I went here August 3, 2024. One of my toe nails fell off shortly after. I have NEVER had this happen in my life. It’s now December and it still hasn’t grown back fully. I have so much resentment towards this place. Also, they added a service to my pedicure I didn’t ask for. Some “spa” nonsense. I only realized when the price was higher than the regular pedicure which I asked for. I of course paid the price because I didn’t want to come off as someone who was trying to be cheap, but looking back they were scamming me. The reason I didn’t know they were doing anything above a regular pedicure because I didn’t see any service being provided that was anything more than just a regular pedicure. This place is shady. Don’t know what’s going on here hygiene wise that caused my nail to fall off. And of course don’t appreciate them scamming customers for a few extra bucks. STAY CLEAR

Friendly staff, clean atmosphere and my nails lasted long and looked great, one of my nails had gotten messed up and when I came in the next day they quickly fixed me up and I was on my way!

Best experience ever. The staff is always so friendly it’s always so relaxing to come here. Tony did my mani and pedi with the cute little flowers. The massage was the best part!! My did my daughters full set on her feet and hands. Took her time and brought my daughter’s picture to life. Definitely will come back.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I've been going here for a while now and the owners John and Amy are the sweetest people! And Joe is my favorite nail person! He always takes his time to make sure my nails and feet are BEAUTIFUL!

Never been to this place, but was going to try it this weekend since I just moved to the area, after reading the reviews and how the owner responds to some of them, no thank you! He seems very defensive, hates bad reviews (every company gets bad reviews), and always makes sure the customer is in the “wrong”. “You get what you pay for, sorry” - very unprofessional response from a business owner. If I were you, steer clear of this place until it gets a new owner. Can only imagine how he treats his staff…

Very horrible service. They were very rude and gave me a manicure but didn’t even clean my nails. They hurt my cuticles, and didn’t even do what I asked for. This place was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been too and I would not recommend it.

I have been coming here for five years and I appreciate their attention to detail. If I am ever dissatisfied with my nails, I let them know right away and they immediately fix it!

I have been getting my nails done at Posh Day Spa for over 2 years now, and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed! The quality of their work and service is amazing! They are also just as amazing with my 8 year old daughter that gets a mani pedi too. No job is to small or large for this amazing team. I can ask for a simple French manicure or show my nail tech a picture from Pinterest and she has always been able to execute either. Thank you to all of the amazing nail techs at Posh Day Spa.

I’ve been going to Posh for over 5 years. My husband actually found it for me after the messed up job the one off Avalon plaza location did. We were new to Orlando area and Jessica was my nail tech. Not only did she fix my nails to make them look natural just the way I like it but she goes above and beyond every time with the Polish, designs, etc. Recommend tipping whenever they make you look good. It’s a lot of work for them and takes a lot of patience. My nails are sensitive and she’s gentle every time! If I ever find those messy photos from Avalon, I’ll post them. You’ll see the difference.

My first visit here was last Thursday. I was getting ready for my graduation photos and needed my nails done. Very welcoming environment and kind workers. Definitely coming back! Loved the deluxe package!

the quality is amazing and everyone is so incredible sweet. the environment is beautiful it genuinely feels like you are at a high end salon but the pricing is so reasonable and not at all expensive!! 💖

*The WORST nail experience I’ve had in a while** It was my first time at this nail salon. I went in for a refill and asked for the French. First of all I have never seen anyone do a french the way this man did, it was like he took the longer route. It took forever and I had to keep telling him to fix it. Not only did they come out horribly that I just want to cry, but he also didn’t even bother to clean me up!! I had nail polish all over my hands it was a mess. If you look closely you can see where my nail underneath grew. You’re not suppose to see that, that’s the point of the refill. The sides of my nails weren’t cleaned up and look like I have dead skin. None of them look alike either. He apologized and said he would do better next time. It was not worth the amount I paid. I have to go else where now to get them fixed. I am so unhappy. Never again.

I went with my daughter to get a pedicure and the person who took care of my daughter was excellent (mary) very patient and professional, the one who took care of me, it didn't take even 15 minutes for my pedicure, she didn't remove my cuticles and painted my nails and my skin and did not even file my nails or clean the polish on the borders of my nails ,When I asked for a cotton pad and acetone to remove the mess she made me, she (lisa) replied that my nails were very thin and that she couldn't do anything. She could have told me before she started and not say she did something to get paid for something she didn't do.

I've had a pedicure and dip done twice at this salon. Both times, they were perfect. My nails lasted four weeks. They are clean, friendly, and very detailed. It's my favorite nail place in Orlando and definitely the best in Waterford Lakes.

Loved the quick appointment for my gel mani, neat job, and fair prices. They don't have prices listed online nor an online appointment scheduler but only a minor inconvenience. I felt comfortable in my mask though they weren't mandatory if vaccinated. Overall I'd go back and recommend them.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Basically just painted my toes and hands in 20 min . Very disappointing. My friend came in after me and had a much better experience.

This is my third time here. The first two were for a Luxury pedicure and gel polish over real nails. This third time I came for a full set. I’m not sure where on earth they buy their tips from but they are cheap and tacky. The quality of work for acrylic is poor at best. Now I can see why this place has so many bad reviews, wish I would have checked prior to coming here. Won’t be back after today. The ladies that helped me were polite but the man doing the full set (initially) was extremely rude after letting him know I did not like that shape or curve, they had to switch techs because he was so upset. I wasn’t given any other options but the tacky tip. No thanks, I’ll spend my money else where… 3 hours taken on the nails below. They are not even square as requested.
