The ladies here cannot polish natural nails well. I came in for a manicure and pedicure and was there for over 2 hours because it had to be redone several times. Very unacceptable!!!

My favorite nail salon! Every once in a while when I visit Brooklyn, I try to make time to get my nails done (the nail salons by me aren’t the best in NJ). Everyone is so welcoming and polite, especially Joey. She is very sweet and so patient. I love when she does my nails!!

Basic manicure most of the time. Last 1.5 weeks. They do a good enough job and everyone is sweet and remember your name if you go enough. One story: I forced my husband to get a pedicure with me, one time, and I called before to tell them. They lowered the lights, set some music, and made it really special for us 🥹🥹🥹. Autumn is the best.

Before coming here, I had beautiful long natural nails. The lady asked me if she could cut my nails, I said yes a little bit. She cut off my whole nail. I said something about it, she apologized then proceeded to cut my other nails even shorter. Now, I have tips on every single one of my nails and she cut every nail down the size of a nub. My natural nails are short, my manicure is uneven, and I am devastated. My nails will not be the same for months.

Just discovered this place and it was awesome. The spa pedicure was fantastic and the shop is clean quiet and the technician who did my feet is thorough and gentle. Can't wait to come back.

My go to nail salon for the past few years! Autumn will take care of you and all the ladies are great. My nails easily last 3-4 weeks (I get powder dip)

I've used this place over 20 times for manicure, gel manicure, powder nails and pedicure. My favorite is their deep cleaning facial. Sandy and Sarah are my go to technicians. They are patient and remove the gunk from every pore on my face. The massage that comes with it is amazing. Give them a try, they are awesome and super reasonably priced.

Went to the salon today 10minutes before closing and even though they were ready to leave Sarah agreed to take me once she heard I had a flight to catch early in the morning. I totally expected a rushed job but she took her time to make sure I had the perfect pedicure with great attention to detail. She even repaired a cracked nail that I had. Gave a great foot massage and even a back massage while I was drying. Honestly so kind and put a smile on my face. Salon was also clean and they had fresh scrubbers and files for each new person. Would totally recommend! Thank you Sarah!!!

Each time I go I am happily surprised to have another great manicurist. The salon is always clean and sanitary. Definitely go & treat yourself to some pampering at Posh Spa you won't regret it.

Very unsatisfied with my manicure. This my second time coming here thinking that my experience will be better than my first. This time they didn’t even sit me down; she did my nails while doing a pedicure. She barely filed; my nails look so uneven. On top of that she painted horribly. She completely missed the top and corners of my nails. It looks like a four year old did my manicure. When I told her to fix it, she yelled at me saying it was my fault I made an appointment 45 minutes before closing. Not worth my $30. Very upset! My nails look like a 4 year old did it
