I’m from Austin and have been to a lot of salons but Precision Decision is by far my favorite! Zoe has taught me so much about my hair and has brought it to life in ways I couldn’t have imagined. If you’re looking for a salon that is inclusive and welcoming of everyone and has the most knowledgeable stylists in the city, this is your place!

Love love love this place! Consistently get exactly what I asked for, and get incredible conversations the whole time. I've been to two of their stylists for the same cut (full shag) and it's impeccable every time. Never going anywhere else for a hair cut! (Pics of the same cut by two stylists, Jess and Kenn)

Absolute perfect balayage done by Zoe. My jaw dropped when she turned me around. Cannot wait to go back for my next appointment. Entire staff is fun and super friendly, comfy and clean space that feels very professional minus the stuffiness that usually comes from high-end salons. If you want quality work from absolute gems, please book your appointment YESTERDAY!

One of the things I miss about living in Austin is getting my hair cut and styled with Zoë! She always knew exactly what I wanted and executed my vision perfectly! I highly recommend booking with her!! 😊

Wanted side swept bangs along with lots of layers but was so subtle than what I wanted when I showed pictures. Friendly staff but wish I got what I wanted with how expensive it was.

Zoe always does me right! Great atmosphere and super service. Zoe has been doing my blonde for three years now and has done great keeping it bright AND healthy. Also been doing great with nails as a new venture🎉

I genuinely look forward to every hair appointment I have with Zoë. The salon is so welcoming and relaxed, everyone is so nice, and I always leave incredibly satisfied with Zoë's work. She's so great at helping to give me a cut I love that'll also grow out perfectly by the next appointment, and she's always open to trying new things with my hair which I absolutely love! I adore this salon and have so much appreciation for my wonderful stylist!!

When I moved to Austin, I was scared of finding someone who could actually cut curly hair. I searched for months on instagram and fell in love with Zoe’s style and cuts in her photos. I reached out and had the courage to get my first haircut with her a few years back. I now will ONLY SEE HER to cut my hair and as long as she is cutting hair and within driving distance I will be her client at every salon she goes to.

Jess does my cut and highlights perfectly. I'm an "older" lady that needs volume to my thin hair and I want the color to cover grey and look natural. No one in Kyle did a good job. Love that my daughters found Precision Decision Hair Group.

Cloe is an AMAZING stylist. I had a hard time finding the right stylist after moving from a different state. I’m so glad I found them. Cloe is a great listener and has always made me feel well taken care of. I can be a difficult client at times not knowing exactly what I want or how to articulate it, but she never fails me! I’d follow Cloe anywhere, but luckily the salon is perfect too. The atmosphere is cute and welcoming, and they have eco-friendly products, which I love!

I've been living in the States for 6 years and always made the trip back to my hometown for a haircut, but that's no longer necessary thanks to Zoe! I'm so impressed with her skills and expertise that I'll never go back to my old stylist again. She's absolutely awesome! I recently got a cut and bangs from her, and I've received countless compliments on my hair. The bangs, which I was initially hesitant about, turned out amazing! . If you're looking for a talented and dedicated stylist, look no further than Zoe! 5 stars and highly recommended!

I was visiting the area and decided to chop off my hair. I was fortunate to get I with Jess. Jess was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted, and my hesitancy about going too short. Would definitely recommend her and the salon. Great calm and cool vibe

Zoe is an angel and a wizard with haircuts and color. She’s never done anything I didn’t like and we’ve done some weird stuff to my hair! I will forever recommend her and this awesome salon.

I’ve been going to Zoe for a few years now. She’s done everything under the sun for me including vivids. She is an extremely talented hairdresser, so much so, that I’ve followed her once she made the move to PD Hair. Not only does she complete high quality work, she’s patient and answers all of my questions and doubts when it comes to my hair wants and needs. Would definitely stop in to their cute salon if you haven’t already!

As a native Austinite with all the competitive hair salons I have experienced in my life, I am pleased to say the search is finally over! I had the pleasure of discovering a true hidden gem nestled in a beloved neighborhood in East Austin. Precision Decision salon radiates warmth beauty, and especially kindness! The amount of talent and hard work the owner Madison provides to her salon is something that so many businesses now lack. It’s clear from the moment I arrived Madison, and her team not only are in this business for profit, but are extremely passionate about providing something incredibly special to the community. I was spoiled beyond belief while working with Madison and her amazing talent Jess! To top it off, I left with my hair looking like a million bucks. It’s safe to say I am already scheduled in their books for my next 3 hair appointments! In addition to all my engaged bride to be’s out there - this salon is incredibly opened and willing to work with you on YOUR special day and provides wondrous makeup services as well. I am blessed to have found these sweet hard working women. To conclude- Go to Precision Decision, a salon that makes you feel like family. I went to Zoe in a time of hair crisis and immediately felt so comfortable in her chair. She gives me the space to talk through all my hair wishes, likes and dislikes, and is always patient when I'm scrolling through my saved inspo pics. By far the best consult I've ever had! She's got the gift of the gab, mad razor cutting skills, and does beautiful color work. What more can you ask for? <3

Jess has been my hair stylist for a couple of years now and I am so happy with how healthy and beautiful her services have made my hair. She is an expert at color, cuts, and extensions and she always gets my blonde highlights looking natural and stunning every time. Jess will not let you walk out of the salon until your hair is looking perfect and you feel like a baddie. I have been to other places to have my hair blown out or styled and no one can ever compare to what Jess can do. She really is the best for top tier luxury hair services. She is so sweet and fun to chat with which always makes me look forward to seeing her. The salon is super cute too and they always play good music to vibe out to. I live about an hour away and I tend to avoid I-35 at all costs but every seven weeks I make the drive to get my hair done by Jess which is saying a lot! When you find someone who strives for perfection and excellence it is absolutely worth it!

Maddye has been my stylist for a few years now. I came and got my hair done on a Sunday since Precision Decision is open on Sundays. I chilled, had a mimosa, and got some cool rainbow roots since we were about to throw a big party. The oasis (shampoo room) was my favorite part, Maddye gave a little head massage and the room had a luxurious, spa-like feel to it. Maddie is a cutting expert as well and layered my hair this time which brought out my curls. I'm extremely pleased and will definitely be back.

Madye was phenomenal. I booked a last minute blowout appointment and accidentally arrived an hour early due to time zone issues on my end. I was greeted with a taco and Madye started on my hair right away. Service was friendly and my hair came out great. Would recommend!!

The best of the best! I am so lucky that I found Jess - precise, patient, attention to detail, knew exactly what I wanted, and a kind soul that leaves me walking away feeling fulfilled on the inside and outside... what more could you ask for? That being said, I would sit confidently in any of the stylists chairs, as they are all super talented!
