I have been going to this nail salon for 2 years now. I used to love the old manager and service (my nails would never disappoint). Today I went for a gel manicure and this is the atrocious set I came out with. Just an fyi, the girl keels was trying to bully me into paying an extra $30 for acrylic removal when I only wanted filing that you would get with a gel manicure. I will never be showing my face here ever again because I do not condone bullying or aggressive behavior from the women there. So I’m going to give the nail tech the benefit of the doubt that she didn’t make me pay for this manicure and purposefully make them this hideous.

For $57+ if a mistake is made the process should be completely restarted on the particular nail. I observed the tech mess up on a few of my nails and then she just covered it up and it was obvious. Lumps and divids in the gel manicure on nearly every nail. This is unprofessional and inexperienced work.

Called to make an appointment for a FullSet and a Manicure. Arrived 15 mins early, they only had the FullSet on file and added the Manicure on once we were there, lady on the phone was rude and clearly didn’t have consideration to listen to what I requested. Gave us a 10 to 15 minute wait, we waited 50 minutes. No update. No checking up on us. Terrible service, everyone looked lost, no communication, no sense of hurry for waiting clients. Take your money and time somewhere else since they cannot respect it, if I could give them a one star I would.

As some has said the atmosphere is great but i wasnt happy with how my nails were done, i got to keep the file and had to use it as the tips were pretty sharp on an almond shape and i had exess acrilic on my skin. I also feel the nail polish was old because it didnt cure right and i needed a 2nd coat of clear. I had really high hopes for this place but ill return to sassies

Cleanliness-1/5 Customer Service-0/5 Communication-1/5 Professionalism-0/5 For future clients consideration- Basically a chop shop without Asian/Vietnamese nail techs, do with information what you will . Prices are high and quality is not equivalent. This salon is really great about taking students fresh out of school to give them a chance. Unfortunately that means several are not licensed with the state yet and do not hold a separate e-file license. This means you’re more likely to be hurt while they’re working on you and they’re working illegally (no license means you shouldn’t be touching clients) They will book any all guests to try to get everyone in but are not good about communicating to you if they’re switching you to another tech or if your tech is running behind. So often times you’ll wait or be unhappy with your service because they’ll put you with whoever not always who you’ve specifically requested. See other reviews for similar experiences. Harleigh is absolutely amazing with my nails and great customer service. She listens to my needs and wants and delivers everytime. Landry always makes me feel at home . He is a sweet heart. Come in be treated like royalty ❤️

This place is amazing!!!! This was my first time in and won't be my last time back!!! The service in this place is perfect! Aidan was my nail tech today and man... What an amazing human. Did my nails perfect and the massage for the pedicure was awesome. Thank you so much!!! I'll be back!!!

Very clean atmosphere and friendly Staff. My nails came out so beautifully and the pedicure I received was amazing. Will definitely go there again. Ariayanna did an amazing job!

I LOVE Posh !!! The atmosphere is always so much fun, I look forward to getting my nails done by Valerie every 3 weeks💗 I adore the owner Heather & Landry is always super helpful in getting an appointment in for me & making drinks !! Val always gets my ideas for my nails perfectly done !! Definitely my favorite place to go !!

I have been to posh nail bar several times over the last few months. I thought they were great until 10/29 when I learned of a situation. Valerie & Kelly were making racist jokes. My friend was the client, and she told me that the racist jokes made her feel so uncomfortable. When the racism was brought to the attention of management, the nail techs who made the racist jokes were protected, and the people who brought it to leadership’s attention were punished. The environment that they have is one of a social club and not of a professional institution. The owner prioritizes and protects technicians that she is personally friends with at the expense of nail technicians who look out for professionalism. The owner does not even have cosmetology experience.

I’ve been coming to Posh since I moved to Colorado Springs earlier this year. Everyone is so friendly and I never have issues getting my appointments booked. I love the vibe in the salon and the decor is so cute. My girl Val always does an amazing job and has me laughing the whole time. I’ve also seen Keels and Kelley when Val was out and they were both so sweet! I won’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to the salon for about a year now on and off, and every time I met with the most amazing group of people who will make you feel comfortable and beautiful. Aiden is my stylist and I have never left with anything short of perfection. He takes time and care to perfect everything to the smallest detail and will always execute your wishes. He is an artist.

