What a great spa? When I went to see the spa the day before my facial the receptionist was so nice and friendly ! My facial by Saulo was the best I ever had. He was phenomenal. I’ll be back ! Exceptional service !

I stayed the Grand Bohemian for my wedding and had the pleasure of experiencing Poseidon Spa. I got a custom massage that included aromatherapy, some lymphatic drainage (which, UGH, I LOVE), a foot scrub, and medium tension pressure. It was AMAZING, you know a massage is good when you start to nod off. It was the perfect pre-wedding ritual to ease my wedding jitters. And the cherry on top, they gave me a glass of champagne and a bag full of spa goodies! (I mean really, is it even a massage if there's no champagne?) Great experience and I highly recommend!

What a beautiful hotel and hidden gem, I decided to book a spa appointment at this facility for my birthday after a review I found on Forbes, Booking was easy and I advised the rep that it was booked for my bday. She advised that I'd be taken care and that she put special notes on my reservation. I was greeted by the two receptionists who both said happy bday upon arrival and I was assisted by Melissa who I highly recommend, she was amazing and very knowledgeable. I added on dry brushing to my services to stimulate my lymphatic system and she was very experienced. My issue was one of the things that sold me were the complimentary wine and chocolate advertised-WHICH WAS NEVER OFFERED. Once all was I over I felt rushed and was told Happy Bday as they handed me a small bottled water and nearly slammed the door behind me. WHERE WAS THE COMP WINE AND CHOCOLATE??? To sum it up the customer service didn't match the image of this venue and I was extremely disappointed!!

For the price I paid I expected a more enjoyable and relaxing massage when I got there the front desk guy was asking me to speak low since there were people getting massages which I understood but then when I went in to get a massage a customer was talking so loud for the majority of the time I was in there and the front desk guy that told me to whisper was also very loud and answered the phone and was talking super loud the massage was definitely not relaxing or enjoyable !!! I will NEVER return ! Geesh !

I truly recommend this place. The massage was excellent. I went with my husband as part of our 20 year anniversary. I did not give it a 5 star because they did not a locker available and I had to carry my clothes around.

Made a RESERVATION for my wife last week to get a massage on Valentine's day. Bottom line is, life happens and couldn't go and asked to get the package on another date. Although they said they would call back, they didn't. Had to call them back and they stated "oh yeah, sorry we forgot. We've been so busy"... anyway I said, yeah, calling to find out when would be the soonest to get my wife's package rescheduled because it got charged already. They started discussing about a no-show policy. I asked which one because nobody mentioned it nor was ever sent. Then the lady said it was on the website (unable to tell me where exactly) so I told her that I did in fact verified and never saw it. Then again, they said on here it says that it was discussed to you and I'm like NO, are you serious? No way!, nobody said anything! Send me a copy then, I want to see it... and nope! They started to say oh Sir, you are getting too loud and bla bla bla. Anyway, I just want the copy of the NEVER DISCLOSED policy since I was charged in full for NO SERVICE AT ALL. I don't care how good people talk about Poseidon Spa, their customer service simply sucks and uncalled for. Ridiculous people and untrustworthy.

The hotel is lovely. The spa itself is small but beautifully decorated, inviting and cozy. The receptionist was fabulous! So enthusiastic about her job and genuinely helpful. The masseuse was quite considerate and attentive. I enjoyed myself and would recommend.

Took my mami to the spa for her birthday. The experience was sensational. Dorianne, the receptionist, showed me kindness. Cynthia, the masseuse, treated my mami like a queen. Best spa I have ever been in! This place is better then Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. Anyone reading this ,stop your search and go to Poseidon Spa!

My mate and I went here as guest of the Grand Bohemian Hotel during our anniversary weekend. We got a Couples Massage and loved every moment of it. From check in to the time we left staff was welcoming and professional. We were given water upon check in as they set our room up. We were given a robe and comfortable flip flops to change into. The restroom to change in was beautiful and clean. We met our masseuses and they were excited to have us as "first timers". The room where we had our massage was very comfortable. Low lighting, nice comfortable warming massage tables, and very relaxing aromas. During the massage the masseuses only softly spoke to us in the beginning to make sure correct pressure was being applied and throughout for position changes. Not too much oil was used and the techniquels were amazing. At the end we had time to get ourselves together and meet them in the lobby where we shared how much we like our experience. This place is a great hidden gem and worth every penny. We will go back very soon.
