Worst customer service ever. Salon has cancelled my appointment and charged me $150 for being late 20 minutes while I was driving to my appointment.

I cannot emphasize enough how much of a good experience I had! My stylist was Emily, She did such an amazing job of suggesting and explaining what I want done with my hair. It was out of my comfort zone, but I absolutely love it at the end! The salon was cozy and clean. And I believe what I paid was a fair price! Excited to come here more for different services <3

After my daughters experience at M3 Salon. We shopped around sorting through several reviews of salons in the area and stumbled upon Posh Hair Salon. I called and the receptionist was very polite & friendly. I made an appointment with Magi to get my hair balayage for the first time ever. My hair turned out absolutely fantastic however, I was a little shocked when it came time to check out. I was told it would be $246.00, not including my $100 deposit I had paid 2 weeks prior to hold my appointment. Total I paid $346.00 but that included the length of my hair, color, toner, haircut, and tip. If you want your hair done right, this is the place to be!

Absolutely love this salon. I have been coming here for years. Stylists are caring and compassionate. They have exceeded all my hair expectations. They are definitely hair artists. If you are looking for a a wonderful staff and amazing professional experience this is your place 🩷

First time at this hair salon and absolutely loved it! Emily is the sweetest and did an amazing job on my hair! Highly recommend this place. It is very cute, cozy and intimate. I am kinda new to this area and always get nervous trying a new hair salon but this place was amazing!!! 10/10

I absolutely love this place. All the ladies have been so kind. Communication is great! And of course just incredibly talented at what they do. I may be biased, but CINDY is my girl! Always takes care of me. Plan on staying here for all my hair needs. Much love for you guys!

I came here because my stylist is on maternity leave. I asked for a haircut with no wash, $55+ for a haircut with no wash or styling, she didn’t even try to straighten my hair a little before cutting it. It took maybe 15 minutes and I left paying over $60 with tip. I had to go to a lady at sola salon to get a decent haircut. Idk how they have such great reviews

Posh is the best hair salon in the area! Before finding Posh I had terrible experiences at other salons in Keller. Lucina is amazing and always does my hair beautifully. The other women in the salon are all amazing as well. Highly recommend.

Koyomi is absolutely amazing! I came in with an idea for what I wanted, and she took the time to really understand the look I was going for while keeping my hair health in mind. The color and cut is perfect, and I’m so happy with it! She was nice and personable, and she was sure to provide some helpful tips. The rest of the team was also friendly and inviting, so the overall experience was so comfortable.

Koyomi was fantastic and great with my daughter. Spoke to her to really find out what she wanted and it ended up perfect. Also, reading these reviews has been hilarious. The snap backs from the owner or whoever operates this sight is awesome. Like comments section on Tiktok. Makes me love this salon even more!

Tried to see if I could make an appointment they never returned my call however they did eventually get back to me thru text where they asked me a few questions but never said if they could get me in for an appointment or not just left me hanging. It would’ve been nice if they could’ve at least told me no that they couldn’t do it so I could go ahead and look somewhere else. Not the most considerate customer service.

Writing this review on my mom’s behalf. She LOVES her new hair and had a wonderful experience at Posh Salon. She went with Koyomi for a root touch-up, balayage, and haircut. My mom said she’s never had such a good experience at a salon before and can’t wait for her next visit. Thank you for taking care of her Koyomi! :)

Kelly did my balayage and killed it! I showed her a photo, and she matched the color perfectly. It came out so beautiful. She was also very sweet, and the shop was cute and in a nice area. Also, it was super affordable. Definitely going back and would recommend.

Lucina and her team are so talented! They do beautiful work on regular day-to-day styles but I feel they truly shine in the transformations! I have seen so many botched hair jobs completely transformed by stylists at Posh. They make women confident to try things and have fun with their hair. I get compliments every time I style my hair!

Today was my first time coming to POSH! I had a great experience. Vanessa did a great job on my hair! She took her time and made sure that it was exactly what I wanted. I had some pretty bad streaky highlights and the way she blended it together and fixed the color was amazing! I will be back for sure!
