Had the best experience yesterday for the first time I’ve ever had lip filler done. My boyfriend really enjoyed the emsculpt neo as well. Everything was beautiful and very clean, very knowledgeable & all my questions were answered ❤️ will be my go to place from here on out if I could give 10 stars I would. 100% recommend!

Tanzi is absolutely amazing!!! I’ve been going to her for lip flips for a couple months and recently got lip filler. Everyone is always asking if they’re my natural lips and commenting on how good they look! She made my lips look so full and natural, I’m beyond satisfied!!! Aside from her work, she is such a nice person and makes you feel so comfortable throughout your entire appointment. I will never go to anyone else :)

I’ve had lip fillers done in the past but nothing compared to the experience I had here. First I loved the results. It looks very natural. She added volume while maintaining the original shape of my lips. Secondly, she recommended I only do one syringe instead of two (like I wanted). That tells me she cares about her clients more than just making profits. Also, it helps that the office is very clean, beautiful and welcoming. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed. In fact, you’ll come back like I did. Lol

The new office in Frederick is FABULOUS. Warm, professional and very easy to get to. Tanzi is amazing -she took her time/ made recommendations tailored to my skin care routine, my budget & needs. I appreciate her gentle touch and expertise. Can’t say enough about this practice. I felt welcomed, unrushed and left feeling like i was not pressured into things i didnt need. Looking forward to my journey to healthy beautiful skin.

I absolutely loved my experience with Posh. I had been looking for a new injector in the area and I knew someone personally who went to Tanzi and got beautiful results, so I decided to go see her for my filler procedure. From start to finish, Tanzi has been super welcoming and helpful. The place is so beautiful and clean as well. I have been to see Tanzi several times after being introduced to her through a friend. Tanzi is so passionate about what she does and about getting the results!! I’ve had some pretty great results after just a few weeks. I did Botox and filler and she was so excited about the skincare line she carries that I bought that also. :). It has made a huge difference in my skin. Less wrinkles and less sun damage. I’ve tried a ton of different products and have never had these kind of results. I highly recommend Posh Aesthetics. I've been going to Tanzi for about 6 months now and I will keep coming back! She is super knowledgeable, accommodating and caring of her clients. She immediately put my mind at ease when I expressed concerns about new items being used on my skin, and she absolutely listens and provides very sound advice. The hydrafacial is my favorite - my skin is so smooth and clear, and the results last a long time. I highly recommend Tanzi for facials, botox, anything cosmetic procedure you want. I live in NoVA but will absolutely travel to her new space in Frederick (which, by the way, is a top-notch spot). You will NOT be disappointed with Tanzi and her outstanding service.

Tanzi gave me such a wonderful microneedling experience! Whether you’ve been getting facial treatments and Botox for years or you’re considering for the first time, you need to see Tanzi! She is compassionate, a subject matter expert, takes her time and caters her approach to exactly what you need. And if you don’t know what you need, she will make suggestions that are also within your comfort level and budget. She will send texts after your services to see how you’re doing as well! I’ve never had an esthetician do that. I appreciate her checking in and answering my questions whenever I reach out! I’ve also completely changed my skincare routine to the line she stands behind, ZO by Obagi. I’ve been using the line for 9 months and see noticeable differences. And the icing on the cake, she just moved in to the most zen, beautiful office in downtown Frederick. You won’t be disappointed in your experience with Posh.

Tanzi was incredibly warm and kind and SO patient. I was very nervous about my treatment and she was very careful to explain everything in detail. When I got sick after because I was so nervous, she gave me water, candy, gum to put sugar into my body and was very concerned. She even texted me later to make sure I was ok. The treatment worked well and I am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.

I can’t begin to tell you what a wonderful experience I had with Tanzi. She is completely professional and extremely knowledgeable. She made me very comfortable the whole time. I received lip filler and let me tell you, the shape she gave me and product used has been my absolute favorite I’ve ever gotten. It’s not easy to find people who actually care. I’ve gotten other fillers from other places, but none compare to Tanzi. She knows what she doing and I feel like very most confident i have in a very long time. Tanzi is now my go to girl for all my esthetic needs.

I can’t recommend posh aesthetics enough. I went into have Botox in my jaw to help with horrible TMJ, as well as a brow lift. The experience was amazing and it was nearly pain free. Prices were great. Pictures coming soon.

Highly recommend. Tanzi is one wonderful person. She took her time, talked her way throughout the facial just to make sure you felt comfortable along the way. She has memberships available, would highly recommend purchasing one. She is phenomenal.