Last minute I was able to steal away for some kid-free mama time. Was welcomed and able to squeeze me in for a pedi with María & facial with Layla 🫶🏻 Both were so welcoming and kind. Maria did an amazing job, took her time, and was so thorough. She even helped me pick a beautiful polish for my girl’s trip coming up. Layla was incredible. The facial & neck massage was so relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and glowing. Will definitely be back ❤️

Love this nail salon! Valerie was my nail tech and she fixed my nails that were done incorrectly by another tech. She was so funny, and made me feel very welcome. Kelly was next to us and she also was so hilarious and super sweet. I’ll definitely be back and book with Valerie. Kelly too, and she didn’t even do my nails 🥰

Number one reason I started going to Posh was how comfortable it makes me feel.... the atmosphere is dope....the techs talk to you like you're their bestie....you get the girly spa experience...other nail places you're lucky if they talk to you.... I love these girls....Brenda, Val and Kelley especially....we laugh and carry on and it's therapy for me! These girls make Posh a place I can't wait to come back to....I found the girls that I will recommend to everyone and follow anywhere...thank you Posh for providing this atmosphere and finding these amazing techs.....I hope you take care of them the way they take care of me! 🥰

The quality is really low. 3 nail tips broke in a week. One broke trying to open plastic. I won't be going back based on the quality. It's a cool place just not worth the money. I've never had even one nail break in all the years I've had my nails done.

This place is awesome! Paola was amazing - very sweet, and she did a fantastic job with my nails. I’ve been having a hard time finding a place that shapes my nails correctly, and she killed it. Highly recommend!

Valerie was amazing!! She removed my GelX and was efficient and professional. She was a pleasure to talk to. She also makes a good Horchata. 5/5 stars :)

Came as a bridal party booked a month in advanced. Had no problem waiting until a nail tech rudely announced out loud that she didn’t have time for us to another customer. What’s the point of making an appointment for a bridal party if your waiting for 2-3 hours to get any service.

I really liked my nail tech as a person and the conversation, but I was so bummed with the quality and cost. I came in for a gel pedicure and then schedule a full acrylic set for the next day. When I got home, I realized she must have forgot to put the top coat on my right foot because it was dull without shine. It wasn’t a big deal since I was coming in the next day and she fixed it for me. I had my nails done prior to a big vacation where I got engaged. I had acrylic residue left around my nails I was peeling off for days. Two days after my pedicure, one of the toenails lost the gel polish. I had to leave for my vacation the next day so I did not have time to return again for them to fix another issue with my pedicure. I was disappointed I came here for vacation nails and for a big moment in my life. Also expensive for poor quality 😢

Posh Nails is a hit with me. Valerie (very sweet and funny) did my nails last min. She recommended the best course of action to keep my natural nails long and healthy. The front desk fella, was really sweet and hospital. Big plus is they are reasonably priced and you can leave with a (free) cuticle oil. Five STARS. I would recommend to anyone new to the area. They also have a bar/refreshment area. The coffee was spot on. :D

Pretty disappointed. I scheduled appts well over a month in advance for a bridal party. One of the nail techs announced she didn't have time for our bridal party as she continued to assist other customers walking in. Also, we were asked to come in earlier to accomodate their lack of staffing only for only one person from our group to be assisted while the rest of have to wait till what? 3 pm? The originally scheduled time? Very messy scheduling, very confusing and frustrating....the bride also disclosed to me after this mess that her nail tech (Aiden) tried to get her to change her style/attwork because "he didnt have time" how unprofessional. It was not PUT fault or problem that whoever is scheduling these appointments over booked them all. we ended up having to cancel a majority of our appointment and only the bride got her nails done. I really liked this location and had a great experience prior to this so this was very disappointing.

The vibes here were great, my husband and I came here for mani + pedi’s before our wedding and the whole Posh crew took great care of us. Megan worked her gel X magic and gave me a beautiful set of bridal nails. She made recommendations that made sense and her creative additions to my inspiration photos really made the vision come to life. I’d definitely recommend coming to Posh nail bar!

I don't usually get my nails done (but am starting to now) so was looking for a spot with friendly staff and a good vibe! This place fit the bill perfectly! All I wanted was a simple manicure and Ria made sure it came out wonderful. She and the other staff made me feel so comfortable as we laughed and chatted the whole time. I definitely recommend it! In fact, I'm going back today :-)

I went here for my wedding manicure/pedicure. The pedicure was absolutely amazing!! My nails however, were not wedding ready. I left the nail place crying. I called back to speak with management and they were awesome! They got me in right away with Caitlynn. Let me just say, she is not only an amazing nail tech but an amazing person! She took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. She was honestly a saving grace. She went the extra mile to make sure my hands were picture ready. So thankful for her :)

This place is beautiful in the inside and nice if you want to sit down and have a drink. If you want to get your nails or feet done do not come here. I paid over $60 for a pedicure and they didn't even remove calluses. I had to come back twice to get my feet done properly and they still weren't done properly. My nails weren't even painted correctly and the polish completely came off my nails when I paid for gel in which is supposed to last.
