I cannot say enough good things about Premier Medical. Alice and her team, including Grace, are phenomenal. Aging, menopause, and mostly stress have taken a toll on my skin, but Alice and her team have helped greatly reverse the damage. Over the past 3 years, I have had multiple treatments including Botox for my 11 lines, golfball chin, vertical neck bands and other areas; Morpheus 8 for my wrinkles and sagging skin on my neck, jowls, and decollete which have also made me look thinner in the face and neck; IPL laser to rid of spider veins on my nose; and Erbium Ablative Laser 2940 to tighten my sagging upper eyelids and sunken lower eyelids and surrounding skin. My wrinkles and sagging skin have dramatically benefitted from the treatments and I look years younger without a facelift or other surgeries. In the photo, you can see the amazing progress on my neck.

Katie is transforming my skin! I have lots of fine lines due to my big expressions and acne scars. I’m so thankful to see those slowly disappearing with Katie’s expertise in micro needling and overall caring for my skin. Greatly appreciate her willingness to educate without pushing so that can do what’s best for my skin and budget. Premier Medical Spa literally changed my life and brought me so much happiness. I knew nothing about the world of aesthetics or about how beautiful my skin could be. Alice and Katie both have educated me, guided me, and made me glow. I actually like my face, my selfies, my reflection. I have more confidence. I have one less thing to worry about because no matter what, my skin is going to look good. I’ve since checked out other MedSpas to see what’s out there and I’ve learned that with Premier you get both quality and value. I trust them completely, their knowledge, their skill, their advice, and know I’m not overpaying for anything. It’s my new home away from home!

I can’t say enough good things about the owner of this spa! I was a bit nervous about getting Botox for the first time but Alice put me right at ease. She gave me a full consultation that went beyond just a description of the injections. I came away with a greater understanding of how the muscles in my face coordinate to move the skin, and with suggestions for future work we can do to reduce my wrinkles further. Just a few weeks later and my forehead already looks so much smoother! Thank you, Premier Medical Spa!

I’ve done chemical peals & micro needling at premier med spa & have seen amazing results. Katie is my girl!! She has the skill & knowledge to make recommendations according to your specific needs. Always super honest about which treatments would be best for you. She also makes sure to answer all my questions & if you leave with additional questions they’re a call/text away. So great at what they do! 1000% recommend!

4/14 - Had to come back and update my already 5 star ⭐️ review. Alice did my Morpheus treatment and my skin looks so good on literally the 5th day after getting my treatment done. I was nervous about it but she put all my worries to ease. my skin looks bright ahd less tired. Thank you Alice for always working your magic Can’t wait for my next session! ❤️ Katie and Alice are hands down the best. The customer service is top notch . Katie did my microneedling PRP treatment - she went above and beyond. She is knowledgeable and takes good care of her clients. I have traveled outside of US for these treatments, I have done these in LA, Atlanta with some of the best dermatology practices but nothing compares to Katie’s expertise in the area and her passion for her work. Alice will always give you honest recommendation backed by her supreme knowledge on clinical evidence for these treatments. I highly recommend Katie, Alice and Premier Med Spa! Thank you so much.

Every licensed provider can do filler/botox, but not everyone knows how to make pretty outcomes!! Alice is the best provider ever! She literally does amazing job with fillers and botox. She advises your needs which not everyone does! Then she does the magic on your face 😍. I never left this place sad or unsatisfied. I always get the results i want or way better results. Best clinic, staff, and provider. 🙏🏻♥️

I recently got lash extensions done by Katie prior to leaving on our honeymoon. Let me tell you, it was SO amazing to feel flawless without any makeup while spending quality time with my husband. 12/10 would recommend. They held up extremely well and we were scuba diving, hiking and camping. Katie asked me what type of lashes I would like and she gave me the set off of me not giving her much to go on lol and they were perfect. It was my first time getting them and Katie made me feel confident and comfortable and gosh dang gorgeous.

My wife suggested a consult with Premier Medical Spa to see if fillers could reduce the appearance of my eye bags and dark circles. I am not easily impressed and manage expectations, but I am thrilled to share that I am blown away with the results after only a couple weeks. One of the very few places in Jacksonville that still does some electrolysis for those stubborn facial hairs that pop up post menopause. Painless procedure, spotless office, and welcoming and professional staff. I felt 100% satisfied that I was in good, well trained hands.

Extremely happy I was referred here. My provider left the Med Spa she treated at so I “interviewed” multiple injectors other places. I loved how attentive the staff is here. I appreciate that you never feel rushed when you have questions and I always have questions. I’ll be getting their membership to try the Morpheus 8 instead of the PDO threads

I have gone there three times. First time was great, second time left in the waiting room for about 20 mins but had good results, third time I paid for Botox and she skipped my right eye. I said wow I didn’t feel you do my eye at all the response was have you tried an IPL facial. I went back two weeks later after no results at all they didn’t apologize just said I needed a touch up. The touch up barely helped the area. I waited 2 weeks and went elsewhere and had to pay to have it fixed. It’s cheaper- but you get what you pay for.

I went in originally thinking I was going to do a PRP under eye treatment, but Alice was honest with me that she felt microneedling would not only be cheaper but more beneficial to my skin. I had Katie do my microneedling and OMG 😍 not only was she so fun to talk to, but she is a miracle worker! I have never seen such drastic results that didn’t involve Botox, and my husband even noticed that I “no longer had pores.” I definitely will be going back and would 10/10 recommend. The spa was filled with powerful, badass women who really know what they’re doing 😤

Katie has seen me twice and has developed a care plan for me to improve my facial skin. This includes working on a multiplicity of acne scars of all different types, enlarged pores, and aging skin. Her kindness coupled with her expertise in many different treatments and approaches to each of my skin issues has already made a a big difference in the scaring and fine lines etc. She is professional and has a heart of gold! Katie is a miracle worker. I was going to a very high end esthetician in a metro area so I was nervous to trust my skin with someone else. Katie was very welcoming and knowledgeable and my results after one micro needling session are astonishing. My skin is so much softer, plumper, more even and radiant. She answered all my questions and really listened and studied my skin, suggesting what would be best. Her recommendations are on point and I am so happy I found her.

My lip was ruined it never healed properly it was bigger on one side then the other. I came in and the filler was dissolved and I didn't receive any type of refund or discount on any other service. The dissolving was more painful than the actual filler.
