After moving to AZ from CA, and doing a lot of research on Yelp my hair both cut & color was destroyed by another salon. Needless to say I wasn't happy.  I turned gray in college so the first thing I need when I move to a new city is a good colorist. It was my lucky day when I walked in to see Lisa for a consultation to fix my hair. Lisa Von Kurvink is a master stylist that does it all; cuts, color and balayage. She's kind, intelligent, listens  and likes doing hair. Imagine that? She takes ownership of your whole appointment including any toners/blow dry etc . Therefore,  no worrying about an assistant not doing the right thing. My hair is now the color I want and the bad cut is almost grown out. Check out her IG page. Called Process Salon last minute thinking we wouldn't be able make an appointment but Jacob Barturo was kind enough to squeeze us in. He did an amazing job with our blowouts, literally the best blow out I've ever received, and even helped us with recommendations in the area since we were from out of town. We loved the vibe here, the salon is beautiful and everyone at the salon was kind and welcoming. If you are in the area you must come to Process and ask for Jacob!

The salon is awesome and so are Lisa & Sydney! Thank you for another amazing cut and color Lisa! I found Lisa on Yelp and I am so happy I did. She not only is AWESOME at what she does but has a great personality, uses only the best products, she makes my visits entertaining and the end result is always Top Notch! Thank you Lisa for always making my hair style & color the best I have ever had. Sydney came highly recommended by Lisa and recently did an AMAZING job on my eyebrows! At first I was super nervous to do microblading but Sydney put me at ease and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. She was professional, used top of the line products and has a great personality. Thank you Sydney for doing a superb job and making my eyebrows look real and amazing. Both of you are definitely assets to Process Salon! Thank you!

Greg is an amazing person, owner hair stylist. I cannot rave enough about him and his establishment. Owner who also lives in the community and such a beautiful salon. I have been on the hunt for an A+++ hair colorist and stylist in Arizona now for about 2 years. The universe sent me Lisa Von Kurvink at Process Salon and I couldn't be more pleased. They say the third time is always a charm and I would have to agree that it definitely is! Usually when you go to a stylist they either specialize in color or cut. Lisa does both and does both AMAZING. I was sold on at least booking a consult after googling Best Balyage Phoenix and finding her website and her. I called her and shared with her my frustrations about my hair just not looking quite like it did when I was getting it done in Orange County. The color just looked too intentional and not sun kissed and natural like I was used to. The cut was too one dimensional with no layers and just laid limp with no life. 24 hours later I was in Lisa's chair. I showed her pictures of what my hair used to look like and the color I wanted. She assessed the sitch and shared with me what her game plan would be to achieve the desired outcome. My initial plan was to just have the consult and go home and sleep on whether I thought she could do the job and then book for a week later and come back. I am not an impulsive person especially when it comes to my hair but I just knew I was in great hands with Lisa so I asked when we could do it. It was not random chance that I found Lisa Von Kurvink at Process Salon...My hair turned out better than when I used to get it done in Orange County. So glad to have found Process Salon right in my backyard. It's conveniently located, super modern and hip, clean and the everyone is just so wonderful! I visited Process Salon after reading the reviews from Google and YELP. The reviews were spot on. Process Salon is a great place to get your hair done. I called on a Wednesday and was able to speak to a stylist, Katie McCreary and book an appointment for Saturday. After having a horrible experience with a previous stylist, I was apprehensive walking into a new place. Walking into the salon I was greet by Greg and felt completely at ease. When I met with Katie she took the time to examine my hair and listened to what I had to say. Katie let me know what she recommended and then the magic happened. I was treated to a scalp and neck massage during the washing. Katie took her time and did a fabulous job in making my hair look soft and frizz free. She added great shape and style to my hair. I will be back to Process Salon, I hope you try it too.

I've always flitted from one hair dresser to another, but not anymore! Greg has been doing my hair for over a year now. During that time I've gone from dry, damaged, tangled hair to hair that could be in a commercial! It looks healthy, it shines, it bounces, it's wonderful! I can't say enough superlatives about Greg!

I has such an amazing experience with Greg at Process. Before we even started looking at my hair, he asked me a ton of questions to get a feel for my lifestyle and the time I had for styling and what I was looking for. Then he explained my cut and his plans to get it to where we wanted it to be and by the time we got to talking about my color, i knew this was the stylist's chair I'd commit to. My cut and color were perfect; Greg's attention to detail and perfection are unparalleled. Add to this the other salon services available (nails, eyelash extensions, microblading and makeup) and this your one stop to being your best self.

I have to say, the owner Greg is a hair genius. He just understand how to form your hair to your personality and facial structure! I don't even think when I go in. I leave my hair in his hands. I trust him beyond. What's even more incredible about him is he is huge with working with the community. He provides hair lessons to students around the valley who want to learn. From cutting to coloring to advanced techniques. He's such an amazing guy and you would be lucky to have him as hot hair architect!
