Erik is a true empath. He feels into your body, into your history, and clears it out. My fascia has been stuck for years, and he loosened up parts of me I didn’t know could be loosened. I’ve got quite a few long term injuries, and he worked with them like he was experiencing them (he is). He knew exactly what and where I needed pressure, stretching, rolling. He’s so patient, he stays where he needs to until it’s cleared. I’m so grateful our paths crossed, I’ll be returning again and again. I feel genuinely hopeful that my injuries are finally temporary, and that working with him will release them from my body. Come to Erik, he will heal you. And he’s so funny, you’ll feel super comfortable talking with him. All around amazing experience, highest recommendation!

Erik is a skilled practitioner, whose hands seem to possess an innate understanding of the human body. He is warm, welcoming, and enjoys the challenge of releasing tough to work points in the body. His storytelling was also distracting enough to allow my body to cooperate with otherwise inaccessible ranges. Walked away from the session with greatly improved range of motion and a set of tips on how to keep up with the work done at home. Greatly appreciate Erik’s thoroughness, and will definitely be back for more!

Erik provided a wonderful deep tissue massage on areas that I was struggling with. It's been days and I'm still feeling the positive effects of the body work. I would recommend him to anyone looking to go past the normal deep tissue massage and focus more on the holistic body.

Erik is a true body worker! My 2 hour session was amazing. His ability to tap into the energetics and physicality is magical. I have never had massage therapist be able to pinpoint and relieve so much tension in such a short amount time. I actually feel taller! Being new to Austin, I found Erik through the world of Google and I booked a session with him based solely on the amazing reviews from past clients and I thought “I’ve got to check this guy out”, and I’m so thankful I did! I booked a 1 1/2 hr. massage and it was hands down the BEST DAMN MASSAGE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN (and I’ve had a few massages in my 51 years)! I came in with some very specific muscle tightness complaints and thoughts on how and why I was having this issue. Erik took the time to listen, observe and engage in questions that made me feel heard and comfortable about his plan of action. To say he relived/released my pain in an understatement. I had an out of body experience! I was in awe and amazement about how much better I felt, immediately afterward, last night and 24 hrs. later! If you are seeking a massage therapist that is a true intuit and healer, I encourage you to book with Erik. I won’t go anywhere else!

Erik was truly wonderful. I was feeling very achy and stiff after a road trip, booked a 90-minute session with him, and walked out like a different person. I feel so much lighter, way more mobile, and the aches are mostly all gone. The first half of the session was more heavy pressure body work, which was on the deeper side. He solved many problems for me. The second half was more relaxing, yet still with intentional movements. I feel that it was a perfect massage. It was a pleasure talking with him too. Cannot recommend more!

This was the best massage I have ever received. I have an extremely tight muscle in my back that no massage therapist has come close to getting to loosen. Because of Erik’s extensive knowledge of anatomy he was able to release the tightness in my lower back and give me relief in my hips and shoulders as well. I will be scheduling regularly. Highly recommend!

Erik is gentle in all the right ways and also knows how to apply pressure and all the right areas. He is an excellent expert and is able to relieve stored stress from the body in a way that allows your fascia tissue to release. I felt lighter when I left, like I was floating and had released 40 years of baggage stored in my body. No doubt, hands-down the best massage I’ve ever received and I will be going back for more.

Erik is truly a gifted massage therapist. I came in 4 months postpartum looking for some serious relief to my body after pregnancy, labor and back pain from breastfeeding. I left the session feeling like a brand new person. He loosened up my muscles and relieved me of so much tension. I had an amazing massage! with Erik; he is incredible talented masseuse. I was so impressed and left feeling relaxed and painless. My lower back ache had prevented me from falling asleep for almost 7 days, and my use of painkillers was ineffective. When I got home after the massage, I took a 3-hour nap. That's how relaxed and pain-free I felt. I must admit that I really didn't want to get up. Without a doubt, I'll recommend him and schedule additional treatments with him.

I loved my massage with Erik!! He’s one of the most informed and engaging massage therapists I’ve ever been to! He checked in with me at the beginning to see what I was hoping to work on/get out of the massage which is always nice! He incorporated stretching in addition to massage work which felt amazing. He also shared what he was noticing in my body as he was going along which I really appreciated. I felt very comfortable with him and could tell he really knew what he was doing. I felt sooo relaxed after leaving the appointment and this feeling also continued for several days after!! He offered me practices I could incorporate into my daily life going forward too.
