Gloria dyed, highlighted, cut, and styled my hair, and I absolutely love it. I went back and had a mani pedi with Tran, and it was fantastic. I am definitely going back.

I've been taking My Girl here, for Nails 💅 for a couple years, .....And Myself, I've been a customer for Haircuts, for MANY YEARS 💈 !!! MAI, Cuts my Hair and makes me "More Handsome" Every TIME 🤩! And KATIE, does My PEDIS, with the Girlfriend 💅💅😉! I recommend (And occasionally take 💃💃💃😉), them to ALL My Friends!!! It's a Fun Place to have a SPA DAY 🥳

The worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. Brought all three of my daughters and it took 45 minutes for my 7 year old to get a pedicure. They waited on another mother and daughter instead. We did not want gel so they kept trying to upsale everything else. My 7year old wanted regular polish and after all of that wait time they made her find her own regular polish on a wall of 100s. I didn’t want polish so my technician just got up and helped someone else. No communication that she was done or anything. Just weird and passively rude. Never coming back.

They said they knew how to do dipping nails but it was all a lie. She didn't even perform steps right. Plus if you ever see them use another fake nail on your own just run!!! That's not the proper way to take off any fake nails (dipping, acrylic, or any powder) wish I can give them 0 stars

This is a good spot for almost all your beautification needs. I come here for a men's haircut. Yet observant enough to see they do hair color, waxing, manicures and pedicures. There are many nail tables and pedicure baths. The staff is really friendly and the prices are fair. Great neighborhood salon. Tom gives the best mens cuts!

This was the worst and most rushed mani/pedi I have ever received anywhere. The staff were nice enough but absolutely terrible job. The polish wS carelessly applied and the quality of gel polish was awful. My gel manicure came off a week later, and it all came off in one piece which has never happened to me when the gel is stronger. I won’t be back. They only seem to care about quantity over quality. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

When I was released from the hospital, I had a terrible headache of hair. It was over a month that I hadn't been able to wash my hair. Gloria was so gentle and sweet. And I walked out feeling sooooo hood. Thank you Gloria!!!

they did my nails so bad.. i came in to get my gel nails removed and she drilled my real nails so bad they hurt really bad and they’re so thin. do not go there. i was saying “ow” but she didn’t listen and kept going..

I go to this salon to get my hair cut. I have been going to Mai for 11 years. I used to live near there. I have since moved but will drive 20 mins to see her. She does a great job every time!

Kate is my go to. She doesn’t try and change my mind from what I want and listens. The guy is pretty good too, but can’t remember his name. The prices are high, but it’s really hard to find a person who listens. Good place I recommend it.

This used to be my favorite salon been coming here for 5 years started bringing my mom here she went in a month ago and had the worst fill and pedicure EVER, her fingers were hurting after her feel what she said is not normal by the next day she had infection in four different fingernails and I went in 2 weeks ago and had the absolute worst mani pedi ever the paint came out terrible and she decided to use the power sander on my fingernails even though I said please not too and ask her to stop every single one of my fingernails broke and broke all the way down to the quick so that they hurt to even use which there was no reason for that I'm not even getting a fill I don't have fake nails my nails were long natural organic and beautiful!!! the paint before I even left the salon was all messed UP, she rushed thru painting so bad both fingers & toes the paint was messed up & not EVEN, i left there crying cuz i wasted $150 on a mani pedi facial, I could have done it at home at no cost and done a better job myself!!!! manager said she was going to call me and take care of it but she never did!!!!! I definitely don't recommend going here at all I don't know what happened HERE, WITH these people, BUT the service has went DOWN! completely disappointing!!!! they don't pay attention they don't care! I had a facial, & froze through the whole thing was absolutely freezing in there! didn't do any facial mask, no extractions Even tho i only needed a few RIGHT under the chin, she didn't even let my face be steamed the whole time the steam was opening my pores she was rubbing lotion into it which defeats the whole purpose she just put a whole bunch of lotions on my face by the next day I was broken out all the way across my face, checks & nose!!! I definitely do not recommend this place Save your money call a kindergartener THEY Will do it for FREE!

5 stars is not enough for this salon. My friend and I first heard of Precious Nails a few months ago. Having moved to Rancho Cordova recently she needed to find a new Salon. To our surprise and delight Precious Nails delivered and continues to. She has now been 3 times and the service they offer keeps getting better and better. You found a new customer. Keep up the great work.

Expert precision. I went in there for my birthday and they were so nice to me and my girls. They did a phenomenal job on my nails. I am definitely a satisfied customer and I will be returning. 11-30-2022 Ah but now let me provide an update. It was really hard to get these nails off. Month and a half later and I’m still working the last one off. Also my index finger nails got torn off with the fake nail and now has an infection.

I've gone in 3 times and they have said the prices changed/ gone up each time. I called in and asked for pricing and they provided me with a lower cost that I initially paid when first going there. SMFH!

If I could give zero stars I would. My son just got a hair cut from the stylist Gloria. I asked her to line and clean him up with a fade. When done with his hair she told me to style his hair by combing it over. I proceeded to tell her that isn’t how we discussed how we wanted it styled when I went to push his hair back I saw why she told me to style it that way. She was trying to cover up the fact that she completely ruined his hair like one side was cut farther up than the other and it was patchy looking. I pointed out what was wrong and I also showed her where is hair line started and how I just wanted it lined and cleaned up not for her to push his hair line complete back. She told me that he had no hair on his hair line to line up which is a complete lie because you can see the hair she cut off. She handled the situation awfully she told me child well sorry you’re going to have to comb it over. My son was visibly upset and She did not apologize to him at all for messing his hair up. She even charged me full price after messing up his hair line. She handled the whole awfully. I will never come back here nor would I even recommend anyone to come back here. My son left in tears. Awful experience, awful service, awful customer service.

Went for a pedicure and eyebrows. They called me at my appointment time and I'd forgotten. They were very gracious and let me come in the next hour. I waited to be called less than 5 minutes. The nail tech did a fast job on my pedicure. Pretty good but the polish job was just ok. I went into a private room for my eyebrows. I appreciated that. My eyebrows were good. Not great but better than they were. Both techs were very kind and it was an overall great experience. I'd happily return.

This was my first time visiting the salon. When I walked in the door I was recognized right away that was really nice. I got my hair cut and styled in my nails done at a very good price. I'm pretty picky on my haircut because I wanted to look good you know. I was delighted with my haircut. You know when you go to some hair salons be a little nervous because you don't want them to cut too much off you want them to know exactly how you want to have it done and she was so good she asked me how short did I want it she asked me she hadn't even checked before she started cutting it and I mean she did such a beautiful job I'm really really satisfied and I will only go back there for my haircut is long as I live here in Sacramento that will be the place I go. My nails were done in such a quickness and they are beautiful the same as my hair will be the same with my nails I won't have to go nowhere else searching for a good place to get my hair and nails done ever again. I want to say thank you to all the employees that I've seen there everybody was very polite and nice it felt like a very warm place I just loved it and I want to say thank you.
