I am always pleased with the services I receive! Amber is my go to girl! She is the best and always duplicates exactly what I ask for or makes the design even better! Everyone is friendly and the environment is relaxing! Go see Amber next time you need your nails done! My favorite set so far!

I have never had a bad experience until today. I usually only get pedicures but today decided to get a manicure too. I will never get a manicure here again. I asked for French tips, and got thick French tips and a gash on my cuticle. I bled for about 20 minutes straight. The nail tech was not very sanitary when handling my fingers bleeding. I also did not realize it is an extra $5 for French tips.

I’m a regular here but the service has gone down over time. I have been unsatisfied with my last 4 visits. They use to give the best pedicures but my last 4 have not been good. My feet are rough when I leave. One guy even cut me and made me bleed a couple of months ago. This last go, the girl was too lazy to do a second coat of paint on my manicure which resulted in my toes and fingers being very different shades. They focus more on rushing rather than quality now. Will be looking for a new salon.

So overall, their work is not consistent and the latest visit caused harm to my nails. The first time I visit, the service was difficult due to language barrier but after several corrections, the look I wanted was achieved. The second visit was great! The service and look of the nails was so wonderful I took down the name of the technician. I called to rebook with her and was told nobody by that name was there. I went in last week and the way the tech filed my nails caused them to split (I did stopped him and tried several times to correct). My gel nail polish chipped and I’m assuming it’s because of the splitting of my nails. Waste of time and money and definitely would not go back.

$35 for polish and no removal? I was not pleased at all with the way the service provider handled me questioning the price. Certainly had an attitude and obviously annoyed by me asking and could not provide a service list displaying $35 for the service. Would not recommend.

This is the second time I have come here. First time for a manicure and the counter where you place your hands was dirty and the nail file she went to use was already used had red nail polish on it. Just went a second time to try with my friends for a pedicure and asked for a deluxe and he finished me before my friend who got a regular one and started sooner. And my other friend was a deluxe also and was a lot longer and nicer than mine. Feel like they just didn’t do a deluxe at all hardly any massage. Will never recommend this place! I also told them when I checked out and she told either the manager or owner not sure which. And they did not do anything about it.

I don’t like the way eyebrows are done. It’s uneven one is thicker than other, just hate it. Told couple of times to adjust however she didn’t fix it in a right way. Not a place for the eyebrows for sure.

Service was basically nonexistent. It was ridiculously hot inside. Staff everywhere but felt completely invisible as a customer.

If you want your gel nail polish removed with a ‘Dremel’ type of tool and have your fingernails utterly ruined, then this is the place for you. It was nice when it first opened and I had not been in quite a while. Very unsanitary and not the same place it was unfortunately. I will not be back

Very clean and beautifully decorated salon to have your nails done. Complementary beverages, very nice and knowledgeable employees. I have been going there for 2 years, and will not change.
