I became aware of Prelux Beauty through a generous giveaway their team hosted during the holidays. I ended up winning 1 of the 3 packages being gifted. I received a total of different services from 5 amazing woman! I have had a facial, hair treatment, waxing, lashes, and brow lamination and every experience was a 10/10. They are friendly, welcoming, and very organized. I have purchased additional services since then and will continue to enjoy their services when I need them.

I get my teeth whitened with Sejal and she really is so sweet! Teeth whitening can make you a little sensitive and she is consistently checking in walking you through it to make sure you are okay! She also does so many other things like facials, permanent makeup, and lashes!

I had the most incredible experience at Preux Beauty Studios m. From the moment I stepped into the studio, I was greeted by a luxurious and clean space that instantly put me at ease. I was referred to Sajel by my esthetician and I am beyond happy with my experience and results. The service I got was semi-permanent eyebrows. Sajel was great in explaining exactly what she recommended for my brows because they were done previously. Sajel took the time to correct mistakes that were made by the previous person that did my brows as well. After this service I would not trust anybody to do my brows other than Sajel, she is amazing! I always get compliments on my eyebrows. A big part of seeing the best results is the aftercare. I know alot of people have complaints about their pigment lightening drastically and that is usually because aftercare instructions aren't followed. It can be difficult to not get your eyebrows wet for 1 week but that first week of aftercare can make a huge difference. I also don't recommended wearing makeup near or around the eyebrows because I'm not trying to ruin hundreds of dollars of work over a little makeup. I can't wait until I can see Sajel to have permanent eyeliner done!

I have known Sejal ( Prelux Beauty Owner) for many years. She is by far the best lashes technician I have ever known. I moved to DC 3 years ago, but find myself traveling back to Albuquerque just to get her lash extensions. Her service and price are impeccable and the quality of her work is frankly unmatched. I took my mother for a Facial and massage the experience was amazing. After months of being in a rehab she felt so good and rejuvenated. Thank you Sejal for all your help to make my mom feel good. After seeing my mom get an amazing facial I wanted try it. So last week I got an amazing facial done by Sejal. My skin is glowing and looks so healthy. I have never had a facial or lashes done before. The office is beautiful and inviting. She is friendly, comforting, professional and such a joy to work with. I cannot even feel that I have lashes done and the guys at work said I look 10 years younger after my facial. I will definitely continue going.

I was referred to Sejal by a friend for my lash extensions. I made an appointment with sejal which was super easy! I went in for my appointment and she was so nice! and so fast and explained everything SO WELL! I have been getting lash extensions for about 2 years now and i have never really gotten the exact style lashes that ive wanted at other places. I explained to sejal what kind of lashes i wanted and I was so surprised when she was done because i looked in the mirror and they where exactly what i wanted! She is absolutely amazing! I have definitely found my forever lash artist! ❤️

Sejal is amazing! A breath of fresh air. Kindness is definitely part of her soul. That being said, I had a lovely experience with her and a really horrible after experience. I was traveling through town visiting family and had a stop over where she agreed to see me. Her personality is really lovely and kind. I was really excited when my eyelashes went on in only 1 hour, that just seemed super human. Even with some finishing additions we still finished a little over one hour. She added inner and outer lashes for me at my request because it looked out of harmony with my eye shape. Also, she didn't ask me what kind of lashes I'd like, I only mentioned a full look which I wish I would have investigated what that looked like for her. All of my lashes needed up being the same length which means the inner and outer were as long as the middle, versus tapering the length from like 12,13, 14, 15, 14, 13, 12 to give the eye a natural curve. Regardless she was ultra accommodating and wanted me to be happy with it. I just decided at that point of being placed on, that there wasn't much I could do with the amount there and chalked it up to a learning lesson for what to ask for next time at a different salon (remember I was passing through town). The very first day I didn't touch them nor washed them. I did though, notice a chunk of lashes that were present but not attached at the root. I didn't want to take them off be careful about a gap in the lashes. My eyes felt sooooo heavy with glue. They also were in my eye line which made me have to push them up to be able to see...for days. The glue was visible on my lash line, and in chunks. And in bunches. My eye line, when moving my eyes left to right, stretched the glue line in the lashes causing pain. Within one day, a chunk came off. At that time I was already out of service for a few days and not able to call. I took the first opportunity which at that point was a few days after the appointment where a chunk had fallen off and left a gap in my lashes. I called her asking for suggestions knowing that I could not travel back to her. I used another false eyelash patch to cover it. She said that it's normal for 4-5 lashes to come out a day. I let her know that they were coming out in chunks, not individual lashes and sent photos. I again traveled out of phone distance before we could touch base again. My lashes were coming out in chunks. Rarely as one or two. And they left patches and weird holes in the eyelashes. It was clear that they were glued in as a bunch, not layered or aged on each lash. I had cross lashes glued in weird directions and as they were falling out, you could see the natural lashes break. Chunks glued together. I imagine this is how it was only an hour versus the 2-3 hours in other places. She refunded my money, all of it, which I appreciated. And I will post photos you you can see that I'm not kidding. The first few photos were after a few days. You can see all the white in my lashes which is actual glue. And that glue hurt as actual globs. And there are already gaps. You can see the lashes are not layered. The next few are literally one day and the next, they came out in that massive quantity. By that time I already gave up recuperating my lashes. You can see they were glued at various lengths, not the base of the lashes. Like i said, she is incredibly kind. I would just not go back there for professional work.

I came to Sejal 6 months ago for my hormonal acne. I’ve had acne since I was 13 years old, trying everything and anything! Sejal transformed my skin! She is very professional, kind, and very clean. She sets a routine according to your skin/skin type. She is amazing at what she does! I am very grateful that I found Sejal when my skin was at its worst! Now my skin has gotten better over the past 6 months and looking forward for my skin to get better and where I want it.

It was my first time coming into the studio, I’d have to admit I was hesitant because I recently moved from out-of-state (NV) and finding a trustworthy professional eyelash artist is hard to come by when trust was already built with another eyelash artist in a different state. After 2 canceled appointments (on the day of my appointments) this gave me a bitter taste on the professionalism and work ethics here in NM. So, I was referred to the owner of the shop, Sejal. She was very sweet and professional by accommodating my needs the same day as my other appointment was canceled on me. She took me without any excuses, and I commend her for professionalism. However, the workmanship and lack of quality in her skills was not what I expected a 7 year lash artist to have. Sejal, took about 45 minutes to complete a full set of volume lashes. From my prior experience (5+years of lash extensions), those sets range from 1 1/2 to 2 hours long and time, patience and attention to detail is very important. I did mention that she was quick, and told her they looked good but it was dark in her room. When I was driving home, I felt heaviness in my eyes and discomfort, as I looked in the mirror at home (brighter setting), I noticed clumps of glue at the corner of my eyelids with clumps of eyelashes together. The lashes were on top of my skin and not on the root of my natural lashes. Let’s say I wanted to pull them off, it felt like I was wearing those magnetic eyelashes that you buy at a retail store. Because of my prior experience, typically the artist separates the individual lashes and places the extension on, they do not place chunks of eyelashes together with tons of glue. As mentioned before, it takes a lot of patience and attention to detail is important. The lack of quality and attention to detail was not here and as I do appreciate her accommodating me, I just do not see myself going back. I only hope that my natural lashes are fine and healthy as they were before this appointment. I also want to mention that I did not reach out to discuss my concerns with her because I left out of the country the following day. This is simply a learning lesson for myself and an awareness for others.
