I never leave reviews but I was very unsatisfied with my service. First I got my nails done and the polish chipped after one day and I did not get mine fixed after my twin had to pay 25 dollars just to get hers fixed. Secondly I was charged a different price over the phone for my pedicure then when I went in person.

Went there for a fill in with gel polish. After one day the polish chipped on about three of the nails, the thumb being the worst. (Side note: The set I had prior, I had from another shop and none of the polish chipped in the full month that I had that set). I contacted the salon and was told they would change the color of my nails and I set a date/time to come. After getting there I was met with confusion and I was charged $25 to get my color changed when I was told over the phone it would be done for free seeing how I just paid $50 a few days prior to get them done. After I left with the color change, I noticed how poorly the polish was done on both my nails and toes. Then a few days later, I began noticing the nail cracking as if they were going to break. I went to this shop because of the deals I saw but I would honestly rather pay more and receive quality work because this isn’t acceptable.

Do not go here!!!!!!! This is terrible! My hands were covered in polish. I asked for French tips in a color and they looked so bad I had him stop and changed to just a polish, he didn’t remove the polish and just went over it and you can see it! It’s all over my skin as well. Just terrible. I took this picture as soon as I got in the car. Look at the chips on the edges already and this is gel!

I have been coming to Premier salon consistently for the last three months and I decided today that instead of a fill I wanted to get my full set removed so I can then have a full set put on before Christmas and have them look nice for the holidays Without me having to get another fill after Christmas. My set was coming to the end of its life. Because I was only removing my full set and not getting a new one, they wanted to charge me double for removal When every other place I’ve ever been charged $10 to remove a full set or gel regardless of whether or not you’re getting a new nail set put on. I was told that if I had been getting a new full set today, I would only be charged $10. This is a very unprofessional practice. I also have nothing but complaints about the quality of their pedicures, and the consistency of their fill-ins is not good. There is a reason why they are charging 45$ for a manicure, it’s because they cut corners and prioritize speed over quality. 20$ for a removal when I had planned to come back in a week and a half for a new full set is literal Clinton highway robbery. I selected this shop for convenience, but there are plenty of others in town. Don’t charge double to incentivize women to get another fill. Pricing discrepancies at nail salons are absurd. You just lost a consistent customer over $10.

I used to really like this place until my card was double charged and when I went in to get it fixed the owner acted as if I was lying. After looking into it and realizing they made the mistake my money was refunded. I haven't/ won't be back! Mainly bc of the way they acted before/ after she found the mistake.

I went here with my mom and sister for pedicures and I needed a fill. I waited over an hour which was fine since they were busy but I waited all that time for a 10 minute $42 pedicure that was awful. I’ve been going here for years and never had such a bad experience. My mom and sister had great luck with their tech but mine was awful and she hurried and didn’t do anything but cut my nails, soak my feet in plain water, and paint my toes. Never asked me which pedicure I’d like or if I even wanted gel polish. I was so disappointed I didn’t even get my fill.

If it wasn't for the pedicure services, DEFINITELY deserved a Zero. Let's start with my eyebrow waxing: I asked for a clean up, I don't know where the idea came to totally change the shape of my eyebrows. Now, I have to wait for them to grow back in. As for the nails, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST set of nails I have had in 31 years of getting them done!!! I showed a design, was told it can be done, only to get the shape and design couldn't be done. Compromised on the design and ended up with dinosaur claws that were mis shaped and the application was juvenile at Best. Ended up cutting them All the way down and will be soaking them off. The lighting inside is not good, soooooo I couldn't see them properly until I left. Even with all that, I still tipped. NEVER EVER going here again!!!

They are not sanitary. They don’t use new products on nails. I could have gotten an infection. I could tell the acrylic powder was already used for another client. Nasty

AK or CK(I believe is his name) did my nails. When I tell you he ate and left no crumbs I mean that!! I gave him an inspo and he went beyond my expectations. I will be going back to see him again for sure 10/10 recommend him!

I would give a 0 stars but it's not an option I got dip and usually that would last a month but these didn't even last a week. I complained there but still paid 130.00 for everything 35.00 for the nails when they should have been free when I told her what she was doing wrong because I know I've had it happen she swore that's just how you do dip well it's not because it causes it to chip off and now they are all chipped and look horrible and one nail came all the way off... they should learn to give the customers what they ask for...

IF I COULD ID GIVE THIS PLACE A -0 this lady ripped my toe nail off with my acrylic and still I had to pay 65$ horrible service. Couldn’t even get my feet done.!

Guy who did my nails was rushing, he was very aggressive with my nails and managed to cut almost every cuticle with the electric filer.The nails it's self were awful. He didn't cover the full nail and left half the nail showing on multiple fingers. Not only that but it was uneven, bubbly and overall a mess. DO NOT GO !

My friend and I had 2 pedicure appointments last Sunday and I'm pretty certain that appointments never matter nor do they write them down. My friend's pedicure got started and my technician was nowhere to be found. When she did finally show up, she started my water and walked away. I counted a total of 12 times that she walked away during the pedicure. After she started my water, my friend was halfway finished with hers, and my tech walked away. As the water began to fill, the spigot turned and gave me a shower from head to toe. I was soaked. People nearby joked that I was given another shower that day. It took a min for someone to come over and turn the water off since my lady was nowhere to be found. They gave me towels to dry off but I was literally soaked from head to toe, clothes and all. When she finally came back, I had to ask several times for something to drink. Since my friend was almost finished, I opted for the basic pedicure. Worst pedicure experience of my life. She would paint 1 toe, then go missing again. Come back, paint a few more, leave again. Speaking of painting, I asked for a pink color, she painted them purple. I was blown away at how bad the entire thing was. And to top it all off, they didn't offer any sort of discount, nothing. And being the person I am, I paid for it plus a 20% tip. I wish I had spoken up at checkout. The offer would've been nice.

Left a cut and sores on my feet from scrubbing. Very rough and not good service. Lady was rushing and didn’t speak to me but a few words. Rushing. A few nails are crooked and the bottom of my feet hurt. After she finished she didn’t tell me she was done and walked off and left me there. Went here years ago and was great but new ownership is unprofessional and not worth the money I spent or at least some of the workers they have representing them. Suppose to be a treat for myself and ended up being in pain and out $55.

Linh did an amazing job on my NYE nails!! They also happened to be the nails I got engaged in on new years! I was so happy to have them all my ring pictures!! I took a while to post this review so it’s not three weeks later but they lasted ALL three weeks. Not a scratch, chip, or crack. They were also incredibly reasonably priced. Definitely book with Linh if you come here!! <3

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my friends nails turned out great. I went in for a fill today. The tech I sat with was a very nice man but was in a hurry. I suffered the consequences of that. My nails looked HORRIBLE. The tips were crooked, they were uneven. I was treated like an inconvenience when I asked for them to be fixed. I was so mad I was shaking. I had to go to another salon and pay $60 to have them fixed! That's after spending $91 at this salon. Horrible experience and now I am completely broke!

They lied about the gel filling and put acrylic filling and gel color. The guy who did my nail cut my cuticles. And when my husband said they had the ads banner wrong they got upset. Please do not go there at all.

This is the worst nail salon to go to. They cut my wife's fingers and also lied about the service and price. They advertised gel fill in and then give acrylic fill in with gel color. Huge scam and horrible service
