I will never go back 1st time going on Friday from the date this post I showed the lady my picture which includes my lashes, and brows she told me they use mink I told her I wear medium natural she switch boxes and place small in my lashes. Then she asked me do I want thread or wax I said wax thread breaks me out. She tried to sneak and thread me I caught her and she smirked. I will never ever go back bad business took my money.

It says that it opens at 9am. Called a day before to make sure that's correct. The lady said yes! Show up at 9am . Showed up at 9am today waited 15 minutes outside. No one was there. Waisted my time.So unprofessional!

This was my first time here and I was nervous after another customer walked in and said “it’s just you here today” to the young lady threading the lady before me. I turned and asked the customer if she gets serviced by someone specifically and she said yes but (they all are alright). I told the young lady exactly how I wanted my brows done she said “okay I get it, just a clean up”. The threading hurt and I could feel her taking off hair that did not need to be removed. I know threading can hurt but this really hurt and made me wince and grunt in pain. When I usually get my eyebrows done I can take the discomfort but never grunt. There was even blood in the tissue. She did not look at my eye brows before threading and she didn’t cut my hair with scissors. I am pissed, my eyebrows are super thin and I look stupid. I told her to keep my thickness and to just clean up stray hairs and keep my original shape. She handed me the mirror and I was furious and told her that was not what I wanted. She said “ you still look good”. Girl!! That is not what I wanted. You chopped off my brows! I will not be back to this location. They clearly do not listen. There was also a strong smell of wax. The lady waiting after me that I spoke to got up to “take a call” and the young lady said it was fine and she could take the call in the chair. That lady left out after she heard my complaint and that I was bleeding. She clearly didn’t want the girl to do her services. This is why I don’t get my eyebrows done here. I wait until I visit Syd’s all the way in STL. She did greet me upon entering, asked what my service was and told me to sit. I shouldn’t have paid for the service.

Extremely unprofessional. They do not value customer service at all! The staff will try to deter you from waiting for the person you want to provide your service, they’re rude, and will not try to reconcile any inconvenience they’ve caused whatsoever. I’ve frequented this business for years, grew close with the owner, and have recommended them to others which I deeply regret. Shame on the owner and this business for treating their recurring customers the way I’ve been treated!

Do NOT get your eyebrows done here. I decided to have my eyebrows threaded at the location on 111th on July 24th. (where I normally have my eyebrows done has closed) So I was looking for a new place. Biggest mistake. My eyebrows are uneven and one is twice as big as the other. The woman working was polite when I walked in however she was very rough and in a hurry. She didn’t even look at my brows before she started threading.

Wow this is why I don't like going to other places I was trying to get my eyebrows threaded but the lady clearly did not understand English and was not willing to get someone else to help her this is why I don't support business outside my neighborhood I give this place zero stars for their customer service
