First off, I’m a bit late in posting my review but thought it was important to do so. I had Julie do my makeup for my wedding along with my bridesmaids....I was not too happy as far as the techniques she use on my first trial but however i mentioned my concerns to her (she seem a bit frustrated in me doing so) On the day of my wedding still apprehensive I decided for her to do my bridesmaids first, each and every one of them expressed sheer frustration and disappointment as far as her not being skilled on contouring and making eyes look droopy with eyeliner techniques. 2 of them redid their own makeup. I strongly believe a makeup artist should be up to date on the latest, hopefully that has changed since then. I do see a lot of positive reviews and the reason why I hired her but I truly wished that would have been my experience. I’m giving her 2 stars JUST because she was on time. However she was rushing my hairdresser and seemed very uninterested in her job preformed. I do believe there is many makeup artists that take a strong interest in the happiness of their client... in my experience Julie was not one of them.

Wonderful service went to Julie to get a facial and makeup for my anniversary loved my makeup amd my facial was so relaxing the atmosphere was so relaxing Julie was so sweet definitely going back for facials

Julie did the make up for my wedding and my spray tan the weeks before. She is professional and listens to her customers while suggesting what will make them look the best. I cannot wait to go back to get my make up done again.

I booked Premier Beauty Lounge for my wedding and was happy with my decision. Julie is professional and helpful. During my makeup trial, both hair and makeup was flexible with the looks thatI wanted; we were able to work together to achieve what I envisioned. There were some last minute changes I wanted for my wedding, and they had no problem accommodating.

I was fortunate to be connected to Premiere Beauty Lounge through our wedding facility, Wedgewood Weddings in Fresno. I met owner Julie at Wedgewoods bridal open house and set an appt for my trial hair style and make up one month before my wedding. I was impressed with Julie's eye for color, helpful tips and questions about my wedding day plans before she began her makeup trial. I had fun at Premiere Beautys fun and interactive bridal party with giveaways, sweet treats, music, and sales items to take home. On my wedding day, Julie, hairstylist Jessyca R., and her assistant arrived on time, ready to work, were so kind, and thanks to Premiere, my wedding day beauty needs went just as planned!

I met Julie a few years back when she did my makeup for a friends wedding. I loved that she really understood that I don't wear too much makeup and made sure to not put on too much on me. When I got engaged, I knew I wanted to work with her! She did my makeup for my engagement shoot and then for my wedding. She also did makeup for 7 bridesmaids, 1 friend and 2 Moms. She did a great time of each girl! I would HIGHLY recommend using her if you want your makeup to look fabulous. She is amazing, you wont be disappointed!!

Julie is the BEST!!!! Does amazing, natural lash extensions and listens to her clients. I also love her amazing facials!!!! I won one of her packages at a silent auction item and I'm a going to be a client for life. I've heard through the grapevine she has the best spray tans too. I'll be trying that next!!

Julie is wonderful! I first came to her for my bridal makeup and she did an amazing job. Then I fell in love with her lash extensions! Julie is so knowledgable, her prices are reasonable, and she uses great products like Jane Iredale. I am constantly getting compliments on my lashes and I have Julie to thank! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for bridal makeup and lash extensions.

I LOVE Premier Make-up & Skin Studio. Never have I felt so beautiful. I went in with problematic adult acne and left looking and feeling like a beauty queen. Julie gives the absolute best facial and my eyelash extensions look so full and natural. Not heavy and artificial looking. I hired Julie to do my and my girls make-up for my wedding at Paradise Springs back on May 7. She provided a trial and several other services before our wedding day as part of the package. After I used the included ones, I went back again. On the wedding day she was on time, got all 6 of us done in a timely manner, and was able to accommodate all our different styles of make-up (I never wear make-up, some of my girls wear it everyday)

I started going to Julie two months before my wedding for a makeup consultation. I also had a lot of acne and needed help. I had tried the popular acne medications that actually made my skin worse. Julie started me with facials and a skin care regiment. Miraculously my skin cleared up and my makeup turned out beautifully! Not to mention the beautiful set of lash extensions that I now cannot live without. Julie truly has a passion for making women feel beautiful and will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Premier Makeup & Skin Studio has the best eyelash extensions and facials in Fresno, CA! This was my first time receiving eyelash extensions and I am so impressed!! Will definitely be back to Fresno soon just for Julie's services.

So grateful for this place! A friend recommended me to Julie who does her lashes at Premier. I had been wanting to try lash extensions but have been scared and didn't know where to go. So glad I gave them a shot! That are amazing!!! But even better she also so eyebrow extensions. I had no idea there was such a thing. Like many my brows need help from years of over tweezing. Well this si pretty awesome because she was able to filial my gaps. I couldn't believe how real they looked!!! If you want beautiful lashes and brows this is the place to go!
