I recently visited Premier Nail Salon using a $70 Groupon voucher, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I informed them about the voucher’s value, expecting to receive services equivalent to what I had paid for. Instead, I was told outright that they would only provide a $35 pedicure because “Groupon charges them 40%.” This explanation was given to me unapologetically, leaving me feeling scammed and undervalued as a customer. If the salon had issues with Groupon’s fees, that should have been addressed in their business policies—not by shortchanging customers who purchased vouchers in good faith. The pedicure itself was basic and did not reflect the quality or value I anticipated. Rather than enjoying my visit, I spent the entire time frustrated by their lack of professionalism and transparency. I would not recommend Premier Nail Salon to anyone, especially those considering using a Groupon voucher. Businesses should honor the value of their promotions and prioritize customer satisfaction, neither of which happened here.

I do not recommend to cut your hair here if you have curly hair. they do not know what they are doing, she just started brushing without the proper preparation and with the wrong brush. Also, when she was struggling to fix the mess she started she use 3-4 product on my hair even alcohol and my scalp is irritated. At the end she " finished" and my hair was all wet and uneven and when I mention that it has to be dry to see how the curl settle she charged me for more.

This place is definitely worth a visit! The staff is app really nice and helpful. I just got some Paul Mitchel shampoo and conditioner here. They have everything from hair, nails, make up and perfume etc. I have yet to check out the salon in the back but I shall!

I got my hair cut by Kim, who I highly recommend! I was extremely nervous to go through with it because I hadn't gotten a professional hair cut in 8 years. My hair was getting too long and was only one length. I have a oval shaped face and thought that if I cut a decent amount off with layers that it would make me feel more comfortable and confident. It did exactly that for me! My friend took me because she had a friend go to this store and was very happy with their cut. I absolutely love my hair! Kim knows what she is doing and is so caring. Who doesn't need that when making a big change?! I hope more people go to Kim and let her help them achieve their hair goals. This store itself is also amazing with lots of options. All the employees are friendly, polite, and professional. I will definitely be going back to see Kim and shop around while I'm there. Thank you Kim and Premier Beauty Supply Team!

I came here a couple of years ago I was looking for a new place because my other place close down I got my hair cut by Maddy she did a great job I have a hard time finding someone who can cut my hair the way I like she did extra stuff as well this was last year I’m back today I got my nails done plus my toes and now I’m doing hair color plus a cut they are very nice and concern with what you want I’m very happy with this place my daughter comes here as well for her eyebrows convenience all in one place plus you have access to beauty supplies to you should come and try out this salon or come through and see for yourself

I have never experienced such amazing people inside a supply store before this place!! They were super welcoming and helped out with our project!! They were very informative and willing to help us meet our budget!!

Ever since I moved to this part of the country I’ve been driving literal hours to get my hair products and I’m so thankful I walked into this store. The selection, the service and even the bag you take out is lovely. Great wigs and braiding hair and everything else and it comes with great customer service! Never going anywhere else.

This store is worth the visit. If I was you I would take the time to stop by and see all the beautiful products that this store has to offers. Winnie has such an amazing personality and has Good customer service. Very helpful in whatever your looking for wither it's nails, perfume, hair wigs, hair products, barber stuff and more. Not only that don't get me started with the price. Everything you get is worth the buy. If you ever need to get your nails done or hair they have a whole salon in the back.
