I called to make an appointment and was asked to come in earlier. I came in for the earlier time and head to wait for an hour. I would expect this if I just walked in, but not after making an appointment! I left....

Unfortunately, I had a different tech than normal. The shape was not something she was open to, a short coffin style. Which is something I frequently have done here. I have multiple shapes/lengths with no effort to make them uniform. Scrap left underneath and around the nails. Overall, it wasn't the service I have experienced in the past with POSh

I like Vivian, she always does a good job. But if you don't get there when they open, appointment or not, you're going to have to wait.

I always go to Posh for my nails even though I live an hour out of town. The people are friendly and fun. Vivian is my favorite nail lady (she can do anything), Tony is very funny and Raymond is great! You just have to wait a long time to get a pedi if they’re busy regardless of if you have an appointment but it’s well worth the wait. They work so hard and try to get to you as fast as possible. I love it everytime I get to come.

Appointments don’t mean anything. I Had one for 2pm waited for 30 minutes and they were no where near getting to me. My husband was supposed to come in at 3pm also but there was no way we would have gotten done before 4 and we had other plans.

I purchased the most expensive pedicure and she took 30 minutes total and didn’t even trim my cuticles or remove calluses. She did about a 5 minute massage and cut my toe. It took her almost 2 hours to dip my nails (overlay not even tips) and I asked for narrow, thin coffin and got square wide and thick. My nails are all different shapes and are at a slant. DO not go here she was awful.

Love this place. They always do a great job! Everyone is so friendly. I brought my own football stickers, but they can do anything freehand if needed.

Me and my dad came for a pedicure and i had Quy. He was very kind and did an amazing job this is my 2/3 time coming and there staff and how they do things is the reason i will be coming back.i recommend this place 110%. Thank you posh and thank you Quy!!

My wife waited over an hour, received cold water for manicure, left dry skin and paint in tips of fingers, no oil on nails. Over priced for little as she received.Fingers nails not totally painted after being there over 2 hours I just wanted to get her out of there.

The job they do is good. However, even with making an appointment, which I’ve done 2x, the wait is still ridiculous and I’ve had to leave 2 times even with a appointment because it was over 45 min past my appointment time both times before they could see me. No thanks. If I make an appointment, I expect that within 10 min of the appointment time I will be taken care of period. That’s the point of making an appointment right?

This was my first time getting my nails done and these people were really nice. My nails turned out wonderful. Kaitlyn is the one that did them and she was super sweet. My mom got a pedicure and has went to many other places but said she loved this one. Henry is the one who did my moms pedicure. Thank you Kaitlyn and Henry. We will definitely go there again.

Today was my first time going, I took my daughter in law and my granddaughter-we all had our nails done and they turned out perfect. I also had my eyebrows and lip waxed. We will definitely be back again.

Love the staff here and they do a wonderful job! Attached a photo of their menu because I could find one myself before coming. Reasonable pricing though! I highly recommend Posh!
