I have been coming here for 13 years. There has been many people that have been new to working here over the years-some I preferred over others but this last lady, a few months ago really messed up my brows very bad, I had sores the next day and she cut my brows short. I told myself after her that I would never come back. I was in the area today and figured I would swing by since I needed a clean up. ANJALI REMINDS ME OF THE WOMEN THAT USED TO THREAD MY BROWS A DECADE AGO HERE…PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY ANJALI (my brows looks sooo good) and she even gave me a massage and told me that she would reshape next time. I will be returning every 2-3 weeks again now as long as she is here!

I have been going here for YEARS! They are professional, fast and very accurate! Most importantly kind ( which we need more of in this world)! It feels like family everytime I'm there and I honestly could not recommend a better place to be taken care of :) My threading experience was and always has been a perfect experience!

I’ve been coming here for years but after my latest experience I won’t be back. I’ll be looking for a new place. The last 5-10 times it’s been the same lady doing eyebrow threading and she is horrible. I keep coming on different days and times thinking someone else will be working and no one else but her is there. She doesn’t care at all. She acts like it’s a chore to do her job. She doesn’t do a good job at eyebrows and leaves a lot of hair. When I ask her to clean it up more she sighs and acts like it’s a big deal and then still doesn’t do it right. When checking out I had a coupon that was texted to me for 15% off but she said no she didn’t see it. I showed her very clearly the coupon and expiration date on my phone and she kept saying no. And then she said “whatever” and tried to take off 15 cents. She told me it was expired and I should have come two days before. Um the coupon clearly states the expiration date on it and it’s not passed? They used to do such a good job and I would drive 20 mins just to go there. I’m done giving them chances as long as this lady is the one working. She needs to stay at home because she certainly doesn’t seem like she wants to do a job. Find yourself somewhere else for eyebrow threading.

Mittal was exceptional! I randomly found this place while doing errands and did threading and eyelash extensions. Mittal was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I Will be making this my regular to go place.

I went to get my eyebrows done and it looks like i could’ve done this at home. They’re uneven and don’t even look done. I was there at 4:15 it was a pale skinned women. She didn’t even ask if i liked them and left all the hair on my face.

I just went in this Sunday March 10th to get a clean up on my eyebrows and absolutely loved! She shaped them perfect ❤️ Definitely recommend.

On 03/03/24 i showed up after 2 months of not getting my eyebrows done and came across an entitled employe that I have never seen in my 7 years of coming to this establishment. I showed her a picture of my eyebrows and asked her what I wanted. She then decided to make her own judgment and demolish my eyebrows. She thought her opinion was superior over mine but ended up with one thin eyebrow and the other with a forest bush. She put her pride first and disregarded my request.

Probably the most uneven brow job I've ever had. The newer older lady does not do a good job and honeslty seems like she doesn't care. When I asked her to fix it she somehow made it 10x worse. She also did not sanitize her hands in between clients. Glad my brows grow in quick so I can get them fixed at another place...

DO NOT…. Im telling you… DO NOT let the older lady touch your eyebrows unless you want to look like a chola gangster from the 90’s !! I had been coming here for years and would drive from the far west just to get my eyebrows done here. I recently went over and was so disappointed, I asked for a clean up on my eyebrows and this lady literally shaped them when no shaping was requested. I got a full face and she left patches. I asked her to please fix it, and it got worse. This lady goes and puts a lotion on my face as i feel my face on fire i asked “what’re you putting on” and she responds, body lotion. I freaked out and got up and told her I needed to rinse it off. WHO PUTS BODY LOTION ON YOUR FACE AFTER IT HAS BEEN THREADED???! She claimed that thats what i asked for and was determined to leave it as it was, and still had the audacity to charge me for it.

I was forced to put one star but I if I could I wouldn’t put any. The older lady that works there does a horrible job at doing eyebrows. She does a messy job, does eyebrows very thin and claims she only does what you ask for, which is a LIE! Pls don’t go get them done with her I suggest you go somewhere else.

This was my first experience letting anyone touch my eyebrows, so I was little nervous! Preety did a great job and my eyebrows have a perfectly natural look to them.
