucher Code. I tried. I Had to make an account, ok no problem. Then it WON'T ACCEPT MY GROUPON VOUCHER#, but I continue trying for 30 min plus. This website will only let me make an appointment with her IF I GIVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! I text Lori again with this info told her i was not comfortable with gving this UNKNOWN website I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF my credit card info and asked to "make my appointment the old fashion way LOL" (BTW..... At this point I have sent her a screenshot of my Groupon Voucher WITH THE NUMBER on it, so she has the ability of verifying everything. ) She text me back, I have copied and pasted her and my replies here below... Lori: " I am so sorry that happens it's usually pretty easy to book online I won't be available after 9 PM but if you'd like you can call me with your credit card number and I can do the online booking for you " Myself: " As I said, I do not want my credit card on a site I don't know. Are you saying that is the only way to make an appointment? " Lori: "Unfortunately yes that is the only way I'm able to book my appointments is online if a number is not put in the appointment will be on booked and someone else can take slot." Myeslf: "I told you I wasnt going to put on my credit card hours ago. You had me open the voucher. This isnt on your Groupon ad. Do you not want my business? " This was Wednesday it is now Saturday 10:45 am and I have not received a text or call of any kind!! VERY IMPORTANT she said that the instructions to use this website are CLEARLY PRINTED on the Groupon... NO IT WASN'T! It's instructions were to CALL HER. I wish I could post the screen shot. I would NOT go to her. Maybe she is THE BEST HAIRDRESSER IN LAS VEGAS, But her business sense is TERRIBLE and because of her, including talking with groupon, with her and now composing this review I have wasted 3+ Hours of MY LIFE 🙁🙁🙁 EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED With HER AND GROUPON whom you cannot CALL ANYMORE! You can REQUEST A CALL BACK MON-FRI 8-5PM or Live Chat which has proven to be prettty worthless.

Sandy at Posare on Farm Rd does a great job with my nails. She s very creative and talented. I always get compliments on how nice my nails look.
