Michelle took my 911 call for color correction. Was able to get me in quickly - even offering to meet on a Sunday. I brought her a picture of my desired hair color and she delivered. My hair even felt “less processed” after I left. It’s been a couple of weeks and it has held up. Recommend and will be back

This place for women's haircuts and blow-drys was fantastic! The stylist's skill and originality were astounding. My hair looked amazing, and I got many of compliments on my blow-dry. The customer service was outstanding and the ambiance was friendly. I will most certainly return!

I’m writing a review on behalf of my sisters experience with, Michelle. She was basically in tears when she left she was so awful to her. I’m clarifying that I have NEVER seen her personally, nor would I EVER after the horrendous customer service and behavior she provided during her brief session with this women. I’m a huge customer service advocate and that’s strictly why I go to the places I go to, and why I’m good at what I do in my place of work. Michelle, was not only being snappy and rude the whole time. She also, screamed at a 22 year old girl to “stop talking” when my sister was not only being respectful, but completely receptive to her incredibly joke of a service. She told her it would take her 3 treatments to get her roots blonde again costing $1500. I’m sorry, but I’ve been blonde for years now and I’ve seen a multitude of hair dressers that’ve brought my blonde hair back to life, grown out or not. Costing me around $175-$300 MAX. Mind you, I live in Austin, TX. One of the most expensive cities to live in. This lady is unprofessional, ill-mannered, dishonest, disrespectful, and probably skimming women by overcharging what should be a NORMAL price color here in, TEXAS. We aren’t in California anymore - FYI. She’s charging California prices for hundreds and hundreds of dollars for multitudes of sessions. Oh, and once you go brown - apparently you can NEVER go back blonde 😂 Any hair dressers out there that sees this. Please educate this women! Because I’m not a hair dresser, but I’m in the beauty industry and I would of left right then. Lastly, tailor your business to the general population, and if not that - then match the normal prices of businesses around you if you want to make it in the hair world. I can assure you after the review, and way you made my little sister feel. No one will ever want to come back to your salon. I personally wouldn’t recommend this lady to my worst enemy, and that’s saying a lot. For your own sake, before thinking of choosing Michelle as your stylist. Download Yelp and read the review for yourself! It’s honestly mind blowing. NEGATIVE STARS FOR ME!

I am so unhappy and disatissfied with Michelle’s skills as a colorist. I ended up with a different color and requested. I brought a picture and even the formula to use on my hair to achieve the color I wanted. Instead of the colors of the formula I requested Michelle used Bleach after I told her my hair could not handle bleach in the consultation. I told Michelle when my hair was finished and blow dried that I did not like the color. She applied some more color then didn’t offer to wash it out and blow dry it but sent me home with dye in my hair gooey. For $315 I would expect I should go home with my hair completely done. My hair is dry and brittle as a result of this ordeal. Michelle lacks skills as a colorist and has poor communication skills.
