Never returning to this place they ripped my nail off with a card being rough and rushing instead of soaking them off and then proceeded to laugh when I asked for a discount when I shouldn’t have even paid in the first place! Also the set before this one they cut me and did the wrong shape and I let it slide will not be returning save your money and time on this place ladies !

I wasnt gonna write this review until i had given them more than one try because everyone has off days. And as a cosmetology student i truly understand. so this review is based on 2 appointments i had VERY similar experiences both times. to start had a 10am appointment i didn't get seated for 30 mins when they had taken a walk in at the same time as my appointment. Okay, then I had to wait another 10 minutes to get started and when he did get started hewas rushing becuase walk ins kept coming in. He was not doing the pedi properly he was left my feet wet as he did paint my toe nails he didn't soak my feet before trying to cut my nails and scrub my callisus, and as he did that he wouldn't let the base dry then tried to apply the color coat then he didn't let the color coat dry and help hitting my toes with the gel polish light. And finally when he was doing the massage(that's on a timer)he kept stopping and walking away then he would mess with my polish and have to file. And after he applied the lotion and massaged my feet and legs he kept putting my CLEAN fresh polished and lotioned feet and legs in DIRTY water he was using to rinse the tools in. Over all I'm not happy and this was supposed to be a gift for my birthday.

My family all got a little treat and I was a tad nervous since my mom always always complains and is super picky! But she was very happy with her pedicure! Definitely a win and we just found our spot for future pedicures to come 😊

I asked for the design (I added the picture in the review) and after getting them redone a second time because I wasn’t satisfied, they were done even worse the polka dots aren’t even circles and the design is simply not close to the picture after spending 100 dollars won’t be going back here ever

I recently Posh Nail and had an amazing experience! The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel at home. I got a manicure and pedicure, and the attention to detail was impressive, and the polish looked flawless including the shaping which was perfect.

i’ve gotten my nails done here twice, and both times i’ve been very happy with how they’ve come out. however, i stopped in today to have my gel tips removed, expecting a soak off. instead, my nails were trimmed, and were removed with a new york metro card pushed between the tip and my natural nail, leaving my natural nails looking absolutely awful. would definitely recommend getting your nails done here, but would NOT recommend getting them removed.

Best place for pedicures, did a hot gel and immediately regretted it. Way painful, didn't cut my nails first or clean so dirt is trapped between the layers and grow out is VERY obvious. They look like I did them at home to be honest. I will keep getting pedicures but won't get my manicures or gel done again

Called to make an appointment, next day I was in. May was so pleasant and welcoming. She did a great job. Absolutely love my nails. Thank you May ♥️♥️

I have tried several nail salons in the area and I think this one is the best. They do a great job with the pedicures and gel mani. They take their time and really try to do a good job. Also, it is pretty clean inside.

I took my mother here for her Birthday for a mani and pedi, it was her first ever at 83, we had a wonderful experience. I will be returning not only with my mother but will also be bringing my Granddaughter here for her mani's from now on. I hope the next visit later this week will be as good as the first.

Posh nails is amazing and great service and very clean this is my second time with my nails and first time with my pedicure and it was amazing. I definitely found my new nail place and will be a regular customer for sure😊

Tony is the best 👌🏽 nail artist 🎨. He performs the best pedicures and his acrylic nails 💅 are beyond beautiful! 😍

10/10 experience the moment I walked through the door. Everyone was so friendly. The spa was very clean and relaxing. I haven’t had my nails done since 2022 and they look so so SO beautiful. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

First time he did a great job so I went again two weeks later but this time was treated terribly by some other younger smaller man. I should’ve known to walk away when he seemed to rush me to choose a color even haha ..he was in a rush start to finish, my toes had red polish all over the skin and when I asked him to clean it off I was met with attitude.. the gel on my fingers is insanely thick I’m embarrassed to show my hands in public and this is the first time I’ve ever had someone manage to leave the powder stuff left attached to my skin !! All I could do was laugh. Not sure what was funnier the sloppy job or the fact that he would got mad at ME for asking him to fix his sloppy job haha .. so of course probably like anywhere - it depends who you get, I’m new to the area so was willing to try different nail techs - inclined to just try another salon now lol what a mess

They thought i didn’t know how to speak they’re language but i do and they said my fingers are fat soooo , they’re only good if you get a specific guy, don’t recommend, lumpy see through nails. They don’t know how to cater to people with arthritis

I loved this place for pedicures. But after several visits there were an few inconsistencies. On one particular day everything they touched me with was so hot it could have burned me. From the water in the foot bath to the towel and the stones for the massage. I transitioned to getting gel manicures with my pedicures for an about 6 weeks. I’m 3 weeks out of removing the color myself and I’m so disappointed. I trusted the process and allowed them to file the gel off, as opposed to soaking it off. I usually refuse the electric file bc I suspected how damaging it could be. My nails are less than paper thin now. They’re so delicate and splitting vertically I’m trying to be so careful. The only reason I can think of to file rather than soak is time and product use. There is just no care or consideration for nail health. They're just trying to churn out as many mani/pedia as possible. Nail health is irrelevant to them. I’ll likely go back for pedicures. But I won’t be getting a manicure again.

Slightly better than expected but not the best. The guy I got did pretty good with the design after I asked him to go back a few times. Overall the nails look like the picture and Im satisfied. Only things I can pick out is that the nails are a little inconsistent in terms of thickness and the guy was a kinda rough on my fingers.

They are the best place in town. My nails are always clean and perfect every time without fail. The staff is very nice and friendly and will work with you to get the nails you want

This is my second time going to Posh Nail and I’ll be going to them religiously from here on out. Absolutely amazing. Their customer service and their work is top tier. Not to mention it’s such a friendly environment. Beyond glad I decided to try them out.🤍

People here were friendly and they were able to get me in for an appointment at the time I wanted. The tech I had was Tony who was very friendly and paid attention to the details I wanted. Will be going back again sometime.
